Bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler sold as is apon purchase we were told that before we pick it up that the vehicle will be looked over front to back the noticed a fresh inspection sticker on the Jeep the sales person spoke with the other sales person who took it in on trade he indictates that they havent had the Jeep in to look it over yet. Second day we have it the change oil indictor comes on we call to inquire and were told the oil has been changed just have to reset it come to find out the oil wasen't changed we were leaving for vaction the following day and were told we should be okay until we return no we would like to have it changed before we leave so the sales person was able to get us in the following morning quickly call us and says can you get here right away yes no problem 10min drive apon arrival we were greated by a not so nice person in service who indicates to us that we were supposed to be there right away I said it takes 10mins to get here he say's well your going to have to wait 20 mins I'm not holding a bay for you I said do not speak to me like that I went to speak to our sales person which looked after the situation on our drive home we hear a clunk from the front when you hit a bump and a squeak from the rear we get home I call my mechanic to get it in right away cause the dealer would have been a few days most likely he looks our vehicle over tells me the rear rotors are gone the e brake needs pads and the hardware kit also 2 front U-Joints drivers side and passengers side so I call the sales person they say I will see if I can source out the parts in the mean time I tell my mechanic order the parts just incase which he recieved in 30 mins 2-1/2 hours later I call back I'm still waiting to hear back I said he needs the parts asap or the jeep will be holding up his bay all weekend so after along wait I got my mechanic to go ahead with the work the sale person said the parts are apid for and will be there in 30 mins well thats way to late he needs his bay today cant wait until monday so they say we can offer you a loaner for the weekend well no the jeep will be ready today so they say I will call you back Monday and we will do something to help out in my opinion should have covered the cost of having the jeep repaired my wife speaks to the sales person and told her how disappointed she was with them for not doing what they said and having the jeep looked over before letting us take it and is told what did you want me to do shut the dealership down for you. Thats why there called inspections had we not had the jeep looked at and kept driving it this case could have been alot worse i called to speak with the sales manager as we haden't heard back from our sales person due to health reasons haden't recieved a call back in 3 hours so I went into see him I waited an hour to see him we had a meeting and I said put yourself in my shoes how would you feel after spending $35,000 on a vehicle and having to put $1200 worth of work into in a month not very far he said well you did signed a paper saying it was sold as is thats fine but do you not look them over before selling them this is not a $1000 vehicle its $35,000 should have been looked over not over looked we feel that we should have been priority as we are a customer and customers are #1 we were told to have it inspected due to the fact that they had no way to get us the yellow copy for the inspection sticker which illegal not to have due to faudulant stickers going around took the jeep back to my mechanic more money another $400 for front shocks and labour costs now the dealer paid for the first round of parts and offered to pay for the inspection or give us a gift card well in my personnal opinion they should have paid for it all you can't put a price on someones life we were looking to upgrade my 2016 Honda for a newer vehicle but we will take our business elsewhere where we will be treated like customers not a door mat

Desired outcome: They paid for the parts but we feel they should have paid for everything which in the end came to just over $1200 after the true inspection and having to replace the front shocks
