I am the seller of a car, they had a tow truck company land in my yard without notice they were coming and over a month late the car was supposed to be delivered September 15 they didn't show up till October 18 unannounced! I really feel sorry for the buyer paying thousands of dollars for such service

Extremely professional and courteous. Never dealt with shipping cross-country before however I needed my '65 Mustang sent from Maine to Texas and they gave me multiple options for the transport of my car with pricing for each. I chose an enclosed trailer and my car was picked up and dropped off within a week! Unbelievable how helpful and friendly they were, with updates throughout the process on which state my vehicle was in. I highly recommend Shiplux anytime you want the job done right.

Chase G. from Shiplux is an absolute godsend. I had an old school bus converted into an RV in Texas and when it came time to be driven to Illinois (where I live) it wouldn't start. Chase went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and within a day had secured a driver at a very competitive price. He coordinated ALL the different vehicles needed to hoist my bus on and off of the tow truck at a flat rate to avoid extra charges. On the day of pickup, the driver found my bus in the far corner of a parking lot blocked by multiple buses that also wouldn't start. I was a basket case, but Chase remained calm and laser focused on fulfilling my dream of getting my skoolie back to Chicago. He was able to successfully work with the conversion company to liberate my trapped bus, keep me calm and keep the other vehicles on schedule. I was not the easiest customer to deal with, but Chase was supportive, compassionate, honest and got the impossible done. I highly recommend working with Chase at Shiplux to transport your vehicle. He is a consummate professional and a fine person.

I needed my Jeep transported from Indianapolis, IN to Tucson, AZ. Start to finish, Sheldon A. at Shiplux made this completely stress free and my Jeep was delivered a day early! The quality of service and attention to detail were fantastic. I would definitely use them again!

Absolute garbage customer service. The guy *** that gives the quotes and you deal with is rude and knows nothing about customer service. Honestly shiplux keep him out of sight and away from customers. Him making threats and being rude has no place in the business world. He tried to be a bully and when I called him out he just hung up. Hire better people. I will say one thing, my driver was good.

Shiplux LLC was wonderful - I had hired Haul bikes.com prior to hiring Shiplux LLC. Haul bikers took my money on a credit card immediately then jerked me around for 3 months! I called Shiplux, got right through to a "real" person who handled the shipping of my motorcycle from MA to SC. They had my bike picked up and delivered within 48 hours! I would highly recommend them for your shipping needs. I was in contact with them throughout the entire process and was never left in the dark. My motorcycle was shipped in an enclosed trailer and arrived in perfect condition!

Sheldon was a definite bright spot in our import process. Super easy to work with, quick to respond, and gave timely and info based timelines that kept us in the loop throughout. He definitely went above and beyond, which is something for us in our situation, nonexistent with the other parties involved. Thanks again Sheldon and Shiplux!

Not only was the entire experience of moving a Boston Whaler motor boat from North Carolina to Connecticut seamless and without stress, Terry Mixon at Shiplux made it a pleasure and actually fun. Imagine that - an extremely competent manager with outstanding communication skills with a sense of humor ! Terry came in several hundred dollars less than a competitor in about five minutes of my call and could perform the move within five days or better (the other company, incredibly, said seven to eight weeks - that's half the boating season !). I wish every other experience involving logistics were this easy and fun - Ten stars if I could give that many.

Ship Porsche race car from Fla to Utah and agreed to a small 3 car enclosed vehicle. Vehicle arrived in an open transport multi car filthy and no sensible way to unload it safely. Paid additional fee to another company to unload and detail. Ask for refund of just my additional cost and received no response from transporter.

I give this company a 1 star. We booked them 2 months prior to date of transport. A few days before pickup we expected a pickup but that never got one. Day of pickup they told us they would call back in an hour and that never happened as well. After calling them several times we were given no answer. Claimed they didn't have enough trucks. We were forced to hire another company at twice the price because we were leaving town early 2 days later and need the car in another state. They were a horrible company to work with and would not recommend to anyone.

I shipped my 3 classic cars with Shiplux from Canada to Florida. Everything went perfect and stress free. I give them a A+ and will most definitely use them again.

I thoroughly researched six different carrier companies for the enclosed transport of our '69 Cougar from AZ to CA. I received the best communication and second-lowest price from ShipLux. That was really good since there was a $400 spread between quotes! From the minute I requested a quote to the time I signed the contract, I was pleased. They were direct with me about how it works and what to expect. They accommodated my sellers' schedule for picking up the car and will have it to us faster than any other company could. This has been a 5experience from start to finish. I highly recommend ShipLux.
