We did not have a good experience. They were quick to get the job done and receive payment, but after only two months of having our new concrete put in by Pristine Cleaning and Concrete it's already cracking in multiple spots around our back patio. If you have the option go with another concrete company that will take their time and do it right the first time so you won't have to get it redone so quickly. Don't be tricked like we were by the quick turnaround time and multiple fake reviews who have only reviewed this company.

Mark and Anthony did a fantastic job cleaning the exterior of my home. Mark asked me to do a 'walk-around' to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Great customer service. I also appreciated that they were able to schedule we within a couple days. I highly recommend Pristine Clean.

Our power washing service with Pristine Cleaning Power Washing went smoothly from our initial contact to the final application of the sealant. The young man who gave us a quote and the other young man who provided the service couldn't have been more business-like and pleasant than these 2 people.

I would highly recommend Pristine Clean for your power washing needs. They were prompt and attentive to our needs. They did a thorough job and checked in throughout the process. They were respectful of our property and did not cut any corners. They went the extra mile to do an excellent job. Thank you.

Pristine was upfront with fair pricing. Their competitor first provided an exaggerated estimate, then kept dropping it with several calls - - in the end, they had reduced estimate by 50%. Pristine tech Eric and crew were very efficient, on time, neat and informative. Good crew, good work, good company.

Chris did a great job. He identified and resolved all of our trouble spots on the house and advised us on how our mulch was causing discoloration on our siding. He was very professional as well. Additionally, Pristine Clean was very up front about their pricing while other companies wanted to negotiate.

Objectively, for one hour's work, two workers, using our water, we paid $536, which had a $70 discount = very expensive job. However, they did high quality work; were very professional; arrived ten minutes earlier than they said they would. Several years ago, we used them for the same driveway and walkway.

Tim and Neal did a very good job. Drive looks great. Two items to improve on, provide more than 15 minutes of notice when your crew is arriving and bring SOME water with you. I understand using my water but it took almost an hour to provide 200 gallons of water between the two trucks. The employees got a looong break

A team led by Chris came to our house later in the day. It took longer than everyone thought because our gutters were a mess. They worked hard well past the end of the work day and didn't complain. When they finished, our gutters were clean, the downspouts were clear, and there wasn't any debris around our house. The next day it poured rain and the gutters worked great. I will definitely use their service again.

Our roof needed cleaning and I got three quotes. I spoke to Austin on the phone and got a firm price. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. Made me feel comfortable enough to place an order. Theirs was the middle price. Mark D. and Anthony B. turned up on time.Explained what they were going to do and what they were using. They were friendly, efficient and very thorough. A very pleasing experience all around.

Very poor experience. They did kill the moss on the roof, but failed to do the rinse, or apply foilage protectorant. Subsequently Hostas, Estilbe's, ferns and grass were also killed. When I inquired if this was typical, I got a very unprofessional response. Basically ignoring my questions. Finally when I indicated I would post complaints they kid kick it up the food chain and I was told the service was unacceptable. A refunded bill is not what I wanted. I wanted professional services.

I contacted Perfect Power Wash for a quote, was very put off by their sales tactics, and the quote was $450 higher than the quote from Pristine Clean. On the day the services were to be performed, the technician Nick, called to let me know exactly when he was going to be there, and he was right on the dot. He was by himself, as the company like many these days, are short handed, but he worked his tail off and did a great job! I am very pleased with the results and plan on being a repeat customer.

and garage last year. They were so good we wanted our concrete and driveway cleaned this year. They did a super job for us. They had some equipment trouble which they took care of. being late in the day, they came back today to put on the sealer. My neighbor gave them a very bad time about blocking their driveway. Let me assure you they did not block him in. I have security camera photos that show he was not blocked in. He really gave the men a hard time . His car was in the shop, and his mother didn't leave until 7:30, long after the men had left for the day. Thank you for doing a really good job. Add photos

The tech, Mark D., called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Because this was the 1st time we ever had someone power wash/seal our driveway (we normally did it ourselves), I had lots of questions. Mark took the time to answer all of them, asked me to look at the driveway after he cleaned it but before sealing, then sealed it, put up caution strips on both side of the sidewalk and in front of the driveway, and then left. Mark was very kind and courteous ... and in today's world ... I was thankful he even showed up for work so that's a plus in my book. At first I was going to try and do the job myself but in the end it would have been too much for me and I was grateful I got a tech that cared about doing a good job.

I ended up hiring this company after contacting Perfect Power Wash first. PPW was aggressive with their selling tactics. I originally asked for a quote and felt that it was too high, so I figured that I would just call Pristine Clean and see what their quote was. Before hanging up, the sales person asked me what I thought the fee should be and I told them between $300-$400, not $500. PPW immediately lowered their price, which was OK, but they then seemed to need a credit card to put on file. I asked them what they were going to charge and they told me nothing, until 2 days after the job is completed. WHY? Needless to say, neither my husband nor I want to play games. Pristine Clean gave me a quote on the phone and did not require a credit card to be put on file. They apparently trust their customers. Pristine Clean came out today and did a meticulous job. They took their time and made sure that my house was perfect. I am a critical person to please, but they get an A++ in my book and I will have them back again. The technicians were prompt, professional and most of all polite. Hiring Pristine Clean only took one phone call; a phone call that I will make again.
