Allstate Insurance review: Cancellation, customer service

I switch to another insurance company two weeks before Allstate draft my account. So, the Insurance company I switch to said they will let Allstate know before they drafted my account for the monthly premium. Well apparently, Allstate still drafted my account and I'm having a hard time getting my full refund back since they were notified to cancel the insurance. I called and email Allstate and now they lied about sending my refund within 2 to 3 days. It's been 15 days now and now they are telling me that they have to go way back whatever that means to see how much refund i get back. I told the young lady that it's been 15 days and it's simple. Just refund me back the premium owed to me. Then she turns around and said there is no notice of cancellation. Tells me that she needs me to email her saying I cancel when I already had sent an email it someone in Allstate 14 days ago. Seems like I'm just getting the round around.
