Amazon Unfair customer treatment

Amazon accounts have closed my account for allegedly it being linked to another account that has violated their terms and conditions. I have explained by email that I know absolutely nothing about this and they are refusing to speak to me with the details only to correspond by email telling me they have reviewed it and stand by their decision. I have explained that it would seem that my account has been hacked in some way or form and to try and resolve it. On 21st July 2021 Amazon have taken £222 from my bank account and will not explain what it is for. I would like someone from amazon to phone me directly on [protected] and explain in detail what the problem is and to hear my complaint. I have spent a substantial amount of money with amazon over a number of years and the way I have been treat is deplorable.

Desired outcome: To allow me to open another accout with amazon

Amazon Alexa

Echo 4th Gen. No longer turns on/off TV. Contacted Alexa support (7/31/21). Representative tried a number of things. He then told me he needed to 'check with his team' and took my number. Said he will call back in 5 minutes. That was 5 hours ago.

I will take this complaint to Alexa support management.

Amazon Prime video

The imdb part of amazon prime is free free free with ads... The show fringe is on imdb... But there are about 10 episodes here and there that charge you $2.99 to watch... Also...Commercials every 10 mins! Amazon sucks... Jeff bezos is a crook... Amazopn sucks... Fix your crap... And hire someone who knows how to load a commercial... The start in the middle f the actors sentance... Geez... Anyone there with brains?

Amazon subscribe and save

I have my subscribe and save set for the 30th of the month, pay day, why in the world does it take until the 7th of the month for my items to arrive? They old my stuff for 5 days or what? This is a pointless service. I will be out of something because of the time table.

Amazon Delivery to wrong location

MY REPLY to Amazon:
Hello:
 I received your notice "We have closed this account because you have consistently requested refunds for a large number of your orders."   I am terribly sorry that we have a disagreement regarding delivery, or lack thereof. I have not had a single dispute with deliveries from FEDEX UPS or USPS. So what am I expected to do Pay for Items that are NOT delivered?

As can be seen any and all shipments that have been contested contain Pictures of the ACTUAL delivery location. The delivery location pictured where the items were delivered is NOT My residence. I have taken great pains to leave delivery instructions which are available and attached to all of my shipments. There can be absolutely NO dispute of my actual location. I am your customer Loyal to Amazon for Years and years. Yet it seems I am to blame because my goods are delivered to the wrong place. (photos attached)  Please note these are actual photos taken by YOUR delivery person. which clearly show it to be NOT my House.

By cancelling my account I can no longer access my echo or echo show devices Nor cab I access AMAZON Prime.I am a 100% disabled Marine veteran and have come to rely on your devices for information and security. WHY am I being punished?
should I can ill afford to pay for items I do not receive, so why do you expect me to do so when I am sure you yourself would not pay for goods NOT received. What will I do with my Amazon devices? discard them?

If this is not resolved amicably is there a way I can submit this for Arbitration?

Can you (amazon) ship with carriers that are more reliable? Or Hire Professional drivers?

I was told to file a police report unfortunately since they were NEVER delivered to me I cannot report the items as being stolen.

All purchases of physical items from Amazon are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. As noted in the UCC § 2-103as attached below. We can see that goods are to be transferred to the Buyer. according to Law.

§ 2-103. Definitions and Index of Definitions.
(1) In this Article unless the context otherwise requires
(a) "Buyer" means a person who buys or contracts to buy goods.
(b) "Good faith" in the case of a merchantmeans honesty in fact and the observance of reasonable commercial standards of fair dealing in the trade.
(c) "Receipt" of goodsmeans taking physical possession of them.

I have had three shipments this year delivered to the wrong location. On the first two, the driver took a picture of the front of the house with the package. It was NOT my house. It was a residence a quarter mile away. Yesterday's delivery was 'given to the resident' according to my email notice of delivery. I was here all day and it wasn't me.

I understand and have read many articles about the difficulties the drivers face working for Amazon. However, to hold this job, one must be able to read both the package label and street signs. They have territories and run the same route every day. I would hope one would learn the area they work in daily. I went as far as giving additional delivery instructions per Amazon's website, to no avail.

An honest homeowner that lived at the 'wrong' house brought me my packages the first two times. With no picture, I don't know who has my box. This time, i'm instructed to wait and see if my package is delivered today. This cat and mouse game isn't fair. I want my paid for items.

Amazon Wish to cancel Amazon Prime account

This is only partially a complaint. Mostly it is a request. I find that I do not need the Amazon Prime account. I just don't order from Amazon frequently enough to warrant the $12.99 a month charge to my Visa account. The few times I have used it, scam calls or unauthorized charges on my credit card have occurred.
Let me know when you need the number of the Visa account your charges are billed to.

Amazon Logging into my music account with a new phone

I called customer service and explained to them that my phone associated with my account went into the ocean while on vacation. I got a new phone and number and signed into my amazon music but it wanted to send a text to my old number to verify it was me even after putting my password in. I answered several security questions to prove it was me so I could add my new number to my account but the agent still refused to do it without me accessing my email. Which I can not do because I'm on vacation and all passwords are at home. I also explained that this had happened to me last year and after 5 phone calls I was finally able to reach someone that simply added the phone number so I could listen to my music that I pay $17.99 a month to listen to. I just want my music. Not to much to ask for.

Desired outcome: Do away with the 2 step verification so I can listen to my music.

Amazon Jesus was Gay Ah Men Garden Flag

To Whom It May Concern,

I am a long time customer and enjoy the easy and convenient shopping that Amazon offers online.

However, I was totally unprepared to witness such blatant religious discrimination on a seller's product listed on Amazon.

I am referring to the " Jesus was gay, Ah Men Garden Flag in the Garden Decor department.

I use the term religious discrimination because I do not see any other faiths being made fun of on any other products for sale.

Millions of Christians would find it an egregious and blasphemous outrage!

This not acceptable on any level.

I would appreciate an explanation for Amazon's oversight, indifference or absolute disregard for offending millions of its Christian customers.

I also noticed there was only one star for this product.

Message: Amazon have this tv on their site like it's a new tv. It isn't. The box was old and beat up.
I received the tv and I'm not able to put it on the wall because the two top holes don't have the screw mechanism inside of them. I am trying to figure out if this is a defect on the tv and did the seller know about it. Did the seller have this tv hung on the wall? We never mount that TV on the wall before. It was actually atire display that we repackaged back inside the box. Can you get that screw so we can refund you whatever you pay for it? Sorry about that.
After that conversation I ask Amazon for a postage paid label from the seller. I sent the tv back thru Fed X. Now the seller is saying the serial numbers don't match. If the serial numbers don't match, why would you take the tv back. Why wouldn't you report it to Fed-x. Fed x told me the seller didn't insure the tv to be sent back. Are leave any delivery instructions.
The seller has confirmed receipt of your return, however it was reported as received in a different condition than was sent. As a result, they are only able to offer a partial refund for this return. I want all not part of my money back. 2, 061.47. There trying to give me 1008.88. ( Roakis LLC 539 Boyd drive, Sharon, PA 16146)

I had a similar experience with Nordic Trac. They sent me a busted up bike from the company. They didn’t want to give my money back. I complain to BBB. I complain to the company. I filed a complaint to my credit card company. I filed to the attorney general. I got my money back. It took a while but I was consistent.

Amazon Leaving feedback

I ordered a headlight for my mail car a 1997 Subaru Legacy. I ordered and paid and the shipper sent it through FedEx and they sent it to the wrong address and it took two days to finally get my product. When I opened it they sent the wrong headlight. I needed that headlight! I went to complain on the feedback and they said I didn't word it right and therefore wouldn't be able to leave the feedback. If you can't leave negative feedback what is the use of having this feature. Most of the time things are good and I leave a good feedback, but the one time they totally screw me over they won't allow me to leave feeding. I'm still mad over this deal!

Desired outcome: I want my stinking negative feedback given to that company because they messed up.

Amazon Kindle unlimited subscription

To Whom it May Concern:

We purchased the kindle unlimited for our Dad for Father's Day and when he logged in to select a book he realized it is not an unlimited amount of books it is a certain library of books he can select from. This is false advertising. There was nothing on Amazon stating the limited books available. I called Kindle and was told since the account was open they will not give us a credit, even though he has not selected a book. This is ridiculous, there is not a book on the list he is interested in and we have spent 143.80 for a useless kindle subscription. He had to log in the account to see what was available and when he selected a book it stated he had to pay an additional 9.99, which is why he called us to let us know it is not unlimited choices. We are looking for a full refund.
Your customer service representative was horrible on the phone and kept insisting since he searched for a book there is no way for us to get the money back, this is a terrible way to take people's money. The Amazon page where you purchase the Kindle needs to be redone and worded as to the limited nature of the account. We have been long time customers of Amazon and Kindle and we are extremely frustrated at how this is being handled. We will be expecting to be refunded the full amount.

Amazon Amazon driver

I gave specific instructions on how to get to my house because ups take you to my neighbor's house. The driver ignored those instructions, even though she knew of them because she told me she did. She went to my neighbor's house and laid on the horn, blowing and blowing constantly until he woke up and came out on the porch. She threw my items into the yard because my neighbor has dogs. In the meantime, I drove up there. I got out of my car to get my products, but she had already thrown them into the yard. She then refused to leave because she said I was blocking her way. She refused to believe me when I tried to tell her the drive I was on ONLY goes to my house. Nowhere else. Never send this driver again. She is too stupid to breathe the same air as people with common sense. The directions I gave are plain as day and very easy to follow. She's stupid.

We pay for Amazon prime movies. Why are we seeing commercials now? Is this just cable all over again? Why charge if you are including commercials?
This sucks.
This is sad.
What are you thinking?
Is it really customer oriented?
Don't you make enough money?
Do you not have enough clout to get these shows without bowing down to to other vendors?

Amazon driver irresponsibility

driver van (160009 SD16 ), license plate # 55263T2 . This van was parked illegally in front of a white curb (passenger loading & unloading ONLY ) . It was on Bay State St . in Alhambra, Ca. on 07/16/21 apprx. 1:25 P.M. The problem is, the van was stopped in front of the mailbox letter drop . At least 10 minutes elapsed before the driver (with no concern for others), returned to the van & drove away . I know Amazon drivers are under a lot of stress, but compromising other vehicles safety is unacceptable

Amazon Customer reps misinformation / torture the customer with false promises

i HAD AN UNUSED AMAZON ACCT FROM 6-7 YEARS AGO. WHEN I tried to log in, i was asked to complete a cell phone number. I had no idea what that number, from a discarded cell phone was .
When i CALLED Amazon, the rep said, "you can have an account with no cell phone. Just press "Not Now". But that never happened~! I had to keep fillling out OTP numbers; I would then fail. the next rep said, "let's set up a new account" Great: i ordered two items from my new account. But when I tried to sign in to track delivery, the msg was "CANNOT CONNECT".

i CALLED AND A NEW REP SAID, 'LET'S SET UP A NEW ACCOUNT" sO i DID. But that account became "on hold" When I called to say I wanted to return one item, that rep said, Fine, the company (The Mighty fISH) will send you a return receipt form to print out.
AGAIN, YES, AGAIN, "ACCOUNT NOT WORKING" SO i COULD NOT PRINT OUT THE RECEIPT.
the "game" of closing or disabling my accounts goes on and on. With each rep falsely promising an account that is functional.

YOU HAVE TAKEN VALUABLE WORK TIME FROM ME; I ASK FOR $100 CREDIT FOR THE HOURS i HAVE LOST IN TRYING TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH AMAZON. i ALSO STILL NEED THE RETURN FORM TO MAIL BACK THE $10 ITEM i PURCHASED.

I PLAN TO FILE THIS COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN THE STATE WHERE AMAZON IS HEADQUARTERED.

I used Amazon prime videos' Lumewell and it was always free, now Amazon using lockdown people and start charging for videos that all free and even if you search for videos that free with prime still see videos that not free. This is scam. They should not used excuse that people are staying home and charge for videos that always been free.

Amazon Ordered 2 items, had no option to deliver to a locker, was stolen from residence after delivery

I ordered 2 items that had no option to deliver to a locker, items were delivered to [censored]ty [censored] ghetto [censored]in apartment and stolen within the hour. I contacted Amazon 3 times about a refund and received multiple confirmations of a refund. I contact a fourth time after receiving NO refund to be immediately denied in an email stating some retarded [censored] shipping policy that its not their fault.

I was [censored]ing lied to by multiple Amazon reps stating I would receive a refund which never came through and then denied even that after being a customer for years with no issues.
