Worldwide Express Operations Payment not received.

On 12/14/23 and 12/15/23, our company PRA TRUCKING CORP, moved two local loads in Salt Lake City, UT for WORLDWIDE EXPRESS DOT 2241484, each with a value of $400 load 828141 and 828143. As of today, 2/16/24, our emails and calls, as well from our factoring company, have gone unaswered. A claim was files on their bond (Merchants National Bonding, policy [protected]) on 2/16/24, only to be told that the claim was denied due to reasons:

1) Load did not move in "interstate commerce" and is therefore not subject to economic regulation by the FMCSA due to one of the following:

a) intrastate movement pursuant to 49 USC 13501 (UT to UT)

b) strictly international movement pursuant to 49 USC 13501

c) inbound international shipment pursuant to 49 USC 14706(a)(1)

d) local zone/drayage exemption 49 USC 13506.

ALL WHICH ARE APPROVED BY FMCSA.

Even though Worldwide Express is associated with GlobalTranz, they will not help me get in contact with Worldwide.

Claimed loss: $800- total loss for two loads.

Worldwide Express Operations Non payment of ups approved claim

UGH

UPS damaged my package. A claim was filed with my shipping agent WWex. The claim was approved, in the amount of $5739.60.

"As a follow-up, your claim was approved in the amount of $5,739.60 and we just received the check from UPS, so your payment has been submitted for processing. Below is the remittance address we have on file for claim payments. Please allow some time for payment processing and delivery."

I got this email from WWex on November 3rd 2022. I am yet to get any money from WWex. Almost 2 bloody months. Beware these folks are in cahoots. Bah humbug.

This is disgraceful. Shame on UPS dealing with crooks like WWex. And double shame on WWex.

Worldwide Express Operations trucks

On multiple occasions this service has let me down. They have lost my shipments and they have scheduled shipments with the wrong size trucks and have scheduled trucks that dont show up. They take 0 responsibility for their mistakes.

Today is no different I replied to a quote I requested at 1:51pm after not getting a bill of lading I called at about 2:30pm the truck was scheduled I received a bill of lading. At 5pm I called for an update on the truck and was told the shipment was scheduled for pick up for tomorrow. I asked why, they said the cutoff time was passed. All truckers need a 2 hr window. The woman tells me they created the bol at 2:59. I reply with 3 to 5 is a 2hr window. They reply with the truck was held up. Now they want to expedite my shipment because i'm on a deadline and want me to pay extra. Unacceptable! I will no longer use this company.

I highly recommend old dominion. They're a bit pricier but they do what they say they're going to do and they show up on time.
