ABT Basement Solutions did our basement wall repair and sump replacement in '09. We've had yearly checkups and upkeep since. They replaced our sump pump in '18 and just put in a dual pump with battery backup and high float alarm. Their work is always top-notch and professional.

ABT Basement Solutions is the bomb! Their work is top-notch and we saw a big difference in our front steps and driveway. The dudes working were super cool and did a great job. We'd definitely hit them up again if we need to.

We had a bowd basement wall. Alot of water in basement by that wall. ABT installed anchors to straighten it. We noticed some difference right away. More as time went on. Along with having ABT anchor it and rain gutters installed there are no more water problems. All ABT employees were easy to work with and the crew worked hard. We highly recommend them!

They came over to fix a crack in our basement wall and dig a deeper well. We live on a natural spring and were having water problems. They did a great job and since they finished, no issues with our basement! Can't wait for them to lift our cement slab in our driveway! Highly recommend!

The whole thing was super professional. The install team did a great job with the floor jacks and the results were amazing. They were really polite and professional. I used ABT Basement Solutions twice now, for different things, and the people and work are the best I ever worked with. I owned many homes and income properties in different States, and they did top notch work, service, and integrity. Recently, when replacing an egress window well, they found some granite and took an extra two hours to jackhammer and excavate by hand until they could get the well in place - no short cuts and no extra charges. After both jobs, the clean up was perfect - you wouldn't know they were there unless you saw them working at the house.

ABT Basement Solutions just did a big job in our basement. They put in a DryRight Water Control System and fixed some cracked walls. The crew worked super hard and left everything clean. We were impressed with how hard they worked. After they finished, it rained a lot and we didn't have to take out any water from the basement. Before, we would have had to take out a lot of water. I had a problem with leaking window wells in my house that I recently bought (it was built in the 60s). I called ABT to get an estimate and they came out quickly and gave me an honest inspection and quote. They explained everything they would do to fix the problem. I got another quote from a competitor, but I thought ABT's solution was much better. They did the work quickly and it didn't disrupt our daily lives much. The workers were polite, respectful, and professional. I appreciated the frequent communication and quick response to any questions we had. I definitely recommend ABT for any foundation issues you might have.

The whole thing from checkin', to gettin' a quote, to the actual work, to the follow up after it was all done, was super professional. The crew that did the install did a bang up job of diggin', fixin' up our two basement walls, puttin' in new drain tile and waterproofin' the outside walls, and cleanin' up after themselves. The work area was left safe, clean, and tidy at the end of each day. The team was really polite, informative, and professional. We'd definitely recommend ABT and use 'em again. I had a problem with my concrete patio floor settling on one side, causing my doors and windows to become uneven and difficult to use. I needed to replace the windows, but the concrete needed to be leveled first. I told the scheduler at ABT Basement Solutions about my situation and they sent someone to look at my project in just a few days. They worked hard to fit me in before the window installers arrived. The crew lifted the concrete and cleaned up after themselves in just two hours. My floor is now even and my doors and windows work perfectly. The price was very reasonable. I recommend ABT Basement Solutions for any concrete leveling work you need!

This company is super professional. We had Mickey come out to check out our job about a year ago. We had water in our basement after heavy rain. He gave us a bid that was fair and competitive with other companies. Mickey followed up with us twice to see if we had made a decision about using their company. The following spring, Mickey came out again to review the project with us and we signed a contract with ABT. It took a couple of months to get on their busy calendar. Once the day arrived, ABT called to confirm the time they would show up. The crew was outstanding. The leader, Jonathan, was friendly and looked over the job with us prior to starting. The crew of 4-6 workers were excellent. They moved a patio rug so as to not cover it with dirt. Impressive! They neatly stacked up patio tiles as they were removed. After they finished the work, they cleaned up the space so well, it looked much cleaner than when they had arrived. Thank you ABT! I hope our basement stays dry each time it rains now.

ABT did an excellent job. Everything in the bid was done to a very high level of quality. Mickey specified the work to be done in great detail at a firm price and stuck to it. Jose, hands-on job foreman of a crew of three, showed why an experienced worker is so valuable to the project and the company reputation. I have been a contractor for forty years and am very impressed with very hard physical work performed. The completed job is solid quality done right on schedule. ABT installed a new drainage tile / iron ochre control system for the basement to finally solve a long-term leakage problem. Completely satisfied with the work, it solved the problem. The work crew showed up on the appointed day and time and had the work wrapped up in three days. Unexpectedly, they also set up a pipe / hose system outside the house to take the expelled sump water far from the structure so it wouldn't soak into the ground and perpetuate water into the drain tile system. Superb cleanup after the job. The whole drainage tile / sump pump system was working overtime while the work was being done so we got to see the real-time results. Hopefully, I'll never need their remediation services again, but if needed, ABT will be my first and only call.

I had a bad experience with ABT Basement Solutions. The guy in charge, whose name I won't mention, asked for half the payment upfront, but he never finished the job. He refused to do it on two separate occasions, on July 13th and July 31st of 2020. I even took time off work to meet with him, but he didn't show up. He also demanded that I give him a five-star review on Google, which I found very unprofessional. He promised to return the half payment, but he never did.
