If you want the purest water that you can get please don't hesitate to call Aqua Pure Solutions based out of Winston Salem NC they can make your water more pure then Mother Nature! If you let them come out to do their dimensions they will amaze you at the quality of water you could have vs what you could have. Robert Smith introduced me to Aqua Pure Solution when he came out and tested my water. I had just purchased my first home and the well water was brown. I was buying water because I was afraid to use the water in my new home. After watching Robert test the water in my house and seeing how gross it was, I knew I had to get the Aqua Pure Solution for my home. My daughter and I can now take a bath in clean clear water.

WOW! I have spent hundreds of dollars on lotions, cream's and medication for mine & my children's skin issues for the last 5 years. All to find out it's been my water. The water was so bad it caused my children to develop eczema. Robert was so informative and helpful throughout the process. It's only been a few weeks and their eczema is gone. Aqua Pure embodies it's name by making a necessary and quality product accessible. For my family, water is a standard commodity. I daily encourage my children to hydrate during and between meals. Little did I know the water I was filling them with was saturated with chemicals and toxins. Our previous water pitcher and refrigerator filters did little to nothing to remedy the issue. Thankfully, Cindy from Aqua Pure Solutions was able to educate us on the severity of our tap water. We're most grateful for this addition to our home. It's not clean if it's not... Aqua Pure :)

My wife and I just had our Aqua Pure Solutions system installed in High Point, NC. We have had the system less than 24 hours, but have just started noticing some difference in water softness with washing our hands and showering. We moved into our new home and also got the promotional card offering the gift card for water to be tested. We set up an appointment. When Neal came to our home, we were surprised to find out that our water was extremely hard, not clean, and that the water softener was doing nothing. He showed us the facts about the system and we were impressed. It is costly, but we look at it as an investment to ourselves and our home. They kept their word on getting it installed and were very good with communicating the entire process. We have been happy overall!

I have had my system for about 3 weeks and i am quite pleased. Neal's demonstration was awesome and very informative and the system installation was initiated the very next day. I did have to call for a drip that I noticed from the drinking water faucet but they came out the same day and replaced it. Now everything is working great. My skin and hair feel softer and less dry since we had the system installed and the drinking water is much tastier. Neal delivered on all of his promises and I can say that I am thoroughly satisfied with this investment.

This system is definitely one of the best investments we could make for ourselves and our new baby. We are new to the area and just moved into a newly renovated house, and after learning from Patrick how poor the water quality is (and also what is considered “acceptable" and the “legal standards"), we knew this was something we needed to do for our family. Patrick was very informative, genuine, and pleasant to deal with. He was helpful during the entire process and also followed up with us multiple times after installation to make sure everything was going as expected.

Our salesperson Chris was very knowledgeable about the product and personable, but the star was our installer James. He spent extra time to figure out how he can install the softener without having to drill a hole in the wall of our new house and was successful. He came back the next day, on a Sunday, because our cold water was not working. After the install he spent time letting us know about the systems, how they work, and the products to use. Speaking of products it came with soap, cleaning supplies, laundry detergents and fragrances. They arrived within a week of our system install. We haven't had a chance to use them all, but have used the body soap and we are loving the way it is making our skin feel.

I had a great experience with Patrick from Aqua Pure Solutions. His presentation was so interesting and informative to really show the difference their system can make! I am on city water and before him coming out, I had noticed my water was hard, tasted bad out of the sink, and was leaving spots on my dishes, silverware, and glass shower doors. Seeing the results confirmed what I already knew - I had bad water! My system was installed shortly after and I am so happy with the results. Just seeing the water clean my pipes out was incredible, but gross to see how much stuff I had just sitting in my house! Patrick Upton, my husband and I cannot thank you enough for coming into our home and changing our quality of life with your phenomenal presentation. Two months prior to your demonstration we had just moved into a brand new home, and I had mentioned to my husband that my skin, especially my hands and feet were extremely dry, and he agreed as well. After seeing, feeling and testing the difference we were sold! The Aqua Pure Solutions System has changed changed our lives internally and externally in regards to our health and home. Patrick's presentation was very professional, informative and he was extremely knowledgeable about the system, and the Pure and Gentle products. My family and I started noticing the chlorine was becoming more than an irritation with dry skin, scratchy clothes, and bitter tasting water. We researched and talked to a few companies about different water filter options. I contacted Aqua Pure Solutions and received a quick and friendly response to my questions, and concerns about purchasing a whole house filter system. Daniel came out the next day, taking his time to answer our many questions, and explaining how the filter works. He showed us the difference between our current tap water, bottle water, and water filtered through the system. James, who installed our system, came the next day working hard and quickly, in the heat, to make sure our water was not off for very long. He made sure it was placed exactly where we wanted, even when it wasn't the most convenient. The new water faucet looks great in our kitchen. Daniel followed up by stopping by to make sure we were happy with the instillation, and to answer any remaining questions. We all have seen an improvement in the water, and appreciate the quick response, and install.

I was skeptical at first Micheal, came to do my water test he was very knowledgeable about the product and if he wasn't to sure about a question I had he called his manager on speaker phone in front of me and answered all of my questions I was still a little skeptical to get it at first so I did some research on my own with the finding from the water test and what I found out was not good and when he called me back I asked him how soon could he get my install done, he was able to get it done that afternoon. There was a little mishap with the the filter under my sink when I realized it and called them they were back at my house in a matter of a couple of hours I never had anyone respond so fast to fix something before. they make sure that their customers are taking care of and it's not just making a sell for them they give you the information and make sure they are with you the whole way. I had a really good experience with them and would encourage anyone to go to them. Even a month later they still call to make sure that everything was good and to find out if I had any problems with the product and if I did to just call them.

When we moved into our new home, we received marking for a free $50 gift card to a popular retailer. We called the number and it was for Aqua Pure Solutions. They said you would receive the gift card if you had someone come do a water test. In October , we had the water specialist in our home for testing and a demonstration. We liked the products they were selling but felt the price was a little too high for them. They were offering us the products for $X with a $X check payable to us to pay for the first year's monthly payments. The pulled our credit, saying it was a soft pull (which it wasn't) and approved our application. We decided it was still too much and declined. In December , we received a call from Ron with a third-party company claiming to be working with Aqua Pure saying he was taking a survey of our experience with the water specialist. He gave me a bunch of my information and had the dates and other information to confirm he was legit. At the end of the survey, he told me he could give me the same products for $X/month for 6 years (which is roughly $X). I said I was interested, but needed to confirm with my husband. When I called back, I got a voicemail for a kid by the name of Tyler. I didn't feel comfortable, so I contacted the Aqua Pure company. They confirmed that Ron was legit and that was a company they worked with. I asked how he could offer me the same products so cheap compared to them and they didn't know. They called me back later and said Ron shouldn't have offered that price. I have a HUGE issue with this. They confirmed that Ron was part of their business, but they weren't going to honor the same pricing that he offered me. Ron has since tried calling me back to get me to purchase the products at the lower price, but something isn't right. Either Ron is pulling a scam or Aqua Pure is pulling a scam. I have tried getting management of Aqua Pure to contact me and no one has, plus I didn't receive my gift card.
