This is the worst service ever! They just ruined my carpet and it turned from milk-white into yellow-grey. I spent weeks making them re-doing their job after what it gets even worse as for color so for its structure and shape.

As for now they say they can do nothing with it.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is just a disaster - they don't know anything and change their phone number on their website after this all happened.

I don't usually write reviews but I just had to share my experience with All Green Carpet Clean Campbell. During the Christmas season, I always make it a point to deep clean my whole house, and that includes my carpet. My daughter used to help me clean my carpet, but since she moved out of state, I had to find a professional to help me.

I asked around my neighbors and friends on who they can recommend, and my best friend recommended All Green Carpet Clean Campbell. I gave them a call, and the customer service was excellent! They were very accommodating and helped me schedule an appointment that worked around my schedule.

On the day of the cleaning, they arrived on time and got right to work. They were so friendly, gentle, and patient with me. They worked so hard, and it showed on my carpets! They looked brand new, felt super soft and smelled so fresh because they even sanitize my carpets!

What I appreciated most is that they removed all the stains and dirt. My carpets have never looked this good! Plus, their prices were super affordable.

This biz is sooooooo terrible, I can't even! They talk all nice about a $50 home cleanup, but when it comes to cleaning an area rug, they charge you so much your head will spin! And, get this, the dude who came to take my rug was ridin' in his own personal van with Florida plates. Hello? I live in Jersey. What's up with that? And then, they said it would take 2 weeks max to get my rug back, but it's been like 6 weeks and still no rug. I had to call 'em 6 times, listening to the hold music for like 20 mins each time, only to eventually get disconnected or have the call screeners be straight up rude to me. The dumb rug was supposed to be returned today between 1 and 3, but now the clock has ticked past freakin' 6 PM, and still no rug or no call. I mean c'mon! I have 2 texts from these knuckleheads confirm'n delivery between 1-3 today, but then they say the texts were from a computer and got the facts wrong? Really? Don't even bother with this biz if you ain't lookin' for no drama in yo' life.

So, I stay in this micro apartment on 2nd floor and have a little naughty daughter. My carpet was badly dirty due to my daughter's spilling of too much juice on it. This company is a complete rip off! Do not fall for their deceiving advertisement that goes viral! They do not even offer basic carpet cleaning services! I remember waiting two hours for a high school kid who showed up very late. When he finally arrived, he could not even speak English! I later found out that he only sprayed water on my carpets and charged me an exorbitant amount of money for the subpar service. He finished cleaning the two rooms in less than 20 minutes, which is impossible for anyone to do a thorough job in such a short time span. The carpets still looked exactly the same before the cleaning session began, except that they were moist. I was utterly disgusted with this unscrupulous company that takes advantage of their clients so brazenly!
