I am a business client of Angie Ads and Angie leads. A few months ago I was contacted by one of your reps and I was sold on moving my monthly leads budget to the ads section, advertising a better quality of clients and leads a lower cost. I have to say yes leads at a Lower cost came quality about the same. But this is not why im here today, after signing up I got in contact with my account manager (which it was very difficult since the beginning), we had a conversation and I explained the nature of our business and the main trade Synthetic Grass Installation, to my knowledge I did not see a category on the system, but to his words, emails and screenshots there seems to be one under the landscaping section, so I decided to continue another month, since he said he would remove the filters and only allow the correct category to come in. Never received one lead related, which again its fine, cost of doing business, my main frustration comes when I emailed to him that this was not working to please cancel the contract a few weeks before my due date. To my surprise this was not canceled and I got charge another $600 on sept 3rd, it has been a week and now I’ve only received leads completely out my service area not stated in the contract, I have sent several emails, left voicemails, talk to customer service reps for 4 days in a row where they continue repeat the same story that this would be sent directly to the account manager and his supervisor and they will contact me, the reps say they cannot do anything else to assist. To be honest Ive been a sales roles for 15 years of my life and this is very disrespectful not to even have the decency to reach out. All I'm asking to please issue the credit, I can even get on the Angie leads side if it’s easier because I would use it. I have a small business that has been affected 3 months in a row for this and it’s really hurting us and our team.

Since day 1 the communication has been broken, it seems that they account managers have too many accounts and they don’t have time to service them.

I have all the emails recorded if needed showing all the conversations, I truly don’t want to get anybody in trouble but I would appreciate if somebody can look into this matters and help us out.

Desired outcome: credit of month that it was supposed to be canceled
