However, a whole year later, we received an invoice from TNT for ?76 for postage from China. We were confused because the site advertised free postage and the company was based in the UK. We contacted the company and they assured us that they would pay it. But, six months later, we received a letter from bailiffs stating that we needed to pay or they would take our property. To our surprise, Backdropsource had not paid the invoice! We had to call and yell at them to get them to pay the bailiffs payment. And even then, they didn't pay it! We are still chasing them, but their customer service is terrible. It's a complete joke! We don't think this company should be allowed to trade anymore. It's utterly disgraceful.
