food with plastic in it
On July 1, 2017, I bought two crosssanwiches at Burger King Store # 9066 on Airline Drive in Bossier City, LA. Both had pieces of hard white plastic in it which scrapped the roof of my gums. I returned it and got a refund. I filed an online complaint and then the district or local manager contacted me at 10:15, July 3 and said he wanted to apologize and offered a $25 gift card. He asked that I go pick it up the next day and he would leave it for me. I went to pick up gift card and of course it wasn't there and no one knew what to do. On July 5, I then called customer care and filed another complaint and they said they would forward the complaint to management but no one has contacted me yet and it's almost two weeks. I filed an online complaint again on Tuesday, July 12 and the same district manager called July 13 and said he would put a gift card in the mail. Never received it still. I offered to share the photos and no one has requested them. I am so disgusted with BK. I need assistance in filing a major complaint and publicizing it with the photos.

BK advertises for Smurf kids meal toys, we went to 3 BK where they advertise the Smurf toy on the menu board and none had the toys. I drove to three then gave up. To my disbelief one BK Manager said yes we have Smurf toys but we are not giving them away until we get rid of these old care bear toys. I said well we can here to get Smurfs and willing to pay for them and she said no. I asked which ones of the Smurfs are you carrying and she said she cannot tell me until the rest are gone but the Smurfs are in the store. RUDE, UNCARING, FALSE ADVERTISING, and they let a customer walk away with no satisfaction and money in hand to spend elsewhere. At least McDonalds Happy Meal Toys have never been falsely advertised or turned down to purchase.

I was with my children at Burger King on Saturday in Boerne Texas zip code 78006 around 1:30 in the afternoon. The cashier did not tell the cooks i wanted mustard only on may cheeseburger so when I went up to get it corrected they got really upset. I heard the cooks saying this costs us money and it the customers fault that she i didn't order it right, even though I did and the cashier messed up. They also started commenting on how I just stood there waiting and that it made them angry when customers just stood around waiting that it was dumb and customers were stupid. I was really really shocked and my children saw how upset I was. Basic Human decency is not too much to ask for and these rude cooks ruined my Saturday.

Sun, Jul 16, 2017 6:41 pm. My husband and I went in to get 2 for Ten whopper meal. The guy that took our order was fine. However after we got our order, we started eating and the french fries majority in one of the orders were very short, 1 inch nubs. Like the last of the batch. My husband took them back to the counter and asked if he could have some long ones. Marcy said we don't normally do that. My husband spread them out on a napkin and said you like satisfied customers don't you. She said oh we have a lot of those. She did reluctantly give us the fries. Could have let it go if she would have stopped talking about it to other customers. We were there still eating and we could hear her from the counter. Very rude and improper I feel. After the third conversation started to other customers about the incident I had enough. She was telling her manager about it. (didnt know at time who was the manager). I confronted them and told them that wasn't the whole story. The manager said she would like to talk to me outside. That was when I figured out who the manager was. She was very appologetic. She hadn't even been notified. She said she would talk to her. I just didn't like the very unprofessional way she was talking about us to the other customers. I feel the manager did a very fine job of trying to make things right and diffusing the situation. We don't normally complain about things and didnt think it was even a big deal to ask for fries that weren't the giblet ends. Thank you

So I went to this Burger king around 1:00pm. I approached the drivethrough no greeting or nothing. After I made my order of three meals I approached the window where the person looked like she was on a personal call on the phone and again no greeting just swiped my card. She then gave me drinks one by one and it was only me and my mom had to ask for cupholders. Asked for more sauce and only gave me 2 bbq and 2 zesty. I kindly asked for 2 more and she said that she had to charge me, which makes no sense since I have three meals. Terrible customer service my order was also wrong since I ordered no pickles. I did not want to make a scene but I was very dissappointed.

Me and my son visited burger king in Memphis on Frayser blvd. 38127 and while we was there my son asked about employment. The manager that was there ask him what school he attends, he said MEMPHIS BUSINESS ACADEMY she said oh those students are trouble and of course I replied ALL STUDENTS/ TEENS AREN'T THE SAME. Then she say WELL SHE ( THE HIRING MANAGER) DON'T HIRE MANY BOYS IF SHE CAN HELP IT. So I felt my son was being discriminated against because of the school he goes to and because of course him being a teen male. This isn't right because he's trying and for the lady to tell him straight forward YOU WANT BE HIRED BECAUSE OF YOUR SCHOOL AND YOU A MALE that is discrimination

Went to visit a town called mariposa the only fast food was a burger king. There was very bad behavior for kids to be around. Two employees doing a drug deal in the kitchen passing a glove between them ties at the top with something inside. And the same boy involved in the drug deal was throwing his hat and acting very child like. Them him and some blonde girl could'nt keep their hands off each other. To me this is no way to run a restarant and i will never go to another burger king again.

I see someone else did a complaint about this Burger King on the same day I was there July 7 so I was not imaging how bad it was. It was horrible. There were 10 people in line ahead of me. Oh and there were just 2 people working. There were 4, I stood in line 20 minutes so I had plenty of time to watch. The one young female running the register seemed to be the only one who could run it. She would take about 5 orders then stop to pick up the orders which had already stacked up waiting to hand to people. No one else came up until a young male finally came up to hand out a few of the stacked up orders. My husband had pumped gas, parked the car waited a few minutes, I could see him in the car, then finally came in to see if I was alright. I had just gotten to the counter, when the young female left the counter. In all fairness she didn't say "just a minute" or anything like that, MAYBE BECAUSE SHE KNEW SHE WAS GOING TO BE GONE ABOUT 7-8 MINUTES. So she technically didn't lie, she just went away without saying anything to me. I was watching 2 people in the back, one an order guy shaking the coffee filter handle thing, but no big call for coffee and if someone really wanted coffee there is a Starbucks right next door, so I think people would go there instead. So no one is taking any more orders. I finally leaned over the counter to see where the cashier had gone, she was on the floor getting money out of the safe. Then she told the other staff she was going to the store at the other end of the plaza, I assume for change, and she took off. Still no one taking any orders. So the only person who can run the register has to go for change too? What the heck folks. Anyway the older guy, the other girl at the grill, never came forward. Since no orders had gone in for over 8 minutes, I think they would probably be caught up by then. The lady behind me said this Burger King is always awful, but that night was even worse than usual. I wasted 20 minutes of my life, and oh yeah, the fries were cool and hard by the time I finally got them. In addition, the area around the counter, floor, tables was filthy. Maybe that should be the next plaza you tear down. It should have been down before I ever stopped there. Feel free to get back to me if you have any concern about your customers.
I had meant to say there were MORE than 2 people working in correct to a posting before me at this Burger King on 7/7. 4 employees. I had plenty of time waiting to do a count.

The food I was served was not fresh my grand daughters chicken nuggets tasted like they were made a few hours ago and same for my chicken sandwich the fries were even cold the dinning room was very dirty I have been to a lot of burger kings and this was was very discussing I will not be back and will not recamend any one to visit that particular one

On Thursday, June 29, 2017, I went to Burger King (store #17545) on so. Academy Blvd to purchase kids meal 4pc chicken nuggets and 2 xl cheeseburgers. I went to the drive-thru and was told to wait a minute. It was actually 15 mins. and when I tried to order the person on the other end was rude and brusque claiming he had 3 orders he was working on. After finally taking our order, we drove to the pickup window and the rude behavior continued with the employee complaining to the back of the house staff about us. We could hear him which I suspected was his intent. When asked to speak with a manager we were informed that he was the manager. It was by
far the absolute worst service we have ever had in any fast food restaurant. Burger king located at 4210 george washington hwy, portsmouth, va 23702 has the worse customer service I have ever seen I went to this location about a month ago and ordered about 40 dollars worth of food and when I got to the window to pay for it the manager refused my money because it was a 50 dollar bill I told her this was all I had and she told me I could go to the store and get change but by the time I got back they would be closed so I could come back tomorrow after this I have refused to eat at any burger king location until today I went back to the same location and ordered 16 classic hot dogs and the yound lady at the window had a attitude and said I should have called ahead and since it was so much food I would have a long wait I did not mind a long wait but when I got my food and drove two minutes home all of my food was ice cold like it came straight out of a refrigerator I never received a receipt everyone in this store is extremely rude I will never return

today july 14 2017 at 10:42 am i was treated very professionally by worker named michael who was also snapping back at customers and staff threw the spoons and butterand maple syrup packs at an elderly woman who wanted to say something to him but he went to the grills and was belittling and condescending on the staff workers there.
i wasnt appreciative of his attitude and he still didnt acknowledge any of the said i had professionally discussed with him which he cared not about and still with an attitude continued to respond sarcastically and cold.

I went to the Burger King on Bullard Ave. about 9:30-9:45 on July 13, 2017. I ordered a 2 for 5 extra long cheeseburger and a big fish with cheese. My cheeseburger was flat like it was smashed and my fish didn't have the cheese. No cheese may not seem like much but I basically can't eat a sandwich without cheese. In addition I paid for the cheese. I wasn't given a receipt so I had to google the phone number which gave me the wrong number. I finally went through several different links and got the correct number and nobody answered. Which is why I resorted to this complaint page.

I have lived near the Burger King on Eastchase, I30 Fort Worth, TX about three years. Every time I go there they seem like they hate their job no matter what time of the day .
I'm trying to contact somebody because I have gone up there they tell me their ice cream machine is not working, it's been 3 1/2 months. I don't know if they're lies or coming from fast food history it's laziness they just don't feel like making ice cream .One employee said their manager won't fix it .. I just feel like this Burger King is super lazy they don't care about their customers . I have yet to try the new shakes.

This is a perfect location for a BK due to the large communities built around the only fast food restaurant for miles. The neighborhoods are extremely nice. This BK is very dirty both on the inside and outside. Filthy. Filthy. Filthy. Noticeably unhealthy climate. The customer service (employees) are slow and at times unintelligible when speaking. They are very nonchalant and borderline annoyed when taking an order! We have been going here for two years (see location and reason above) and it seems management is doing nothing to exemplify standards that represent your company. It is disgusting and sad. We choose starbucks breakfast over BK which is 100 feet away because of everything I just mentioned. We could not possibly be the first complaint in such a high class neighborhood where this store is located.
Good food, a warm smile, clean hand, mistake free orders and kind words is all we ask for... please look into this immediately

on 11 July 2017 at 10:52 PM I purchased a Mushroom Swiss King at the Burger King #7414 located at 820 N. Rancho. It was the single worst item I have ever received at a Burger King and one of the worst tasting items I have ever had. I took maximum 4 bites and threw it away, then went to bed. On morning of 12 July at 08:10am I called to speak to the manager, and once I had explained my problem his only concern was why I did not call last night, why was I calling this morning.
Meat tasted freezer burned or very old. Was a vey foul taste.
Initially I just wanted a new burger, but now I just want a refund.
missing food from my order
On 7/11/17 at 12:18p.m. my niece placed an order for food at the burger king (store number 21602). She used 2 coupons one for 2 bacon cheeseburgers 1 small fry, small drink. The other for a 10 piece nuggets and large get. She also ordered and paid for 3 double cheeseburgers and 2 value fries, and an additional 10 piece nuggets. Once my niece came in she discovers that one of the 10 piece nuggets are not there. I am out if work due to a work related accident, it prevents me from going to burger king. So I called them 5 times. No answer, no voice mail. This happens often. I have spoken to different managers, Stephanie as well as Marcus. I know there's a new manager now so I hope new changes are coming too.
wrong meal and horrible customer service
I ordered three whopper meals and got charged for three whopper meals but all I got was 3 chicken sandwiches. I went back up front and attempted to correct it but I was told I get what I ordered and they can't exchange without a manager. I asked for the manager and was told that they weren't in at the moment. I frequent you guys and don't normally complain much but this was over the line. It was embarrassing

My husband and I went to Burger King after church today...The Whopper is the burger of choice for both my husband and myself pretty much all of the time...This was the most pitiful sandwich I have ever gotten...almost a flat sandwich, with a sliver about an inch long of onion (not a slice) and a tomato that was the size of a 50 cent piece... one pickle and a small bit of lettuce. If this is what your sandwiches have become, then I will not be frequenting your stores anymore...not at all the sandwich I have come to expect from Burger King. not given food - inconvenience
On 07/09/2017 approximately at 7pm we proceeded to order food from the Burger King Drive (#7035) Thru in Austinburg, Ohio. Once again I am disappointed at the constant mess up of our orders. We have ordered from here 4 separate times over the course of the last 9-10 weeks and each time we place an order there are multiple screw ups and problems ranging from not giving us the correct amount of food to making the food/drinks wrong entirely. On 07/09 they failed to give us one of our cheeseburgers yet again and messed up the order failing to give us the onion rings and zesty sauce. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and complete ignorance and will not EVER buy from any burger king again. The lack of customer service when trying to resolve each order has been time consuming and an inconvenience. The employees get upset when you ask them to fix it the correct way or actually give you the food you ask for. The sad thing is I have already spoke to the "manager on duty" twice and they do not care. I will be filling out a negative review for this location.
