We are extremely happy with our new roof. Andrew and his crew were very professional and showed up on time. They were able to finish the job in One Day! Clean up was amazing too - all the debris had been removed! We would highly recommend Options Exteriors! And our experience working with Andrew, our project manager, was wonderful! He provided us valuable insight and adequate assistance in the Claim Process and able to set the Job Date in a timely manner. He has a positive work attitude and completed the project beyond what we have requested.

We were very fortunate to have Jacob Ryan stop by our house and offer a free, thorough exterior inspection of our home. Jacob explained all the wind and hail damage he found and provided a base estimate of the work. He also assisted us in filing the claim with insurance, showed up when the insurance adjuster arrived, and even showed up the say of the install to make sure everything went smoothly. Options replaced our roof and complete siding after a hail storm. Tyler Plueger was our rep and he was very attentive to our needs. Questions were answered quickly. The crew Options used was fantastic. Great attention to detail and any issues that arose, which were small, were handled quickly. I had other neighbors who had work done and nails, debris, garbage were all over the place including my yard. Not with Options crew. When they left, I think I found maybe two nails. Even the inspector commented on the great work. Had two other family member use Options and they had great experiences as well.

The roofing install went very well and the communication with Jon E our Project Manager was excellent. He made sure he was available when our insurance adjuster was here and he answered all my questions during the whole process. We had a very hard working crew. They tore the old roof off, put the new one on and cleaned up very nicely when done and they did it all in one day. We had a couple of flashing concerns but Jon had them taken care of the very next day. He sure was an advocate for the customer. We certainly appreciated he sincere desire to have things done correctly. We highly recommend him.

Let me start out by saying that Options Exteriors has been a great company to work with. Lawrence Smith and James Johnson came out and provided us with a complete inspection. They went to bat with my insurance company and made sure to get every bit of damage from the storm covered. They were patient and as we spent far too long picking colors and made sure all of our questions were answered. Our roof ended up being more work than originally planned for but they still were able to complete the job in one day along with the roof on our gazebo. This has been the most pleasant experience dealing with an unpleasant situation.

Jake Thompson and his team from Options Exteriors, provided great customer service and the work was completed as promised. From the moment the crew manager, Benjamin, introduced himself and explained what the crew would be doing throughout the day, until the final leftover materials were picked up on our driveway, we could not have asked for a better experience. I am pleased to recommend Options Exteriors to others and even more pleased that I can honestly say the project met all of our expectations: great communication, timely responses to all questions and a willingness to meet with everyone involved, including the insurance roof inspector. Thank you so very much Jason from Options Exterior! You were very thorough on the damage assessment, ensuring any and all damage was discovered and included in our hail damage claim. From day 1 to the end of the repairs, you kept us informed of the process and provided answers to all our many questions. You made the repair process simple, and convenient by handle the claims process with our insurance agent. I am especially grateful to the care the team took when doing the work to not damage ground landscape and surrounds trees / shrubs. Thank you for final touches of several passes over the property to find and remove any errant nails - I still have NOT found 1 since. I reached out to Mark R. of Option Exteriors. I had had a different roofing company out and they were only able to get my garage approved for replacement. I was told my house roof was fine. Mark came and got up on the house and found lots of damage. He met with the insurance adjuster and the adjuster agreed there was damage and my house was approved for a new roof. The next issue was now the house and garage were separate claims, meaning two deductibles. Again, Mark worked with the adjuster and was able to get them combined into one claim; one deductible. I can't thank Mark enough he went ABOVE and BEYOND for me. I am so very grateful for his hard work. The crew was also great to work with. They were on time and completed the job the same day. Recently, I reached out to Mark to have my gutters replaced, two weeks later my new gutters were installed. Mark did a follow up visit to make sure I was happy with them. Mark it was a pleasure working with you and your company. Again, thank you for all you did for me.

We had hail damage last fall and our experience working with Options Exteriors since then has been excellent. They met on-site at our home with reps and inspectors from our insurance company and were able to show them damage to the roof, gutters and several windows. They have worked directly with the insurance company to ensure that we received the full value from our replacement value coverage. All of the staff and contractors we have interacted with have been knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and personable. Our project manager Desirae stays in regular contact and promptly follows up on our questions and issues. The roof was completed while we were out of town, and we returned to a great looking new roof and all of the mess was thoroughly cleaned up. I looked diligently around the house for some stray nails and was unable to find any. The windows and gutters remain to be done but I'm confident based on my experience that they will do a great job. I highly recommend that anyone with hail damage or other roofing needs to contact Options Exteriors.

Options Exteriors replaced the roof on my 3 story St. Paul home. The work crew showed up on 8/11 to start the job, and were able to complete it by the end of the day on 8/13. I can say without hesitation that the employees of this company did exceptional work. Project Manager, Andrew Smith worked with me every step of the process. Andrew was pleasant, knowledgeable, always available to address questions/concerns, and never appeared hurried or uninterested. Armando was the crew leader. He too, was very friendly, and willing to answer any questions I had regarding the status of the project and the actual workmanship. I want to specifically point out what a great job the crew did with prepping the work area prior to tear off to ensure little or no damage to our yard and belongings. The same was true with their clean-up process. I was hardpressed to find a stray nail anywhere and did not find any pieces of paper, shingles, or other debris when they were done. I would certainly consider hiring Options Exteriors for future house projects and would not hesitate to recommend this company to others. Thank you for a job well done! Bill Johnson

My elderly father hired this company to work with insurance to replace the roof and possible siding after a storm. The project manager was able to get a claim approved for the roof and the siding on the house. The roof was completed without any issues. The vinyl sidng job was HORRIBLE! The project manager was never on the job site despite numerous complaints about the clean-up of torn-off siding that was left in the grass, bushes, and driveway. The siding crew also left behind 2" nails in the grass and driveway on numerous occasions which we picked up. We were originally advised that the detached garage would also be sided to match the house. As the house was being sided, we asked about when the garage would be completed? We were advised that they were waiting for materials. Time passed and we asked again about the garage. We were then told that they misread the insurance claim and were not doing the garage. During the siding project, the siding crew thre away the front awnings which I never liked bt my father wanted them reinstalled which Options Exteriors agreed to do. After the awnings were thrown away, we spoke to the project manager who tried to take a couple of hundred dollars off of the bill. My father was insistant on getting new awnings put back on so we asked for replacement awnings covered by Options Exteriors. Over the course of 12 months, and still no awnings, Options Exteriors project manager calls and out of the blue says that if we don't make the final payment, they will file a lien on my fathers house eventhough the work had not been completed. STAY AWAY from this company. The project manager had no interest in anything to do with the job site any only interested in collecting his money and finding more jobs. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
