Amazon has really frustrated me with their bad customer care service.
Here's the story:
I ordered a Mamy Poko ORDER # [protected] item on 25th Feb, 2015. Amazon sent this ITEM via India Post Service courier. After few days a postman came to my house without the item and told me to go and collect it from the india post office which is 4 Kms away from my home. The same guy again came 3 more days without item and ordered me to collect from office.
The guy was very unprofessional and didnt bother to listen me. and the worst part he updated the status as "Addressee not available.. door locked". He met me 3 times and update the same status.
Now I called Amazon customer service and told them about this and these agents kept fooling me saying it will be delievered, mattered has been escalated and IPS has been warned. But nothing happened. ITEM was not delivered and it went back.
Amazon fools people.. I repeat.. Amazon fools people by giving fake assurance. They kept telling me dont worry, item will be delivered by 10th March. Amazon guys even told me that "you know India post so go and collect it from the post office." WHY SHOULD I? WHY SHOULD I. Is amazon not responsible for delivering items.
Again today I ordered another item ORDER # [protected] and see you assigned it to the same India post.
What a customer service.

For the last five (5) months we have been selling our inventory thru AMAZON.COM about 7k $7000 thousand dollars amazon keeps on putting our money on reserve it's been more than 60 days and still haven t been able to collect. If you decide t sell inventory in a larger scale DO NOT USE AMAZON.COM they play/ use your money and you wont see a peny after 60, 90 days if your lucky.
Amazon sent me an e-mail stating 50% off of Black and Decker tools. The price of the item I was interested in was actually marked up 100% and then then the price was slashed 50%. I compared the price with competitors to verify what Amazon was trying to pull, Amazons 50% off was actually the average sale price of the item at competitor prices. I would definitely shop around and compare prices before purchasing through Amazon.
Amazon - ropes buyers in and tells them to ship their items to - Amazon owned warehouses. Then they will ship etc... sounds great. But the truth is - they loose and take inventory. I had inventory to be returned to me. they said they shipped 5000.00 worth... did not arrive on my end. I have tried and tried for two years to find out where my inventory or money is. but they have no communication set up. every time I email. No logical response.
I had a Amazon acount for 9 years and was a seller we grossed around £10, 000.00 a month on there. They kept freezing large sums of money claiming "suspicious activity?". they kept on doing it time and time again and when we complained about the service on the last e-mail, days later they sent us a rude e-mail stating they were shutting our account down and will never deal with us again, and to not contact them again as they will not re-open acount.
We had perfect feedback, Perfect credit rating(not that it matters) and excelent feedback.
Trading standards and the OFT are a complete waste of time showing absolute no interest to investigate
Amazon will continue time and time again to rip inocent people off in attempt to hold your money which is used to make large sums of interest and no one will ever stop this.
My order was eligible for free shipping, yet I was charged 4.98 for shipping. I could not easily access my order form to make the correction. Amazon should automatically credit orders eligible for free shipping. Joan S. Reppert jsreppert@comcast.net
As Stealth Pilot said, only certain items and sellers qualify. If I buy an item from amazon.com that item may qualify for free shipping, but if I buy it from a seller, it won't.
I ordered DVD, Curb your Enthusiasm the week before Christmas as a gift for my son, It is the week after Chrisstmas and it hasn't come and it was to be before the holiday. I haven't heard a word yet, and my Credit Card #was taken and pd. for. It has been paid. It was to be a gift and should have been within 3 days before Christmas. I need help to get it to me.

As an amazon seller in good standing (98% X 2 + years), I would think that these a**holes (whom I paid $40/mo) would give me even a slight consideration. Wrong! These ### refused to answer my emails, wouldn't explain their policies when I had questions, ridiculous - may they die in internet hell! Be wary - they just want your MONEY!
I had an amazon seller account for years until they closed my amazon seller account. I tried to contact them but they said they couldn't give a response because it was private info. So much for liking amazon all those years until now. People should be aware that amazon can close their account any time.
Most people are aware of that, it's in their TOS.
What can I say that I had 99% positive feedback, that I shipped my items on time, that I left good feedback for customers? well I don't know Toyotafan123 of what you mean I am hiding something. Maybe you should ask the big corporate ### nowadays if they are hiding something rather than hitting on regular average folks.
Ahh poor polt the big bad business screwed you over (your opnion.) In the real world you were not a productive member of their sight so they showed you the door, as in this wonderful free country they can do this because ultimately it is their business. Go hawk you crap on Ebay.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM AMAZON! They charged my account for a $500 item claimed it would arrive in 5 days. 2 weeks later still no package and some how they have no record of my order but I have the emails confirming my order. Called my credit card company and they said this is an ongoing issue with Amazon and a lot of people are not receiving their high ticket items.
Amazon credit service closed my account ...bill up to date ...every thing good ...called and they said closed my account because of a management decision ...no other reason ...did some research and found out from employee of Amazon that they are getting rid of low income, minority with just ok credit ...if your credit isn't at there standard your account is closed
They took money out of my bank without my permission if the 99 dollars is not back in by sat i will turn this matter over to a attorney my bank knows about it.
An attorney will charge you Hundreds of dollars just to tell you how to get your $99 back... Good luck
My account was closed due to me returning items that were poor quality or defective or I just didn't like when I received them.
dear sir/madam: i want to file an complaint to amazon.com. they send me the wrong item, without an receipt for the item. the name of the place is Dayton Home & Office, the address is 1600 worldwide ave, heborn, kentucky, 41048. the items price is $38.53. and, they want to return the money. i would find out, of what is going on. because, i will send a letter to general attorney, to fix this problem.

I was gonna complaint about amazon but I can't complain because I receive my money back from my order. My name is Millie Hughes Fulford. I had order Star Wars widescreen and I receive that. I didn't return the item and receive my money back. Amazon gives you free item and money back so no complaints here.
Why are you lying, you receive your item and never return. I will be contacting Amazon on you Millie. You lied just to receive a free item, I have all your emails. YOU ARE A Fraud. I sold an item to you and lied and file an A-Z claim just to get your money back. You receive your Star Wars Trilogy set and got what you wanted, please just stop the lies.
