This company is so confusing
This company is so confusing. I thought they were the FMCSA, but turns out they just want money for something you don't really need. I called this guy named Tim multiple times, and he promised to give me a refund. But guess what? It still hasn't happened, and now he's ignoring my calls and emails. If I don't get a confirmation for my refund in an hour, I'm going to report them as fraud.

We are a small business with only one owner-operator, and we have never hired, nor will we ever hire, anyone else. We've been trying for 3 weeks to resolve this invoice and remove this person (and another person we weren't even billed for) from our account records. On top of that, we are located in *** but this person went to a testing facility in ***. If I could give a negative review, I definitely would.

Foley services is the best! I've been having a hard time keeping up with my DOT requirements ever since I got it. At first, I wasn't sure about them, but they turned out to be amazing. I had the pleasure of speaking with Christian T, who was there for me every single moment I needed him. He's an incredible person. He understood, helped, and was patient and kind. I can't recommend Foley services enough. They helped me a lot when I really needed it. And if you need any assistance, I wholeheartedly suggest reaching out to Christian T.

I can't believe I fell for this scam! They contact you within minutes of applying for a new DOT number with the FMCSA website. And they lead you to believe they are with the FMCSA but they are NOT. They are able to quickly run you in circles and make you think you're getting set up to drive and use your new DOT number. Turns out these guys are just third-party sales sharks. I just got my info pack and it states in a letter that there ARE NO CLINICS IN MY AREA, not to mention I told them I had a test facility already and the person told me that this was different and we had to use them as a clearing house (which is another lie). Needless to say, I am going to file a fraud claim with my bank.

Pay us now from your debit card to ensure you are in compliance. Debit card payment only - only shaddy companies would insist on debit so you couldn’t retract their shaddy scam payment. I knew it sounded like a scam - pay now so you are in compliance next year. Can you send me a bill via email / I asked - nope you need to pay now and only via debit card. Thankfully saw through their boiler room pressure - came to check ComplaintsBoard.com and see they are a scam and only + review was clearly written by them. How they have A+ is a joke - they are scum and they know it. POS don’t call me again.

I really regret finding out about this company, I paid for a driver file and a drug & alcohol program. I'm dealing with a new entrant audit from the *** and I needed to take a drug and alcohol test. I called Foley and they sent me to a location on a Saturday that was closed. Then, on the following Monday when I called the clinic, they said they didn't work with Foley. I received a bunch of emails from Foley about making them my TPA on the *** CLEARINGHOUSE website. I had to click on ten of them because there were so many Foley listings on the drop-down box. Even after clicking on 10 of them, they still didn't get it right. Lastly, I had to pay $72 out of pocket for my drug and alcohol test, which I thought was provided by this company. I paid almost $500 for their service and they said I can't get my money back. It has been two weeks now and I hope I didn't fail my new entrant audit because of this company. The people are rude. Avoid this company at all costs or it will cost you time & money. I'm only leaving one star because it won't let me finish.

We hired Foley to help us with the DOT and FMCSA authority application process. We gave them power of attorney and paid them $1300. We told them we wanted them to handle everything because we're new to this and don't want any problems. However, after we changed our name, Foley didn't update the BOC-3 until a competitor told us about it. We had to contact Foley and tell them we didn't want any more issues. We also asked them to confirm that everything was okay going forward, and they did. But after 30 days, our authority was revoked because no one sent the updated proof of insurance. Foley didn't explain clearly enough that it was our responsibility to tell our insurance company to send the updated proof of insurance to the FMCSA within 30 days of the name change. They filed the name change for us, but we didn't do our part, so our authority was revoked. When we told Foley about this, their only response was "we don't handle insurance," which wasn't the issue. They only forwarded one email from the FMCSA that mentioned this requirement, and it was before they said everything was okay. If you're a new carrier looking for help with the authority application process, I suggest avoiding this company. It's better to do it yourself. Foley doesn't understand the process well and doesn't take responsibility for their bad service.

This company has taken advantage of information after filing online for a new DOT number. Caught me off guard, thought I was talking to a rep from state motor carriers dept. Charged me over $450.! They said they will reimbuse me, waiting for that to happen. Buyer beware! Charging for services you can do yourself ...free!

I don’t care to write negative reviews, but I will do so when they are warranted and this is warranted. Its sad but the overwhelming feedback of this company’s behavior is 100% factual. They prey on those who are new to the business and they call you as soon as you complete your DOT request. They present themselves as if they are DOT and you absolutely need their services; however, as soon as you question the services being provided or even request a refund….there is no one to be found. They took my money and in less than 2-3 hours I sent an email requesting a full refund as no support on my part had been completed (this was Friday) and on Monday I received SEVERAL calls about setting up my profile on the portal but ZERO in reference to my request for a refund. My agent said “Oh, I call you back in a few” and a day later (Tuesday) NO callback but I received a phone call and email about setting up the portal. Im trying to understand WHY…..WHY is it so easy to game people and take their money but you cant even be courtesy enough to discuss refunding the monies you’ve taken. They charge an upfront maintenance fee for services they aren’t even providing and are overcharging you on the minimal support to be provided. In an economy where funds are limited and people are trying to make a living, why would you choose to take people’s money. Im EXTREMELY disappointed in my experiences with this company and honestly would never choose to do business with they again…that is, if I can get my initial $485 back.

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could! This company charge me close to $600 for; TPA and annual drug testing... Once, I get everything up and running, I would never renew with these money hungry people again. The company is bogus and misrepresenting, calling and emailing me looking for more money before they help me complete the first step of; completing the clearinghouse requirement. The guy who sign me up sent me; worthless, broken links, that took me back to “Foley” website with a ERROR message! I tried to email the guy Nick, like he said I could... which was a complete LIE! And he never tried to call me back to assist me with adding the TPA to my portal. He sure did take my money an ran! I called in today 3/28 to try to get some help with getting things setup and was transferred to I think his name was something like “Derrick B and the first thing out his mouth was more money! I keep getting emails about buying more services... but I can’t get the most simplest help when I need it most from these people. Your is going downhill with poorly trained, money sucker sales reps. Word of advise... if you focus more on; great customer support without trying to drain a new company, this would help us see the value in your company. Your current method is only going to make us think twice next year. I wish I could get a full refund and walk away but I’m sure they will try to scam me out of something. I used Foley Carrier Services for *** and paid $99.00. On February 16th, they charged me $878.00 without giving me a receipt or my authorization. I immediately called to cancel the service, but it took a while to reach a representative. Finally, I spoke to Madelin N, who said she would cancel the service and refund the full amount. On February 24th, they refunded $378.00 after several days of calls and emails. Madelin later called me and explained that they used $500.00 to register me with the government program (***). I told her this was not true because my wife spoke to Sean G, a person at Foley who helps register new customers, and he said I was not registered yet. I also called *** and they confirmed that I am not registered. Madelin agreed to refund the other $250.00, but it never happened. If you check the company reviews, you will see many people complaining about the same situation. I need help!

In the next week on Mar. 23, 2020, the third party *** called in our office and said they will need our drivers' info to complete the *** registration. Foley knew our *** number so my manager thought Foley was part the government agency. Then my manager gave the ***. A few days later, we found this third party charged us $945 without our okay. My manger, who talked to Foley's ***, said she never gave any *** info to this third party. Also, she didn't know there would be a fee with the service. I called Foley's customer service and got transferred to the sale representative Notoya *** She said the charge was for helping us add the *** into our ***. I told her the fee wasn't clear and we want a refund. *** said the service is done and it's unlikely we can get a refund, but she said she can ask her supervisor. After that, we never heard from them. I tried calling *** but she never picked up the phone. Even though *** said she helped us register our drivers, it turned out three out of five the drivers' on the portal that created were wrong. Plus, we only asked for three *** but *** added five *** to create extra items to be charged on the bill.
