Boost Mobile - Alabama, Mobile - Refused service while store was open 8/25/15 - very upset

On 8/25/15, at 7:46pm I telephoned the Boost Mobile Store located at 3005 Springhill Ave., Ste. F in Mobile, AL, phone # 251.378.5913 - there was no answer or answering machine.

I frequent this location with a friend of mine and have never had a bad experience. I was almost to the location, so I decided to drive by. The stores hours were listed 7am-8pm, I arrived at 7:52pm the open sign was turned off and the door was locked. However, per the hours of operation sign, they were still open for 8 more minutes (closing at 8pm)

I went to boost mobile to pay my bill on sat. 23, at 11.00 am when i got there the doors were locked. I read the sign and the sign says open at 10.00 am. I had to sit in my car for almost a half hour. What kind of business makes there customers wait for a half hour just because there employee is in the hair dresses next door from them. This isnt the first time this happen to me. I.m just getting a little mad that i have to keep coming back just to pay my bill. That a waste of time and gas. I bought i boost max, which I have insurance on when it stop working, I didn't have enough money for deductible so the man at boost told me to BUY a loaner then report it when i get the money, now the insurance wont replace my phone unless boost informs them that I did have insurance at time of accident. Boost said because i changed phones that cant do that and i will have to buy another phone and they will give me 30% off. So in total that means I will have spent $400 on first phone plus $200 more for second and $100 for insurance deductible =$700...

I tried to call boost customer service line and let them know that I had had my phone stolen the night before, and is there anything that they could do about it or could they just shut the phone off. I was told because they had changed my pin number that they were unable to do anything at this time unless I could remember my pin that they could not do anything . Boost mobile requires advance payment but has a no refund policy. That basically means they will not refund money regardless of the reason even if it is their fault. In my case I prepaid and was then required to port my number back to Verizon. When I went to have my credits transferred they told me the account was cancelled without notice and the money taken. They refused to credit or return it. I view them as outright CROOKS. We have had nextel since the mid-90's, switched to sprint then to boost in approx. 2005. We had 3 phone numbers on the account. In April 2013, boost was repairing their lines and nobody around me with boost service could call out or get a call in, including 9-1-1. At first I was told there was no possible way for them to do so, so I asked to speak to a supervisor or management. I had noticed a $3.15 charge being added to my bill each month since January 2013. When I finally called about it, I received some runaround about how this is a tax their being charged so they're passing it on to me. I purchased 2 boost mobile LG phone. From day 1 my phone has not worked indoors. I have called them about this and spend a lot of time on hold while they "try" to fix the problem only to get disconnected and have to start over again. I signed up for a Boost Mobile account by walking into a Boost Mobile store and paying for two months. I had used Boost Mobile before, but not for about a year. Been with Boost for about 6 months now with a Samsung Android2.2. Reception has always been very spotty- in NYC, but I was living with that. I bought a used cell phone for my daughter for her birthday at boost mobile at West El Camino ave yesterday July 31, 2011. Today is August 1, 2011. After having problems charging it we decided to take it back before the 72 hrs.The clerk by the name of Manuel told me upon purchase that I had 72hrs to return it if I was not pleased with the phone.
