Wendy’s Service

I came to get food at this wendys #3274 host fathia. As I am getting my card to pay she says “ you some [censored]” I said excuse me? She said ohh I wasn’t talking to you and started at me. When I approached the next window to get my food they were laughing and said ohh i’m sorry she is nice no need to complain. I threw the food away because i’m afraid they spit in it! I want my money back this is the worst service I have ever you experienced in my life!

Wendy’s Wendy’s customer service and food

I work long hours and got off at 11:30 pm on 9/14/2022 and decided to get dinner from Wendy’s store number [protected]. I told them I would like to order a triple meat pretzel bun hamburger combo with a large fry and large drink. I also ordered a pretzel bun chicken sandwich combo also large fry. After waiting for almost 30 minutes in a parked area I received my two paper bags. I then drove off and retreated to my home which was 20 minutes away. When I my got home and sat at the table to eat I opened the bags to find that there were hardly ANY fries in either box, I was very upset and decided to go ahead and eat I opened my burger to find that I had received a single hamburger with nothing but pickles, no pretzel bun, no bacon, no anything. My wife received a regular chicken sandwich with only pickles as well. Also completely incorrect. We then closed the bags and decided to drive all the way back to Wendy’s to complain and have our order remade. When we got to the drive through window the kid accused us of lying and told us to give him the already contaminated bags that had been touched by everyone and he brought them back into the store through the window. As he stood there holding our bags he was checking his phone. He told us that he was not able to locate our order number in the system and I was flabbergasted having just left there 30 minutes ago. After 20 minutes of both parties arguing the order was remade. He said for all of our troubles he threw in a 10 piece chicken nugget for free. When we received the new order the box of fries were still low and extremely cold as if they had been sitting there for and hour. There also was 4 cold chicken nuggets and not 10 hot ones as he claimed to have given us “ for all our troubles “. J spent 30 dollars on mine and my girlfriend’s dinner and it was absolute trash. The management at this location was appalling. I have worked in fast food restaurants before and I have NEVER seen or heard of any employee taking contaminated food and bringing it back in the store. That is the most disgusting thing. Wendy’s needs to compensate me for this absolute treacherous experience and money loss.

Desired outcome: I would like some kind of gift card or coupon that allows me to get my money back or the couple of meals that I ordered back for no cost.

Wendy’s Incorrect order, charged wrong, delay in receiving it.

September 14,2022

1. 9:05 am, pulled into the drive through. 3rd car back

2. Ordered a honey chicken biscuit and Med. Coke

3. Waited, waited, waited. Finally # 1 car pulled off

4. Waited, waited, waited. Finally # 2 car received his order But it went back through the window, wrong drinks, then wrong food. Waited again. 17minutes later # 2 car drove away.

5. I finally got to the widow and she said $ 3.68. I ask her to check again and she told me the coke was $2.29 and that was why my bill was so high. I said check again. She was only charging for a biscuit only. My bill was $6.25 with tax.

6. She gave me a small coke, ( I sent it back for the medium) and a heavy bag. I pulled up as not to block behind me and guess what! I had some kind of sandwich with several meats on it.

7. I open my door to walk back to the drive through and another employee was going in and I told her the problem. She came back out with 2 chicken biscuits and told me they were new employees. I left. The time was 9:45am

(wrong thing to do.)

The biscuit was so hard when I tried to bite it that the complete biscuit shattered into pieces leaving the over cooked chicken still in my hand, so I got the 2nd one out and it was the same.

I have been a customer at this location since it opened. I watched the cars today, pull in and then leave. I would have left but I was boxed in. Our community needs these fast food restaurants. Wendy's has lost the battle here and are not taking care of there customers. So Sad. Won't go back unless neighbors feedback is given.

Desired outcome: a reliable manager to take over and show the employee's how to work. It looked like a circus through the window. It was embarrassing to see this.

Wendy’s Product, Facility and Service

We had planned to dine in, but we were in a bit of a hurry and after waiting 20 minutes, we decided to carry out of just leave.

After about 25 minutes we got our order. As I drove and ate, I felt like I was chewing gravel. I had to pull over on the highway and spit it out. (This is the same location where I once got food poisoning. I hadn't been back since, so never again for me).

The floors and tables were greasy and the staff seamed rushed and confused.

Wendy’s Food and service

Ordered large Chili, baked potato with sour cream chives, single with cheese, bourbon bacon burger combo. The bacon burger had 2 tiny pieces of bacon and no sauce. Fries nasty. Potato overdone. no chili available. Unable to credit online order for the large chili so gave a 99 cent small frostyfor a 3.49 chili. Got home and had to return to redo because all was disgusting. Second order no better. Fries not edible, burger again 2 little pieces of bacon and dry. Staff sitting on counter. Never again

Wendy’s Food

Have eaten there for many years, we are both 70. Today we ordered 2 double Baconators, 2 cokes, 1 Fries, 1 Taco Salad. The Baconators were very, very greasy, the fries inedible, the salad had old lettuce, and 10 miles down the road we realized we did not get our drinks. The food was absolutely awful. The cashier was slovenly. There was no receipt, I think we were over charged at least #10.00. The bill was $35.55 for 2 awful meals. So disappointed and dissatisified.

Wendy’s Handicap service violation

This is concerning your Wendy's 604 A Ave West, Oskaloosa, Iowa 52577. I am handicapped and ride either a handicap scooter or three wheel tricycle. For the last three years I order at the drive through because you have no where to safely secure my $3,200 trike and go inside. I have bought food through the drive through dozens of times without incident. Today 9/6/2023, the staff at this location and the manager "John Hernandez" refused to serve me, refused to take my order, at the drive through window demanding I come inside. That is discrimination against the handicapped. The manager claimied that was "corporate policy" for safey reasons. There is no safety issue with me on a handicap tricycle placing order at drive through window. This policy violates the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you don't correct the policy at this location, I will contact an attorney.[protected]@yahoo.com

Desired outcome: Inform manager and staff at that location they have to comply with ADA.

Wendy’s Wendy's Gaylord, Michigan, July 7, 2022

First, I am very aware of the problems with finding people to work these days. I am from Upper Michigan and take several visits downstate to see family. It takes us 10 hours to get there. Wendy's is our favorite stop, halfway in Gaylord. On July 7, 2022 we were on our way downstate with our grandchildren and, as always, decided to get something to eat at Wendy's in Gaylord, Michigan. Love those Frosty's! As we pulled up we noticed that indoor dining was not available because of lack of staff. Totally understood, we are used to eating in the car. As we pulled up a very hurried voice said the appropriate greeting. Got it, their short staffed. Then she announced they have no french fries for 15 minutes and if that's what we want we'll have to wait. My husband proceed to give the order. Two Dave's Single, she again said nasty we have no fries, (what the heck we didn't ask for fries), a happy meal with nuggets (husband doesn't know, I thought it was funny), the clerk interrupted him and said we don't have happy meals, Macdonalds is down the street. My husband was getting all shook up but ended up ordering with a plain hamburger and our favorite 4 Frosties. She said rudely we don't have plain hamburgers. I had to intervene. I said that's enough, I realize you are short staff but how about some customer service. She replied that she didn't have time to argue with me and that we would have to pull aside until we make up our mind what we wanted. I said No, No, No, we've had enough please fill our order. I wanted to ask for a manager but my husband said I bet the manager isn't even there. We were in a hurry to reach our destination. We got our food and sat in the parking lot to eat our lunch. The hamburgers tasted nothing lilke your delicious Dave's singles. We all thought the burgers tasted like a plant based burger. The chicken nuggets were cold. Well, that's it. My grandkids asked what was wrong with that lady. Sad! I told them she is having a bad day. Thank you so much for your attention to this! By the way, the people behind us didn't fair so well either. They were still waiting for their order when we drove off. P.S. The frosty's were wonderful as usual.

Wendy’s product and services

Store #[protected], Cedar City Utah 84720. First, it is sad that you cannot have your lobby open on the weekends as I was told you will not hire enough staff to do so when all the other restaurants are open lobby. It takes too long to get through the drive through.

Now, I keep going there because you are my favorite restaurant but every time I go here now the fries are stale and old even though you advertise some kind of freshness gaurantee. Just like today 9/2/2022 at 4:05pm. I got a dave's double combo and a small frosty and 2 patties for my dogs. My frosty was mostly melted because I had to wait for my burger with the manager having to ask if my order was being made. In this time they could have made me fresh fries as well.

You say not to include my personal information but you will know who I am from this description and the time and date you ask for. And how can I get comepensated for this without my information? And every time I go through the drive through I have to keep asking for a receipt when it should be given to me when I pay.

Desired outcome: I want a refund for this. Who is in charge of making sure the fries are fresh? Why don't you hire more people to keep the lobby open? send to [protected]@yahoo.com

Wendy’s Apple pecan salad

I went threw drive thur to get my salad. I got home went to eat the salad. Only to find I have no fork or blue cheese bites. Also the lettuce is all nasty wilted with slimmy piece threw out the salad. I called the Kirksville Missouri store to talk to the manager she listened to me and said ok thanks for letting me know. I was taken back she never offered to make me new one or to take my name and I give me another one next time I come in. I said so your not going to do anything to make it right. She said most people refuse the coupons anyway. I work hard for my money and don't eat out often so I expect my food to be in edible quality. This lettuce was not. My ticket number is #3285 Host Danniel 09/01/2022 at 7:28pm total $8.76

Desired outcome: I would of liked to of had another one made.

Wendy’s Drive through order

For two times in a row, in using the drive through at Wendy's in Smyrna DE 10 N. Dupont Hwy, Smyrna 19977, I was given the wrong order. Last time I ordered a taco salad and was given a Ceasar Salad. Today I ordered a large chili, a baked potato and a plain single with cheese and the single was not included in my bag. To top things off, they were out of change and couldn't give me the 44 cents they owed me except as nickles and pennies. Very disappointed. They didn't even give me a receipt. I typically go to Wendy's about once a week but I'll be taking my business elsewhere unless this is corrected.

Wendy’s I am complaining about your wrong item with bad service

I go with my baby for chicken sandwich and just ice cream after evening walk. but your willkkinsburgh staff is so misbehaving with me fist 10 minutes no response after that I go for window side some lady staff she is acting like no understanding what I am saying. after that male staff come and take my order he give me slip after that again lady staff come at my window and my item through out my window. it's look like I am beggar.

It's very bad experience so I returned item right away told the male person. and also I told I call toll free no and complaining your branch. if you need details I give you all details I have a paper.

Wendy’s Bad customer service

#3471Turlock Wendy's on Geer at the time stated above. We were ignored. After yelling to get their attention the 3 employees reluctantly came to the counter to take our order. The manager yelled at me saying I did not have to bang on the trays & cussed at me. I then pushed 5 trays from the stack of 20 onto the floor next to them and walked out. She followed me, took a picture and called the police while still cussing at me. The cops came to my home & I did nothing criminal. She provoked me.

Desired outcome: To be allowed back in #3471 and the manager punished.

Wendy’s Hiring practice of Wendy's on Hwy 242

My grandson and friend each were given appts 4:20pm and 5pm respectively. This Wendy s had now hiring sign out. They both filled out necessary info on line.

Both came home from school, bathed and got ready for their interview. We, grandparents came 20 miles one way to take him. He was so excited as this is a favorite place we take him! No more after the way he was treated!

When he went to interview, he was told they weren't hiring!¡!

If this is the way you treat kids who want to work at Wendy's. - then I shall never go again and neither will anyone in the two boys LARGE families!

Please correct with this restaurant so other kids want get so disappointed!

Wendy’s service at counter and quality of food

Last Friday we ate at Wendy's in Waxahachie, I believe 1060 W Hyw 287. As we approached the counter, the young man was texting and receiving texts, while we were waiting to place our order. When he looked up to take our order, he realized we weren't pleased with his actions. He took our order and our money. He then gave us our cups for our drinks. As we took a few steps toward the drink dispenser, our order was called and given to us. It took at least 2 seconds.

We were shocked/surprised. Our food was COLD. It was not what we went there for. We were not pleased with the service or with the cold food. No more wendy's for a while. Please help with the service. Thank you.

Desired outcome: No more of this kind of service/ or food.

Wendy’s Service

To whom it may concern

I have read a lot of the reviews on your site and they are not very good. Not sure why someone isn't putting down the hammer with the Wendy's company. Your employees and management is going to run the business in the ground.

When you go to our Wendy's in Circleville,Ohio it is a joke. They wait on 2 cars at a time then they tell the next car to review the menu and they will be with you soon. Once the 2 car's have been waited on and get their food they will take the next 2 cars and do the same thing. If you go in they are all standing there at the window with car's clear around the building. It is ridiculous to have to wait at least 1/2 hour in a drive thru. And when you go inside the manager is always yelling at the employees.

Wendy’s Not filling the orders right

Sunday 8/21/22 we to wendy's in Burley Idaho place a order thru drive thru wanted a strawberry salad was told by the order taker it would be 5 mins on the salad there was 4 cars ahead of us I said that ok because with all the cars ahead it would be 5 mins or longer to get to the window. With kids working and no one checking to make sure you get the right order, as we go home that is 8 miles to the north of Wendy's we did not get the salad we ask for, Kids that work there are not supervise careless about the customers who keep the store in bussiness this has happen alot to us at the store, if the store can't do better than get a order right need to close it and let in and out buger in whitch they are trying to come to Burley, the ticket #3057-site#5142 time1:14. Oh we got a apple pecan salad instead to lazy to made sure we got the right order you can go inside and have to wait on someone to ask if they can help stand around and look at each other. If I don't here from this company by next friday 8/26 I will made a big thing out of it on how the way this store handel the orders, I will post it on facebook and instragram and let the people from Burley and the ones wanting to stop not to eat at a place that careless about the customers THANK YOU MARK LYNCH, [protected]@hotmail.com

Wendy’s The service at store #3134 by Host: Elesia

Your Hostess took our order at the drive-up menu. My wife and I asked what sizes in Frosties and as told small, medium, large and tall. We asked for the large. She charged us $7.25. I gave her a $20.00 bill and received back $12.55. She then returned with two small containers with napkins covering the cups and quickly slammed shut the window. We did not get a receipt with our order. I knocked at the window with no answer. I then drove around to the back and parked, and my wife went to get a receipt and to remind her she gave us two small cups under a pile of napkins. There were three employees and not one would recognize her presence. She finally spoke loudly and said, "You did not give me a receipt and you did not us what we ordered". She very slowly moved to the counter, and she had a hostile attitude. She said "We are out of large cups. I asked for one of the two paper cups facing me on the shelf. She argued with me for 10 minutes. She insisted she could only use what she has for Frosties! My wife couldn't believe it! She refused to return our money and My wife refused to leave the counter until we were compensated for the small cups above her head. She argued more "We don't have the right size. We're out of large cups. My wife would not leave the counter until this was resolved My wife just turned 89 on 08/06/2022 and this was a treat she wanted. I was in the car with our two small dogs sitting in the heat waiting for my wife to return some kind of compensation. She finally reneged and filled 2 cups and said," I'm only doing this because you are new here."

PS: Since we were the only white customers and persons around Wendy's we wonder is this a problem with Wendy's
