I hired Zerorez Nashville to clean my carpets on July 16th. It was the same day I was moving house. They were supposed to clean three rooms and all the furniture was removed. The technician came on time and checked each room before starting to clean. He did not spend much time in each room and quickly left our address. He told us that it would take several hours to dry the carpets. Unfortunately, the result was terrible and the carpets were not clean at all. Even small food stains remained. I thought that such a service should be able to clean even a four-year-old carpet properly.

The next day, I contacted Zerorez and told them I was unhappy with the result. It took a few days to speak with the manager. After a few phone calls and sending him pictures of the carpets, he admitted that the technician was new and should have been more thorough. I asked again for a refund as I did not get the service I requested or desired. Unfortunately, he told me that he was not in a position to give a refund and did not have a direct line to corporate.

Overall, my experience with Zerorez Nashville was disappointing. The technician did not clean the carpets properly and we did not get the service we paid for. The manager was understanding, but I was left frustrated that I could not get a refund.

Zerorez Nashville did carpet cleaning at my place on August 26th. After 3 weeks, me and my wifey noticed bacterial growth and stains on our clothes and closet. We instantly dialed ***, and a professional came on Monday, September 27th to check the damage. He didn't discover any leaks in the attic or crawl space, and claimed that the cleaning may have used excess water that caused the moisture. On Wednesday, *** from Zerorez arrived to assess the damages, and agreed that the carpet cleaning probably produced the damage and that all carpets in my home needed to go for remediation. He also assured me of their quick resolution, but since then Zerorez has ignored me and my wife's requests for help, while we're stuck being displaced from our home due to the damages.

So, Zerorez came over to clean my air ducts. The guy was telling me about some lifetime warranty thing and I bought it on April 2, 2022. My bank check cleared on April 5, 2022. But now, I've called them many times and just got the runaround every single time. I got the number for the manufacturer of the filter and called them. They said it was in the system, but Zerorez had to contact them for them to release the filter. I called Zerorez many more times, even told them that I was going to complain to the ComplaintsBoard.com and get a lawyer if I didn't get my money back or the filter. On 5/21/22, one of the managers called me and said they were going to refund my money. But that was 10 days ago and I still haven't received anything! I called this morning and 5/20/22 and they wouldn't talk to me, so I had to leave another message. I'm so tired of leaving messages and not getting any help.

I had Zerorez come do a clean on my sofa on August 25th. The guy didn't even ask me what kind of fabric it was or if there were any specific instructions from the maker. He said he was new and hadn't done this before. After he left, I noticed black marks all over the sofa. I figured it just needed to dry, but when it did there were still black streaks all over it. I called Zerorez right away and they said they'd send their best guy out. But the same guy came back and cleaned it again, and the black marks were still there. So then I made another appointment for September 26th and when the guy got there, he saw the black marks right away. He tried to do a little test on one cushion but it didn't work, and then he said the other guy had messed it up and there was nothing he could do. I looked up the instructions from the maker and it said to use a water soluble shampoo for pro cleaning. The tech didn't even ask me about it! My sofa is ruined now and nobody has called me back after leaving 5 messages.
