Well they seem like a decent place to find extra work but once you get paid they start making adjustments to your pay that wasn't agreed upon
Well they seem like a decent place to find extra work but once you get paid they start making adjustments to your pay that wasn't agreed upon and when you leave the emails and try to get a phone number you can't really talk to anyone leaving employee or customer satisfaction slim down to nill and they really listen to anything you have to say.
I worked with this company since March
I worked with this company since March. There have been a lot of bugs in the system but it went from bad to worse. They breached me for a job that I spent 13 hours working. I even have the time sheets to prove it. I have written multiple times and have received no response other than an automated response. I even had the requestor call on my behalf. The issue has not been resolved. There is a breach on my record that should not be there and I'm owed $400. They have made no attempts to resolve this issue. This is a scam company that steals from their employees.

Non payment of services rendered
I did a assignment on may 16 for family dollar stores ( Euclid oh. ) , thru wonolo for (wis. international), time of the job was from 8:30 am- 4:30 pm , the job was completed. I have been waiting patiently for my pay since.I was told the funds were forwarded to my account but no such transaction has been made to the account, and I’m unable to resolve this thru an automated system (no human contact )..
Desired outcome: Get my paycheck asap..
On August 26th, I worked a job with Wonolo as an independant contractor
On August 26th, I worked a job with Wonolo as an independant contractor. They were supposed to provide me with payment for services rendered. I sent several messages back and forth and they have yet to provide the money owed to me as of this date.Wonolo as a company is a poorly run unprofessional for profit company that works with independant contractors. They mistreat their independant contracting staff by not paying them what they are owed for work they provide. They are unorganized and do not have quality service or staff that can deal properly with their independant contractors to fulfill the requests appropriately. I would like for them to provide the funding they owe me without any further delay. I am also warning all other contractors who work with them of the antics that they do on a regular basis.

I created an account with Wonolo which was required to view the options available
I created an account with Wonolo which was required to view the options available. I tried it out, I did not like it and I requested to have my account deleted as there was no option to do it myself. I have now requested my account to be closed and my information permanently removed three times. Each time they respond to the initial request and ask me to verify my information. I do and then I never hear anything back. I receive a customer service survey about my experience but no response to the request. Each time Ive tried to reply to my original request I immediately get an email telling me that case has been closed and I have to create a new one. Ive Eve tried removing the case number and forwarding my request again. Its obviously scanned for any case number, denied and forces you to start again to end *** in the same loop hole.

February 1, 2022, I worked a gig at axelhire through the Wonolo app. On January 4,2022, I arrived at axel hire location punched in ON THE *** in the warehouse started the job through the Wonolo app later I found out I was marked as a no show and I will NOT be paid. Then Wonolo blocked all access to jobs. There is no way I can start the job within the Wonolo app if I was not on site so Axel hire and Wonolo have altered information. Axelhire has clearly done this before and this needs to be investigated (see previous Complaintsboard.com complaints). In summary if your a *** worker dont be taken advantage of report these shady businesses.

Whenever I would show up and try to clock in on the app, it would not let me
Whenever I would show up and try to clock in on the app, it would not let me. I showed up at the *** location at 9:50, could not login started at 10 pm ended at 6: 30 am took a screen shot of the sign off sheet this was October 5th. On October 7th I was at the *** location in *** at the same time doing the same thing 8.5 hours that job was marked as completed and we will see where that goes. Why an assignment done on the 5th would be left unattended and not updated although one on the 7th at a later date is marked as completed is beyond me. I am glad that I took screen shots of both assignments that I signed off on and the hours as this could end up potentially shady. Shouldn't be so difficult. Clients need things updated so that they can work towards getting paid especially when that specific type of work has a lengthier paid out period.

I never received my referral bonus from wonolo from when *** completed her first job at 5 star.. And she already got paid, and received her bonus from me referring her, wonolo keep giving me the run around about it.. Seems like they dont plan on paying me, its going on 2weeks...
So I'm looking for answers in why it has taken over a month to do my background. I have done the paperwork 3 times now and the only response I'm getting back from customer service is they are looking into my cas and then I get ghosted. I have sent ID, my dd form 214 which is military paperwork to prove my identity and I even sent a selfish. I'm not a criminal and don't have any felonies. If I was or did have I wouldn't of been able to be in the military. Don't do any drugs I can drop any moment to prove that. So why has my information been taken and im not able to get any answers. Is this you way to get peoples information to do god knows what with it because it is beginning to feel that. If I don't get contacted by a supervisor by this company in a timely manner I will be pursuing this farther.
I signed up to work for a company through Wonolo on Dec 7, 10, and the 16th. All of the jobs were canceled after the allotment cancellation policy and I havent received payment for either and its now Dec 18, 2021. Ive tried to. Intact them all to no avail. Should I not receive payment or contact someone with thin the next 72 hours my goal is to seek legal action to resolve the issue. Ive noticed Im not the only one who has had this type of complaint and its really unfortunate because I thought this wouldve been a great company to work for.
I worked for wonolo which is an app where you can choose what job you want
I worked for wonolo which is an app where you can choose what job you want. When you getting to said job you are to press start and finish in the app and maybe sign in with the company your working for. I chose to work Nordstrom in Brooklyn *** FROM 11 am to 8 pm, when arrived to Nordstrom to work there was no formal sign in sheet, which made me forget about signing in on the app. I understand my fault of not signing in but I made the supervisor aware of my issue proved to him I was there since before 11am and he assured me he'd put my hours in no problem he even emailed them in my face. Come pay day I only got paid for the hours worked technically on their app. At the end of the day my hours have to be ok by the supervisor so why would they only pay me $67 when I was supposed to get around $165 after taxes. I'm not a slave and I work very hard for my money please help me I know this isn't right.

I worked for Nordstrom rack on the 26th of oct and I wasnt able to start my job and I let the store manager know she said it was fine and she would email them so I can get my full pay and that I would be paid for the full eight hours but now they are only processing for me 2 hours and 46 minutes of my pay. Which was 45 dollars . This may be the advance payment feature however no one has responded to my email or Alexus emails about getting my full pay and I was suppose to get around 122 all together .
10/24 I worked at Boundbrook, *** Nordstrom. My clock in function didn't go through. When I noticed it, I spoke to the manager that day. He said he'd look into it. Nothing was resolved. The problem: there is NO WAY to contact a human through the app. I went through the virtual motions and it said message the Requestor. I did that. They told me to message Wonolo. Went through the motions. The app gave me a case number and said someone would contact me. No one has contacted me. Went through this route three times. No one has contacted. There is no phone number anywhere. I'm assuming this is a sub company under another because that should be illegal.I called the manager this morning and he said he'll try contacting them through the app but there is nothing he can do.I need a human.

I broke my phone on Saturday the 11th and was unable to see my screen therefore unable to sign in or out for my shifts. I sent Wonolo a message online that day to explain the situation in hopes to prevent any issues. I also followed up with a message asking if I could access my account through the website. Neither of my messages were answered. I finally received my replacement phone on 9/14th at 8pm when I arrived home from working a Wonolo job. I withdrew from the next day's shift as soon as I got my phone setup. I was given a breach point and accepted jobs removed. I understand the breach point contract however this was a situation out of my control and I tried to reach out to the company for assistance which was ignored. There is no phone number listed so how is someone supposed to contact them. In addition I have not been paid properly either for my time worked. I received $1.04 for a 5 hour shift on September 11th and no payment pending for the 13th and 14th..

Well I attempted to call a Requestor concerning that I was not gonna be able to come to work due to my health
Well I attempted to call a Requestor concerning that I was not gonna be able to come to work due to my health. I had vomited a few times an I was feeling like I was getting a fever. On the assignment page it states if you're sick or feeling sick to stay home! And they are very *** on a employee that is sick... I called numerous times to no avail. There is no direct contact with wonolo, so emailing wonolo ( which is the only form of contact wonolo offers) would of been a waste of time in my opinion on the emergency situation I was in. So, I withdrawn from the job. I received a no show and was breached for life because of this. I never intended on getting sick, and I've been a model employee and have been preferred due to my excellent performance on past assignments. It's so unfair that I get penalized due to my sudden health issue. Wonolo is a great gif job company and I have recommended many people to come on board with the company. The company communication strategies needs to be

Date of complaint 2/2/2022 I worked a double shift for *** Snow removal from 5am-12pm I was paid for first shift however my 4pm-11pm shift I was marked a no show in the middle of working at exactly 6:05 pm I had even provided video evidence of myself on the Snow blower at the time of the occurrence and I am still being asked to prove i was on the job site from Wonolo which is insane to me because this is clearly a mistake by the requestor I believe the requestor was trying to get free work out of me I was told to "just keep working" and that the issue would be resolved by HR none of which was true I received a email from Wonolo again basically refusing to not only pay me but they also refuse to take the hold off of my account limiting job access this company does not value its workforce the requestors can do no wrong even if they make mistakes you will pay for it I believe this requestor had a personal bias against me due to being vocal about my job and my placement at the job site if this is the case to resolve this issue I want my account back in good standing

I filed my taxes on January 25th
I filed my taxes on January 25th. Everything was accurate or so I thought! This company Wonolo, issued a *** to the *** with an amount of earnings on the form that was a complete lie. This company lied about how much I made and they now they have my tax refund held up until June! If youre looking to work for this company, DONT! They completely screwed me over! Then when you get Covid, and keep sending over your documents, (four different documents), they just give you the run around as to why you wont be getting paid for covid leave! They dont care about anyone but themselves! Im never working for them again! What I want accomplished with this complaint? I want the proof that this company sent the corrected *** to the *** I wasnt even supposed to have a *** form from them. I dont want the corrected ***, because I already have that. I WANT THE *** THAT IT WAS SENT TO THE *** I dont trust this company just going by on their word! I want the proof and no one has given me that there. How could they mix up my earnings? On Friday November 5th, I went to a job site to complete a job for Wonolo that took place at Sky *** at an American Airlines airport in ***. I arrived at 2:00pm, my start time for the job. I went inside and received the sign in code from a supervisor. This being my first job through Wonolo, I didn't know I had to sign in on the app. I made note of the sign in code and began work. On my lunch break, I saw on my phone that Wonolo marked me as a no show. I immediately attempted to contact support through Wonolo chat, but no agents were available. I decided to complete the shift, and then I spoke to a supervisor to receive the sign out code and explained the issue I was having. He wrote me into the sign in sheet and I took a photo of it for evidence. Afterwards, I sent a message to Wonolo support, along with several other messages over the next few days. I kept sending messages because I kept receiving emails asking me to rate the support I received, but I never received any support. I also tried several more times to contact someone on the chat system, to no avail. It is now Tuesday November 9th and I haven't received any confirmation from Wonolo that I completed the job or that I will be receiving any kind of compensation.

01/08/2022- I requested to have my account deleted because even though I pay for everything in cash I continue to deal with fraud on my account. I even went through the effort of canceling and cutting up my debit card and paying for other services like *** through gift cards. The only thing that I have tied to my bank account is Wonolo. I asked them to delete my account not once but several times over. They have access to my bank account, they have access to my Social Security card, they have access to my drivers license. I also magically have two loans put underneath my name which I never opened. *** continues to tell me that they respect my privacy and are deactivating my account. The company REFUSES to delete my account. I am 100% sure they have stolen my identity and giving it to other people which is why Im only able to find jobs I am unable to perform because of the labor or licensing requirements the nearest being 400 miles at $16 an hour. I checked the website and they obviously differentiate between deactivate and delete. It literally says contact customer service if you would like to delete or deactivate your account. This company is a scam and I am contacting the attorney general as well as getting an attorney to *** them. I should not have to pay up the nose to protect my identity and fight frivolous claims. I am convinced they ask people for all this information in order to sell it to someone.

I completed two jobs with Wonolo through Driveline on March 21st and March 23 of 2022, at *** in ***
I completed two jobs with Wonolo through Driveline on March 21st and March 23 of 2022, at *** in ***. I have not received payment for either. Wonolo first claimed I gave them the wrong account info and my payment was returned. I checked my account and the information I gave them was correct. My banks states they never received or rejected any payment from Wonolo. Wonolo has informed me on three separate occasions, three separate dates that my money had been deposited that day and should post within 3 days. The thing is, why would they continue depositing my money, when they claimed the day prior, my money had been deposited. Driveline has paid Wonolo for the work I did. I contacted Driveline also to let them know that I had not been paid. They were appalled. Ive contacted my bank on everyday Wonolo has claimed they deposited my money and as of one hour ago, my bank has never received any payment from Wonolo. My husband and I did these jobs together, we share a bank account of which I am the main person the account. We added my husbands name to the account a few weeks ago. My husband had been paid, with absolutely no issues with the money being deposited. I must have checked my account 100 times over the last week, believing my money had been deposited on three different occasions. What a waste of time and energy because Wonolo had never sent the payment any of the three times they claimed they did. They were emailing me regularly for a while but, none of my emails in the past 36 hours have been replied to. I guess they think if they ignore me, I will go away. Im not going away until they pay me for the time that I worked.

RE: Nonpayment of labor provided on March 16, 2022 I accepted a job for Wonolo for March 15, 2022, and March 16, 2022
RE: Nonpayment of labor provided on March 16, 2022 I accepted a job for Wonolo for March 15, 2022, and March 16, 2022.The job entailed providing labor (merchandising, installation of store shelves, setting price tags, and overall services for opening a new retail store). I worked for 12 hours on March 15, 2022, and Wonolo paid me for that day.I then worked *** hours on March 16, 2022 - and still have not been paid (its now 4 weeks later).I immediately contacted Wonolo 3 times via email (the only way to contact them), and was told I wouldnt be paid unless I provided a timesheet (despite the fact that I checked in on the app, and was at the location for *** hours, with location tracked by Wonolo). As a result, I contacted my supervisor (named ***) for those 2 days, who worked for a company called Driveline, that contracted Wonolo). Virginia then sent me the timesheet. I then emailed Wonolo the timesheet, and was told by *** in Customer Support at *** that theyd pay me right away.It was a lie, as I still have not been paid. I have multiple witnesses to my hard work for *** hours (I didnt even take a lunch), whom I can call upon under oath. I have also kept all e-mails and text messages.I traveled a long distance for those 2 days. I paid for my travels and accomodations. In my last email to Wonolo, I mentioned small claims court (how Id prefer not to have to file a claim there) - and Wonolo proceeded to cancel me from their platform (claiming too many breaches, when I only worked 3 days in total, ever. 1 day was a week prior to Driveline - and my supervisor said hed love to have me back, attesting to my work ethic). For the record, I helped open a new Dollar General Store for Driveline, through Wonolo.I hereby request payment for labor provided, and as promised. (*** fine with being cancelled from the app).Thank you.

January 3, 2022, I accepted a gig at Driveline through the Wonolo app
January 3, 2022, I accepted a gig at Driveline through the Wonolo app. On January 4,2022, I arrived at Driveline location, started the job through the Wonolo app, and spoke with a women (didnt catch her name) who seemed to have no knowledge of where to place me. A phone call was made by her to her superior, who also had no knowledge. The project manager arrived at the site and I was instructed to ask her about placement. The project manager specifically said to me, we have enough people, we are overstaffed and will not need Wonoloers this week. I politely asked her to contact Wonolo to cancel the gig due to being overstaffed, but she refused and directed me to contact support (red flag). I immediately completed the job within the app and contacted support because I knew this was not the protocol for employers. I also contacted the employer via message through the Wonolo app to request that they follow protocol and cancel. Wonolo support has not responded and neither has Driveline. Wonolo however, changed the status of the job to no show when I was clearly on site. There was no request for me to sign in, nor did Driveline ask my name for attendance purposes, but I was sent home 1. Why would the employer send people home without collecting a name AND refuse to cancel if they are overstaffed 2. There is no way I can start the job within the Wonolo app if I was not on site so Driveline and Wonolo have altered information 3. Driveline has clearly done this before and this needs to be investigated (see previous Complaintsboard.com complaints).4. I have a witness (my ride for the day) who was present for this entire interaction, email confirmations that I have been contacting support since Jan 4 with no response, and a screenshot from Wonolo bot stating the reason for the cancellation is due to a change in business needs 5. Wonolo policy states I should receive 50% pay.Ive never been dishonest when working through Wonolo. I drove 40 min to this job site.

I decided to investigate further, and contact "WeWork Inc" directly using their "25 Taylor st. SF, CA" phone number. I spoke with several agents whom when asked "Does WeWork Inc have any official association with Wonolo Inc.?" hung up abruptly. I then reached out to "THE CORPORATION TRUST COMPANY", Wonolo's registered agent, which they confirmed "Wonolo and WeWork Inc. have no official association." This raised a eyebrow for TCTC Inc. So, how does one actually find tangible and verified information on Wonolo?

Well they seem like a decent place to find extra work but once you get paid they start making adjustments to your pay that wasn't agreed upon and when you leave the emails and try to get a phone number you can't really talk to anyone leaving employee or customer satisfaction slim down to nill and they really listen to anything you have to say.
Winola offers money for services you do the service and they won't pay you
