They installed a furnace for me last fall. I was very happy with the job they did and the furnace is working great, Really cut down on my gas bill. I was so pleased with their work that I just had them install a heat pump. They were on time, answered all my questions, cleaned up before leaving and the job was done in a very professional manor. This will bring me near to a carbon neutral home. Thank you Donaldson.

I ordered a new replacement furnace on a Monday and it was installed on Thursday. The team at Donaldson Heating & Air Conditioning did a very nice installation; tidy and secure. I was impressed with their professionalism, politeness, and confidence in their work. The sales adviser, John, explained our options and gave a choice of products and their costs. The warranty is good and the service program is better than most. I am a first-time Donaldson customer.

Technician was very nice but spent an hour and a half on the phone with the shop trying to source a motor for my furnace . I was told that motor was no longer available and offered me a quote on a new furnace . I paid for the service call and sourced a motor myself on the phone 5 mins after he left ! Wil be installing it myself as I should have in the first place as I knew it was the motor before even calling Donaldson . Mike L

Had a Heat Recovery Ventilator installed. The two installers were VERY professional and did an excellent installation - nice clean lines for the equipment, not "sloppy". They explained everything about how the system works, even though we had the same system in our previous home. They cleaned everything up when finished - you'd never know they were here! We were happy with the price for the system, and would highly recommend Donaldson Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone!

The Donaldson technician was able to get our gas fireplace insert working again without having to replace any parts. The pilot tube just needed to be cleaned out and that is what he did along with performing the necessary tests to make sure the gas was not leaking and no carbon monoxide was being released into the house. He explained everything he was doing and was a very pleasant and polite. He did not attempt to sell me replacement parts I didn't need. I would certainly use this company again.

We had no hot water and needed a new tankless water heater. Within an hour of my calling, a sales representative was at our home. The next morning our new water heater was installed. Extremely impressed with the service and professionalism, from the time of my initial phone call until the last technician left. An added bonus was receiving a notice saying that a technician was on his way along with his picture. I will be using their annual inspection plan also. Thank you Donaldson Plumbing and Heating.

Super experience from start to finish. Donaldson Heating & Air Conditioning was very professional with his recommendations for the replacement of our A/C unit; he wasn't pushy or aggressive in any way, but so much more knowledgeable and articulate than the other company who quoted. The technicians (John and Mike) were the technicians who did the installation, and they were professional and polite. I won't think twice about using Donaldson again when my aging furnace eventually conks out, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to family and friends!

I am thrilled with the service provided by Donaldson. Our old central air unit suddenly failed during the beginning of another London heat wave. I called Donaldson in the late morning and a serviceman arrived around 3 pm on the same day. He was very informative and courteous, explaining many aspects of my heating and cooling system. In short order he identified a failed part and replaced it, enabling the unit to function well again. I will definitely call them again when it's time to replace my system, sometime in the next few years. George

Furnace quits on coldest day this year. It is a Sunday but they sent out a technician and even though the furnace was from 1976 Donaldson Heating & Air Conditioning managed to get it going. I talked about getting a new furnace and they arranged to have their experts come out to give info on many furnaces and their pros and cons. No pressure just information. A few days later I made a decision and on the snowiest day this year Donaldson Heating & Air Conditioning's team installed my new furnace. They were fast and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone and if I need further work done such as air conditioning or hot water I will be using them again. All in all a great experience.

Customer service is the priority for Donaldson! Technician was honest, professional and courteous. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable. He showed me what the issue was and what he did to resolve it. He also explained what I need to do to keep the furnace running effectively in the future. Furnace fixed within hours of my call. I appreciate the text sent to say they were on their way. The woman who answered the phone was kind, courteous and got back to me by phone to give an approximate appointment time. We have just completed a bathroom renovation and would highly recommend Donaldson's to anyone. From our initial consultation with Dan, to the final completion of the project, every detail was taken care of exactly as described in the estimate. All workers were professional and courteous, and everything was completed on time and on budget. We are thrilled with the outcome. A few weeks later, we had an issue with a dryer vent that needed repair. Once again we called the folks at Donaldson's. They sent a technician out promptly, and all was taken care of in very short order. We can't say enough about this company, and also how proud their men are to be working for such a great employer!

He also came out on the date of the installation to ensure that all the details were being looked after. A follow-up phone call was made a week later to ensure that we were satisfied with everything. The installation team of Donaldson Heating & Air Conditioning arrived on time and had the installation completed in 8 hours. They were friendly, technically competent and efficient. Workmanship appears to be excellent. Based on our experience so far, we are looking forward to many years of worry-free HVAC performance.

Could not be more pleased - exceptional service.

Our water tank was replaced less than one year ago and yesterday failed to produce hot water. This morning I telephoned regarding the problem and to my complete amazement Sarah (their customer service representative) confirmed that I would have a technician to our house between 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. I could not believe it - especially during the time of COVID!

Well at 10:00 am exactly John, the service representative arrived and with his expertise the problem was completely resolved in under ten minutes.

I would highly recommend Donaldson Heating & Air Conditioning to family and friends anytime. Their staff are knowledgeable, professional, polite & courteous and ALWAYS listen and take your needs into account - certainly a pleasure to do business with.

it has been several months since we had Donaldsons Heating and Cooling install our new furnace and air conditioning system. The furnace has been taken for a good test run over the winter and we have now had the air conditioning on for the last two days. Since we live in a four level back split, proper circulation has always been a problem but now the air feels more evenly distributed. Also, the new thermostate is easy to use and its remote access feature comes in very handy.

Despite the fact that the new system was slightly more expensive then some other systems they offer (which also seemed very good) we opted for the new one. The warranty and service plan is amazing and the product quality is outstanding. We hope to stay in our home for several more years so appreciate the peace of mind.

The day of installation arrived and two very nice Donaldson technicians arrived at our home. John and Mike were very polite and respectful. They were extremely careful in our home and followed all Covid 19 safety protocols. The installation of a tankless water heater took a few hours, during which time they discovered a small leak in a gas pipe, which could have been disastrous for us. John and Mike repaired that. We were very grateful and will always recommend Donaldson Heating and Air Conditioning as a 5 star business.
