Have used Gutter Boys for several years and various seasons as Mother Nature clogs up our gutters with various leaves and tree seeds. Crews have always been polite and have done a very thorough job-cleanup excellent too. Latest team included a crew leader, Adolph, who worked very quickly to unclog and clean the gutters. No complaints.

From sales through installation, the process of buying and have gutter guards installed was great. Doug was very professional, thoroughly cleaned and tested everything, and left the area around the house cleaner than before he arrived...even fully blowing off the back, which had leaves and pollen on it before he arrived. Highly recommend!

I Have been using the Gutter Boys for last 4 years, twice a year. They are professional and do a great job! They always explain how everything was cleaned out . The team Lead Dan S, advised me of some roof damage he noticed from Squirrels and even took pictures...totally appreciated that because I was able to call a roof repair company and get it fixed ASAP! THANKS AGAIN!

Gutter Boys has provided gutter cleaning at my home for three seasons at the recommendation of a neighbor. They are professional, the pricing is good, they always inform me of their arrival time (which is always accurate) and they clean up and leave the property spotless. Dan, the crew lead, is professional and I trust him 100% even when I am not at home. I highly recommend!

Sales Rep was courteous and very fair. Other vendors started their quotes outrageously high and then discounted to make it seem like you were getting a "deal". Gutter Boys started with a fair price that was less than most others "deals". Installer did an excellent job. Kept me informed of his progress and any issues. Entire process from Sale to Install was extremely professional. I feel I made the right choice with Gutter Boys!

Had GB install Valor Gutter Guards over my existing gutters after extensive research on what gutter guards to go with. This was my first time working with GB and I was impressed with their professionalism, transparency, timeliness and communication ... from the guy who came to my house for the initial quote to the scheduling/billing of the front office to the installation crew being on time, conscientious & clean-up. Overall, 5-star at this point.

I have been using The Gutter Boys for at least 10 years, ever since they were a very small company. There service has always been excellent. They do a good job of cleaning the gutters and are quite timely and efficient when on-site. We had a crew lead by Dan S this year - Just as professional as our past year's experiences. I had trouble with my bank once - payment got lost. The AR department at the Gutter Boys was very nice and understanding in helping resolve this issue. Keep up the good work!

I purchased the Valor gutter covers for the problematic parts of my home where leaves seem to accumulate. During the last few snow melts, I noticed something dripping in one spot where there is a splash guard. Last week, I requested a service call because I knew that spring rains were coming and I didn't want any problems. To my surprise, I got same-day service from a technician named Russ H. He not only checked that spot, but all of the gutters. He hosed some shingle grit that had accumulated behind the splash guard. He was a nice young man and said, "No charge this time." I was very grateful because with all the shutdowns now, I wasn't sure I could get any service at all.

Very disrespectful company. I set up an appointment to have some gutters installed on my house. I didn't mind that I had to wait a couple of weeks to talk to with the person who estimated the quotes for the company. On the day of my appointment around 9am I received a call from Jim "princess" W asking if he could come early because it's going to rain during the time I requested and he didn't want to get wet. I told him no and I would like to be home when he came by just in case I had any questions. I told him that I would reschedule the appointment. I received another call around 1 pm from "princess" and was unable to answer the call because I was at work. I got home and inside of my screen door was a quote from "princess". He violated my wishes and trespassed on my property. Do not use this company.

I had a contract with The Gutter Boys to install gutter guards on all of my gutters. The installation was done competently and efficiently and at a reasonable price. However, in one section the gutters were inappropriate for gutter guard and none were installed. The price was appropriately reduced. Unfortunately, this defeated the primary purpose of putting gutter guards on the whole house as I had to continue to remember to have this gutter cleaned. Therefore, the representative promised free gutter cleaning for this section. A year later, when time came for gutter cleaning that promise was not honored and after a real bad communication struggle, we settled on having the gutters for this section changed and gutter guards installed for a reasonable price. The installation was done efficiently and competently. Overall, I would recommend this company for gutter guard installation, but be prepared for extensive telephone tag communication if something out-of-the-ordinary happens.

Very pleased with service from The Gutter Boys. No high pressure sales. No scare tactics. Ryan looked at my gutters and gave me an estimate in a timely fashion. The Gutter Boys had an opening and actually performed the gutter replacement earlier than anticipated. Austin and his crew were awesome! Courteous, professional and funny. They even re-directed a downspout off the garage to flow the way my yard slopes. Color matches exactly! Austin explained things he found. I wasn't surprised at the final invoice. Costs were as expected. Clean up was exceptional. I would highly recommend The Gutter Boys for gutter replacement. My only suggestion would be to enable the crew to have the capability to repair downspout crocks. The cement on one of mine was already crumbled. The new installation took it out completely. Unfortunately Austin had no way of repairing. I have a temporary seal on it and will repair permanently at a later date. But I consider this a non-issue. Of course the real test will come with the next rain in a few days. Fingers crossed.

Contracted to have gutter guards installed on our house. Included in the installation was the gutters and downspouts were to be cleaned. On installation day, a Tuesday, there were 2 trucks and at least three men. I had some errands to run and returned about 2 hours later. They were packing up and advised if we experienced any problems we should call the office. While on the deck, I could see the gutter on the rear of the garage and there was an area on the end that did not appear to have been covered. I got out a step ladder and checked an an area about 10 inches long at the end of the gutter was uncovered. I then walked around the house and noticed debris from the gutters on the ground. Apparently, their definition of cleaning the gutters was to simply throw the debris on the ground and blow it into the flowerbeds. I contacted the salesman who had come out to quote the job. He said he would let the chief installer know. Next day, did not hear anything. Contacted the salesman again and he said he would personally tell the head installer. 3 days after the installation, a man came out to cover area left exposed. No mention of the debris thrown onto the ground was mentioned. Contacted salesman again and was ignored. My wife and I had to pick up the debris. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
