Disappointed with Wrangler's Black Cargo Pants: Low Quality and High Price Tag
I recently purchased a pair of black cargo pants from Wrangler and I must say, I am quite disappointed. These pants used to be known for their durability, but now they seem to be made with low quality materials and come with a higher price tag. It seems like corporations have been doing this for the past 10 years, and Wrangler is no exception.
One of the biggest issues I have with these pants is that when I wash them, they get detergent stains on them. This means I have to wash them twice, which is not only bad for the environment but also bad for my wallet. I wish Wrangler would take this into consideration and improve the quality of their products.
Another issue I have with these pants is that they have way too much spandex or elastic in them. I'm not sure what they put in there, but it feels like rubber. I wish they would go back to the original material they used to use. The excessive amount of spandex or elastic makes the pants feel uncomfortable and not as durable as they used to be.
Unfortunately, I have decided to start buying from another company. Sorry Wrangler, but your failure to produce decent clothes is why you lost a long time customer. Maybe you will have the good conscience to not rip people off in the future and improve the quality of your products.
Disappointed with Wrangler's Quality: Switching to Levi's and Carhartt
I been wearin' Wrangler jeans for over 40 years now. I also bought Carhartt, Levi's, and L. L. Bean. Wrangler's always been my favorite until recently. Not sure what happened the past few years but the quality has really gone down. They even skimpin' on the denim material that goes into the pocket. I just ordered a pair of Levi's and gonna get a pair of Carhartt jeans soon. I be buyin' one of those brands in the future. NO MORE Wrangler's. I got some friends here in Montana who doin' the same thing. Used to see Wrangler's everywhere you went. That gonna become a thing of the past. Sorry to see them go. They tried to save a few pennies and it gonna cost them millions.
Disappointing Shipping Experience with Wrangler.com: A Review
So, I recently made a purchase on wrangler.com and I gotta say, it was a bit of a bummer. Don't get me wrong, their clothes are top-notch, but this review isn't about that. Let me tell you about my experience with their shipping process.
At first, everything seemed to be going smoothly. I received a confirmation email right after I placed my order, and the next day, I got a notification saying that my package had been shipped. I was pretty excited to receive my new clothes, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned.
A whole week went by and I still hadn't received my package. I checked the UPS tracking information, but it hadn't been updated since the day I received the "shipment" notification. I was starting to get worried, so I decided to give wrangler.com a call to see what was going on.
The representative I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, they didn't have any good news for me. They confirmed that my items had not been shipped yet, even though they had marked them as shipped on their website. I was pretty disappointed to hear this, especially since I had been looking forward to receiving my order.
Overall, I have to say that I was pretty disappointed with my experience on wrangler.com. It's not cool to mark items as shipped when they haven't even left the warehouse yet. I hope they can improve their shipping process in the future, because I really do love their clothes.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Wrangler: Beware of Bad Reviews
Hey guys, I just wanted to share my experience with Wrangler. I ordered a medium shirt from their website, but when it arrived, it was a 3XL! I was pretty disappointed, so I called their return and exchange department to try and sort it out. The woman on the phone wasn't the nicest, but I tried to stay calm and polite. I asked her about the shipping cost for returning the shirt, and she accused me of ordering the wrong size! I definitely did not, but I don't think it's right to talk to customers that way. If she had been a little nicer, I might have just paid the shipping cost and moved on. But instead, I'm writing this review to warn others. Wrangler has a lot of bad reviews for a reason, so I would recommend staying away from them.
Unfair Return Policy and Hidden Costs: My Experience with Wrangler's Online Store
I recently purchased two pairs of jeans from Wrangler's website and was disappointed to find that they didn't look like they did in the pictures. I was surprised to learn that they don't cover the cost of shipping for returns, which I think is unfair. It seems like they're forcing customers to keep products they don't like just to avoid paying for shipping. As a regular customer, I don't receive any discounts for shipping either.
To make matters worse, when I received my refund, they didn't include the original shipping cost. This meant that I ended up paying almost half the price of a jean that I didn't even own! I reached out to customer service to complain, and they only reimbursed me for the original shipping cost.
Overall, I would not recommend buying Wrangler products online. They make it clear that their return policy is different from most online purchases, but I still think it's unfair to customers. It's disappointing to spend money on a product that doesn't meet your expectations and then have to pay extra just to return it.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Wrangler Jeans
I gotta say, I'm a big fan of Wrangler. Their jeans and clothes are the real deal, and I've been wearing them for as long as I can remember. But, I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough go with their customer service recently.
So, I bought a pair of jeans and after the first wash, one of the rivets popped off. I was pretty bummed, but I figured I'd just reach out to Wrangler and see if they could help me out. Well, let me tell ya, their response took a hot minute. Like, several days. And when it finally showed up, it was basically just a bunch of hoops for me to jump through.
They wanted me to print a label, package up the jeans, and ship them back to them. And then, get this, I had to wait 6-8 weeks for them to decide if they were gonna exchange them or not. I mean, come on, Wrangler. That's a lot of hassle for a pair of jeans that I just bought.
So, I wrote back and asked if they could just send me a new rivet so I could fix them myself. And you know what? I didn't hear a peep from them. Not a single word.
It's a real shame, because I really do love Wrangler and their products. But, man, their customer service is just not up to snuff. It's a bummer that a company with such great stuff can't seem to get their act together when it comes to taking care of their customers.
I mean, I've been a Wrangler customer for, like, 50 years. That's a long time, you know? And it seems like that doesn't really mean anything to them. It's a real shame.
Disappointing Experience with Wrangler's Online Order and Customer Service
I gotta say, I ain't too happy with my recent experience with Wrangler. I ordered two flannel shirts for ladies on their website about three weeks ago, and I was expecting them to arrive within a week like they said on their site. But guess what? I never got those shirts. I checked my email for any updates, but there was nothing. So, I decided to give their customer service a call this morning to see what's up. And you know what they told me? They cancelled my order because they were out of stock! Can you believe that?
Now, I ain't no expert in business or nothin', but I think it's pretty common courtesy to let your customers know when something like this happens. I mean, a simple email or phone call saying "We're sorry" would've been nice. And to make matters worse, they didn't even offer me anything to make up for it. No coupon, no discount, nothin'. I buy a lot of stuff from Walmart with the Wrangler name on it, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Don't get me wrong, I like their clothing line and all, but their customer service and business practices suck. I don't think I'll be buying from them online again. How can I trust that their items are actually in stock? It's a shame, really.
Disappointed with Wrangler's Customer Service: A Review of Corduroy Overalls
So, I decided to give Wrangler a try and ordered a pair of corduroy overalls in extra small size. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, I found out that they sent me an extra large size instead. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing them. However, I had a skydiving accident recently and I was a bit immobilized on my couch, so I couldn't go out and print a return label to send the overalls back to FedEx.
I contacted Wrangler's customer service and explained my situation. I asked if they could send me the correct size and let me keep the XL overalls as a small compensation for the inconvenience. However, the customer service rep told me that they couldn't do that and that I had to send back the XL overalls before they could send me the XS size. I was a bit frustrated because I felt like they weren't willing to work with me to make things right.
I asked if they could give me a small discount on my current order to make up for the mistake, but the customer service rep told me that they were already giving me a discount by not charging me for the return shipping and for placing a new order over the phone. She also said that covering the shipping costs was their way of compensating for the mistake. I understand that mistakes happen, but I felt like they were just doing the bare minimum to fix the problem.
In the end, I decided to return the XL overalls and not order from Wrangler again. I was really disappointed with their customer service and the way they handled the situation. I think they could have done more to make things right and keep me as a customer.
Disappointed with Wrangler: Poor Shipping and Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Wrangler. I recently made my first purchase from them after my go-to work pants were discontinued by another company. I was hoping to find a new reliable source for my work clothes, but unfortunately, my experience with Wrangler has left a bad taste in my mouth.
First off, I had some issues with the shipping. I understand that they don't refund initial shipping charges, but what really got me was that they kept the overpayment from the shipper. I mean, come on, that's just not cool. It's like they're trying to squeeze every penny out of their customers.
To make matters worse, the pants I received didn't fit quite right, so I had to return them. Again, I understand that returns can be a hassle, but Wrangler was totally careless throughout the whole process. They even made me eat the shipping cost for the return, which just seems like a low blow.
Overall, I was really hoping to become a long-term customer of Wrangler, but after this experience, I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame, because I really wanted to like their products, but their lack of customer service and care just isn't worth it. I'll be checking out Wolverine instead - they seem to have a better reputation for quality and customer service.
Poor Customer Service and No Free Returns from Wrangler
Ordered some clothes from Wrangler and was pretty disappointed when I received them. Both shirts had loose threads all over the place and one of them was just crumpled up in the shipping bag. I reached out to them to ask for a pre-paid return label because there was no way I was going to pay to send back these defective items. Unfortunately, Wrangler doesn't offer free returns like a lot of other sites do, which is a huge bummer. I had to email them twice to get a response about the label, and it took them 9 whole days to get back to me after I sent 3 follow-up emails. They didn't even respond to my other email about the label, even though they say they'll get back to you within 2 business days.
After 3 weeks of not hearing anything, I decided to call them up to see what was going on. I had to wait on hold for a whopping 45 minutes before I finally got through to a representative. They told me that refunds take 4 weeks from the date the package was delivered, which is a pretty long time if you ask me. Now that it's been 4 weeks, I'm getting pretty frustrated and am thinking about filing a complaint with my bank.
Overall, I'm really disappointed with the service I've received from Wrangler. There are so many other options out there that offer better customer service and free returns, so I'll definitely be avoiding this brand in the future.

Terrible Customer Service: Wrangler's Delayed Refund Process
I bought some stuff from Wrangler back in November 2022. I had to send back one of the things I got, a jacket. The company said they got it on January 5, 2023. But it's already January 26 and I still haven't got my money back. I've called them a bunch of times and every time they say the same thing: "Just wait 3-5 days." But those days come and go and still nothing. Their way of doing things and how they treat their customers is just terrible.
Disappointing Experience: Website Fails to Deliver Promised Product and Poor Customer Service
This website ain't that great. I was lookin' for a shirt that they said they had in stock. So I decided to order another shirt to get free shipping. But when I got my order, the shirt I really wanted wasn't there. I got an email from them at the last minute when they were closed, sayin' they shipped the shirt I didn't really want. Now I gotta pay to send it back. What a joke, they can't even keep track of their own stuff. I ain't gonna shop there no more.
False Advertising and Deceptive Practices by Wrangler.com
I got some jeans from wrangler.com and they said I could get $100 if I did a survey. So I did it and they wanted me to sign up for some magazines. I said I did, but I didn't really. I don't trust these companies, they just want more money. I won't buy from wrangler.com again. They can suck it.

Disappointing Durability: A Review of Wrangler's Socks
Wrangler's products are not up to par, especially their socks. I was completely disappointed with the poor quality and lack of durability. They couldn't hold up to anything, especially when it comes to working. I won't be buying any more of their cheaply made crap. There are definitely better brands out there that offer higher quality products. These socks didn't even last a month before developing holes in the back of them. They are definitely not made for real working men. I suggest looking elsewhere for better quality products.
Disappointed with Recent Changes to Wrangler Clothes: Short Torso, Weird Pockets, and Crooked Seams
I've been wearing Wrangler clothes for a long time, and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with some of the recent changes. The long sleeve shirts are nice, but the torso is way too short - like 4 to 6 inches too short! And don't even get me started on the sleeves - they're like an inch too short! What's up with that?
And then there's the cargo pants. I mean, they look okay, but the back pockets are all weird. They look like they're sewn inside out or something. And there's no pocket flap to keep your wallet in your pocket! What's the point of having cargo pants if you can't even keep your stuff in the pockets?
I've been loyal to Wrangler for a long time, but if they don't change things back to the way they used to be, I might have to switch brands. I mean, I don't want to, but what choice do I have?
Oh, and one more thing - have you noticed the seam on the pocket? It's all crooked! I don't know how that got by quality control, but it's not a good look. Come on, Wrangler, get it together!
Disappointing Quality: Wrangler Clothes Don't Last
if you want clothes that will last you more than a month. I used to love Wrangler, but now I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The fabric is so cheap that it splits within days of purchase. It's a waste of money and time. I don't know what happened to the quality of Wrangler, but it's not reliable anymore. Don't believe the ads with pretend cowboys and unhappy horses. They're not telling you the truth. If you're looking for durable clothes that will last you a long time, look elsewhere. Wrangler is not the brand for you.
Sizing Issues with Wrangler Jeans: A Loyal Customer's Frustration
Been wearin' Wrangler blue jeans for almost 50 years now. Got a pair on right now, just a little worn out, but who cares? At the start of the year, I bought two new pairs, both 42x30 relaxed fit. But when I tried to put 'em on, I couldn't get my butt in 'em! Took 'em back to the store, tried on a 44x30, same thing. Couldn't find a 46x30 anywhere, so I went to a different store. They had a 46x30, but it still didn't fit!
I wrote to Wrangler in North Carolina, askin' who's checkin' what, but I never heard a word back. It's a shame, 'cause I've been loyal to Wrangler for so long. I remember when they used to be made in the USA, but now they're made in other countries. I don't know if that's why the sizing is off or what, but it's frustrating.
I still wear my old Wranglers, even though they're worn out. They're comfortable and they fit me just right. I wish I could find a new pair that fit the same way. I don't want to switch to another brand, but if Wrangler doesn't start payin' attention to their sizing, I might have to.
Disappointing Quality: A Review of Wrangler Jeans
Wrangler used to be the go-to brand for a tough and durable pair of jeans. As someone who has been around for 73 years, I can attest to the fact that these jeans used to be able to withstand even the toughest of jobs. However, I recently purchased a pair of Wrangler jeans and was disappointed to find that after only two months, the left back pocket began to rip for no apparent reason. I always carry my wallet in the right back pocket, so it's not like I was putting any extra strain on the left pocket.
To make matters worse, I also had another pair of Wrangler jeans that ripped at the bottom of the pocket and up the side of the pocket. It seems like the quality of the material being used has gone down, as these jeans simply do not hold up like they used to. It's not just Wrangler either - even Levi's, another once-reliable brand, is now facing quality problems.
It's a shame that these brands are no longer made in the USA, as it seems like the quality has suffered as a result. I miss the days when I could depend on a pair of Wrangler jeans to last me for years, but unfortunately, those days seem to be gone. If you're looking for a durable pair of jeans, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Wrangler's Website and Customer Service Need Improvement
I gotta say, I'm a fan of Wrangler stuff. They make some real nice clothes and accessories. But let me tell ya, their website and customer service line are a real pain in the butt.
So here's the deal. My billing and shipping addresses are different, right? No big deal, happens all the time. But for some reason, that sets off some kind of alarm in their system. Even when I tried using a different credit card, it still wouldn't let me place my order. So I called up my banks to make sure everything was cool on my end. And it was! No issues there.
So then I called up Wrangler's help line. And let me tell you, that was a whole ordeal. I was on the phone for FOUR HOURS, talking to three different people, being put on hold, calling my banks again, and then having to call back the next day. It was like dealing with the DMV or something.
But eventually, after all that hassle, my order was finally placed. And the products themselves are great, don't get me wrong. But man, they really need to work on their website and customer service. It shouldn't be this hard to buy some clothes.
Disappointing Return Policy: My Experience with Wrangler's Website Purchase
I recently made a purchase on Wrangler's website, and unfortunately, the denim jacket I received didn't fit me quite right. I was disappointed to learn that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself, rather than having a prepaid label provided to me. I had to find a shipping location and pay $18 to send the jacket back. To make matters worse, Wrangler deducted an additional $6.95 from my credit to cover the cost of shipping the jacket to me in the first place.
All in all, I will only receive a $24 credit for my $48 purchase. It's frustrating to have to pay so much just to return an item, especially when other retailers like Amazon offer free returns. In fact, I ended up buying a similar jacket from Amazon just in case it didn't fit, knowing that I wouldn't have to pay for the return shipping.
I understand that companies have to cover their costs, but I think Wrangler could do a better job of making their return policy more customer-friendly. It's disappointing to have to pay so much just to return an item, and it definitely makes me think twice about making future purchases from their website.
I bought two shirts as gifts for the holidays. I needed to return one as it was too small. They charged me 25% of the purchase price!
