I had a house at *** and my insurance company called Puroclean Emergency Restoration Services to fix the roof. They came and looked at it, but I didn't see them do anything. That same night it rained and water came inside my house. I called my insurance company and they asked if I knew anyone who could blacktop the roof, but everyone I called said they don't do that anymore. I sold the house on *** and now live in Illinois, but I keep getting letters from Puroclean Emergency Restoration Services saying I owe $672.90 for services they didn't do. They keep sending me mail even though the invoice says I have until 12/28/2022 to pay. I want them to stop bothering me.

Last year, my insurance company hired Puro Clean to clean my house after a fire. PuroClean sent carpet cleaners to clean the carpets that were damaged by smoke. They tried to clean the carpet three times. The first time they sprayed a solution on the carpet which left rust spots and too much water. I called PuroClean and told them about the damage. They sent the carpet cleaners back two days later to try again, but the cleaning machine broke and they left water everywhere. The next day they came back and cleaned the carpet for the third time. Now my carpet is ruined. The seams are coming apart, it's hard and crunchy, and it's discolored. I tried to contact PuroClean to replace my carpet, but Paul threatened me with legal action and said he would put a lien on my property if I didn't pay him in full. I think they should take responsibility for the damage they caused and their poor work.
