Had my foundation repaired. Now it is starting to settle again. Called them several times and filled a warranty claim on there wed site. Lady I talked to states the warranty dept. will get in touch with me. They have not even returned my phone call

Horrible customer service. Refuse to return phone calls. After a month of attempting to call daily and get someone to come out and look at our home which is under their warranty we finally got an appointment and a week later when our appointment rolled around, they were a no show. Called and called only to be given a very unhelpful answering service who knows nothing and just says someone will call us back, which of course they never do. Emailed the company. Even left messages on their Facebook page and have had zero response or returned phone calls.

Extremely disappointed with the work we had done on 4/17 to fix a drainage problem. They cashed the $4200 check for the job but it is still not completed over 3 weeks later. Drainage system works well but our yard was left in a mess where they dug their trenches and the wrong rock was used. Troy had promised my husband they'd be out within the next three weeks to "finish" the job but now we're having to call and try and get them back out here. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and communication with this company. I should've known after the first agreed upon start up date when they were a no show with no call and us having to call them, that we should've politely declined and found another company to do the work. We gave them another chance only to be rescheduled 3 additional times! I'm a professional myself and we're not asking for any freebies, we just want the job completed correctly and our yard cleaned up like it was prior to their arrival!

I had work done on my house in July . Since the beginning I had issues with the work. My french drains and retaining wall were both put in the wrong place. Troy assured me that the drains would be fine and they moved the retaining wall to the appropriate place but left it incomplete with rebar exposed. I had such a hard time getting them to schedule to come back out to fix the rebar that I withheld paying them the final amount owed until they fixed it. I have been trying to contact Abry Brothers since Feb of this year due to issues as a result of their work that is under warranty. The house has shifted where they put the steel beam in place causing damage as well as the basement leaking as a result of the french drains being put in the wrong place(that I was assured would be fine or be fixed). I have called and left messages and emails a minimum of 10 times. They finally scheduled an appointment for Troy to come out for which I took off work and he was a no show, no call. The longer they wait the more damage they will be responsible for fixing and that is why I've been trying since Feb to contact them. This is so frustrating to have to go through with a company that promotes and backs a lifetime warranty and customer satisfaction.

Bill S We had some work done on our brick facing and front porch. The work called for 8 piers for the front porch and side wall plus one under the house. While doing the work, I was inside my home with the foreman, a loud snapping/cracking sound came from under the house. I asked the foreman if that was a joist snapping as I was also looking for any cracked tiles in the kitchen area, he said "No that was a nail pop". The cracks in the brick and the front porch returned in the same location as the original repairs. I reached out to Abry Bros. on several occasions by phone and email from March thru June . I was told everything from the work crews are in TX, and I would need to make appointment, to due to Covid 19 they could not come out. Not until I made contact with Troy did I learn the Nashville office has been closed for 3 yrs. I asked Troy why I was still able to make contact at the Nashville Office number if the company was closed and will they come out and honor the contract (the office personnel had told me on previous calls they would handle the contract repairs) his response was "We closed our Nashville office, I don't know what we can do". We have recently had certified persons come to inspect our home. The loud pop I heard was in fact the footer(s) cracking. The footers were damaged in the locations where Abry Bros placed their piers. We are not sure at this time if the front porch can be salvaged or will need to be replaced due to the footer damage caused by pier placement. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Foundation company wont honor warranty. I have called several times without any word back for months. I have even emailed without getting word done. I have a 8 inch gap in my wall on the that the foundation was repaired. They are not workign with me to repair my now falling home due to foundation.

They was supposed to come relevel my house and redo the plumbing why they had my floors pulled up and repaired/replace the beans and joists under my house and relay sub floors and they didn't do any of the job correctly and they will not send someone back out to fix what they did to my house and right now my house isn't structural sound because of them.

On June 18, I purchased a contract for Abry Brothers to waterproof my basement. They agreed to install a drain and pump system. Also, they agreed to insure that my basement would be water proof. Every time it rains I have water running in my basement. I just want this project to be completed and my basement dry. I want to complete my sheet rock repair. *** was the person that contracted the job (***). I have water that runs down the north wall and pools at the east wall of my basement.

I contracted Abry Brothers to level my home. For a total of $12,000. the work came with a life time guarantee. One of the bedrooms has never been made right. Manager, Mr. Michael *** came to my home last November and agreed the room did need an adjustment. Abry scheduled a crew to come out but when the got here I was informed they did not have the right materials. Twice after that a crew was scheduled but never showed up. I have paid, in full the $12,000. plus another $200, I was billed for. I do not understand why they are refusing to stand behind their guarantee, I am a single 70 year old lady, still working to take care of myself. $12,200. is a LOT of money to me.

Mike with ABRY BROTHERS Foundation acted as the sale pearson. On April 27 (Mark co owner) and workers arrived at my home late the very 1st day and begin work. From there it was down hill. Mike arrived a little later and collected a partial payment! No measurements were taken as to how much to lift the house. Crew begin digging! It was to be 31 Foundation Piers installed. Not only did they not install 31 Piers but dug holes and covered up places pier should be! A drain line for my POOL was damaged and my Sprinkler System also! Workers took personal items from my REFRIGERATOR (BEER) and patio! They did not come on days as agreed but show up when they wanted! My yard has equipment and dirt left from a incomplete pier!

Abry Brothers waterproofed my house and garage on or about 11/19. The house portion is fine and dry. The garage area has leaked continuously after every heavy rainfall. The garage area is being refitted into a master bedroom and bathroom. It is impossible to continue this work until the area is sealed correctly. I have been in contact with the company's employees via telephone, voice mail, and website more than 30 times to rectify this situation. On June 2 I was told that would redo the garage no later than 06/09. They did not show up. On 06/18 our salesman for this job, and at that time a former employee, attempted to do the repair on his own. It did not seal the multiple leaks, at all. Further attempts to reach the company have failed.

We have a lifetime warranty on our house foundation with Abry Brothers Foundation. I contact them in February to come look at my house. They did come out and inspect. And of course, found major issues 2" gaps. They stated that they did not have the original paperwork and would have to look for it. During the pandemic, I called several times but never received a return call. Troy from the Longview location came back out the week of May 18th because they could not find the inspection report from February. I gave them over a week to respond; however, I never heard back. I called Troy and the Houston office on June 2nd. Troy stated that he would need to come back out to inspect and promised to call me back that day. Of course, I never got a call back. Called the Houston office to inform them of the current situation. NO inspection reports period have been sent to the Houston office as stated by Troy. Our house is literally falling apart and getting worse with each passing day. This is a major issue that can not be delayed any longer.

On 8/7 a representative came to our home and gave us a quote for some foundation repairs. The next day I texted him that we wanted the work done. He told me to call thd office and get a date scheduled in. On that Monday I called the office and scheduled in an appointment for Sept 14th. I was told they would call me with the time. On Friday Sept 11th I called to get the time. Had to leave a message. Later on the same day called again left a message. On Monday the 14th in the morning called again left another message. I took the day off work to be at home for the repairs. Called on Monday again had to leave a message. Called cell number i had for the estimator, texted him also. No answer. On Tuesday called again had to leave another message. Sent an email via the website no answer no calls no contact at all. We have our house under a sale contract and it is conditional on the repairs of the foundation. This company has put this sales contract at risk because we waisted over a month waiting for them to come out and fix it. Now we have had to get other quotes from other companies and not try to rush the work.

01/30 we paid Abry Bros. $31,335 for installing 2 pumps,underneath our house to drain standing water when it rains, level foundation, repair and replace sub floors. One pumps work sometimes , the other never because it's in the wrong place. To turn on the pump that works sometimes, the company provided an electrical extension cord that is outside that we plugged up ourselves during the rain. We've been promised numerous times that these problems would be fixed. As of today, 07/27, we're still waiting for someone to come and fix this problem. We've taken pictures of water standing under our house showing how the pumps aren't working, they've sent people out just to tell us nothing is wrong, except one time they did switch out a pump that still doesn't function properly. We've paid another company to level our house and replace sub flooring, we have receipts to prove this, that Arby was supposed to fix. I have requested reimbursement of extra expenses but have not heard back from them , it's been several months. We called again a couple of weeks ago, the receptionist said she promised someone would call me back, haven't heard from anyone in 2 weeks. This has been an on going aggravation. This company needs to be banned from having a business license if they have one. If we had the funds, we would have sought legal help. As it is. My husband is very ill and due to multiple hospitalizations our money is tight or we would have seen a lawyer about this. It's a shame for a company to be able to get away with this but I guess that's how they survive on the weak and needy.

4/13 my husband (who is deceased) and I contracted with Abry Brothers to have the slab on our home corrected. We purchased with this company due to a lifetime warranty as long as the house stood. The jobs was done by K.W. *** at *** . I am needing my slab looked at again due to cracks in brick work and on the slab. I contacted the phone number provided by Mr *** and the number no longer belongs to him. and this number no longer belongs to Mr. I called then called phone numbers provided me on my paperwork and finally got someone to answer after call 1.800.structure and explained to her my problem. She explained they no longer have the person in Shreveport working for them. My contract is with the Abry Bros Company not with Mr.. It appears that the main company might be out of New Olreans?. I also see they have contractors in Alexandria, La and also Jackson Ms. Both of these locations are two hours from my home as was Mr. out of Shreveport. I need someone from this company to come out and check my slab to correct it. If I can get the slab corrected then I can get the bricks fixed. We paid $16,760.00 to have the slab fixed and the lifelong warranty. My sister and brother in law are having the same problem. The company says they no longer service Louisiana. They have given up and will be several thousands dollars AGAIN to have their slab corrected. Being a widow and living on a limited income. I cannot afford the luxury. I am planning on in the near future selling my home and moving closer to my children. I will not be able to sell my home for the value it will be worth if the bricks have cracks and the slab has correct and the company will not honor their lifetime guaranty. This is very poor customer service.

On Febuary 29, 2020, Abry Brothers was hired to redo my retaining wall. They were to knock down the 90 ft long retaining wall, dispose of the old wall, build a new one at 90ft across and 48 inches high, cut down 4 trees and dispose of them, and back fill. Abry Brothers came out on March 15. During that time period the removed the retaining wall, cut down 3 out of 4 trees, and replaced the wall. They never disposed of the old retaining wall or the trees. Back filling was never done as well. They left on March 18. I called them a week later because no one came back to clean up. They told me they would be back on April 12th or 13th. A few days before they were suppose to come back they called and said they needed to reschedule till April 21st due to Covid-19. I was 100% understandable. Well May came and I never heard from them. I spent all of May 5th contacting them trying to get a hold of someone. I was finally connected to Troy by his personal cell phone # at 4:57pm. The conversation lasted 1 minute 51 seconds before he couldn't help me and would call me back later. He did call me back at 5:31pm on May 5th, he spent that time telling me that the tree removal and cut down was a courtesy and not in the contract. I then had to send him pictures of the contract and the estimate where it stated he was charging me $1,360.00 to remove those 4 trees and dispose of them. Troy then tried to inform me that their Mississippi Branch was no longer open so they wouldn't be able to clean it up. That would be Robert, who no longer works for them, job. I then mentioned how his company never back filled. Again he said it was never in the contract. I AGAIN showed him where it was int he contract and that estimate stated he was charging me 11,250.00 for the back filling. He told me on May 5th that he would come back out in 2 to 3 weeks to finish the work. Just as before, Abry Brother's never showed up. I spent June 10th thru the 16th calling Abry Brother's to get someone on the phone to talk to someone other than the answering service. I wanted their bonding company phone number and their insurance company #. Troy finally called me on the 13th of June and said he would not release any of the insurance or bonding company information. That "It wasn't our concern."
