Wendy’s Service, customer service, food and cleanliness of the restaurant

My wife and I decided to have dinner at Wendy's on 765 Foxcroft Ave. in Martinsburg, WV 25401 on Saturday December 3rd 2022 at 6:30pm. We both wanted to try Wendy's new Peppermint frosty and the "New" Italian Mozzarella sandwich combo. There were 5 others in front of use waiting for the associate(s) to take there order. As we were waiting in line I scanned the interior of the store and saw the floors had various types of food on the floor, tables were disarranged and haven't been cleaned off, janitors wash bucked with mop setting just out side of a room where customers stand in line. 15 minutes had passed when a gentleman that works for DoorDash waiting for his customer's order told my wife and I this is one of the worst Wendy's for the same problems I mention. 20 minutes had passed when my wife and I finally made it to the counter, we put our order in and was promptly told they are out of Mozzarella cheese and Peppermint frosty. My wife and I left the store and we said to each other, "We will never go to Wendy's again"

1- We were never greeted when we entered the store (Like other stores do)

2- Employee's were BS in the back room

3- There was only 1 car in the drive-up window during our time we were at the store where the employee manning the window could have helped at the counter.

4- People in line after us were leaving

5- The employees never acknowledged any of the waiting customers

6- No signs posted stating the store was out of the following...

7- Very dirty store inside

Note: If I remember correctly your commercials always took pride on food, customer service and Cleanliness. WHAT HAPPENED WENDY'S?

Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE ON WHAT YOUR GOING TO DO TO FIX THE PROBLEM

Wendy’s Product and service

I was in the drive thur waiting 25 minutes Finally I got up to the speaker to order.He said he will be right back. 30minutes later no one. I drove up to the window and ask if I can place my order .He told me he can't they were only 2 people working. So I went in order. I got 2 regular cheeseburgers and 2 frosty. They had no chocolate or vanilla just peppermint, I came home. The cheeseburger was raw in the middle.Another time went for breaksfast. There was 2 employees working at Wendys, One was taking orders and one was preparing orders holding a baby on her hip.my husband has cancer he want a cheeseburger and frosty. I was too tired to go back to get another cheeseburger while was work all day. Connie Willyerd

Wendy’s Wendys on Lake Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana

I have tried to enter this establishment many times and the doors are always locked and I go to the drive thru window to place an order and they won't let me. How am I supposed to eat here if they don't let me order? And they won't let me in? This has happened many times since Covid and I am tired of it! I want the number to the owner! Send me his number and I will tell him myself!

Desired outcome: I want to be able to order food whenever I want. If they don't open the inside, I should be able to order at the drive thru even though I dont' own a car. Its not my fault I don't own a car! This is discrimination!

Wendy’s Foul mouth woman on speaker

Friday night i started waiting in drive thru line at 10 :18pm . at 10:42 i got to speaker box ,even though there was only 4 cars ahead of me . twenty some mins in line only to be told i could only pay with cash. when i complained about waiting such a long time she became very foul mouthed. I left line and was driving out and she was still hollering f--k you old man out the window even though a car with a mom and kids were at window. Always thought robots for fast foods was a bad idea but since the quality of your employees has degraded so much, it is welcome. whrer is the management? Store was close to Whitier st. on high st around the 800 numbers on south High st Columbus ohio Why cant you pay enough to get employees who are at least normal human beings instead of foul mouth violent dregs of society.

Wendy’s Manager was so ignorant and belittling

I want to the Wendy’s in Peterborough on on Chemong rd on Dec 1/22 just after 5:00pm

When I walked in the manager was yelling at all the staff about a head sets and phones. I get she was upset but it’s how you say things, not yelling for the whole dinner hall to hear. 5 minutes later she was telling a kid how stupid he was and to just throw it out and what the hell was wrong with him. She was walking around being very nasty to everyone. She is very unprofessional and should never be a manager.

Desired outcome: The staff were quiet and very nice to her even though she was acting like that.

Wendy’s messed up order

11-29-22 i ordered 1 daves doulble meal 1 sandwicha and 1 double bacontor meal i was charged for a daves double i called cedearfalls ia wends talked to a male manager they told me come in when i can they would replace it today i go in a lady whos manager was arguing with me saying there was no records of it my bf called today to complain again the manager who was a lady hung up on him the ticket number i have is 3119 on the 29th host name is brileighy and cashiert mikayla when i called 2 days ago the guy manager told me the headsets was heard hearing do to being 10 yrs old please refund me this money because after todays inniodent ill never eat at a wendys again

Wendy’s Product quality

Over a month no lettuce is on the burgers, Why? I was told it is a different type than the salads and they are unable to buy any? I will buy my lunch at an eatery than can supply lettuce of any type, no problem? The Wendy's in Klamath Falls constantly runs out of cups, ect why?

Ordered the 2 for ten chicken sandwich meals with coupon the day after it arrived in the mail. Ordered meal nothing was said, went to pay and order came to $14.90 asked why and cashier said price went up. Wendy’s " all out " of advertized meal

went to wendys at 6198 west flamingo rd las vegas nevada this morning

at 10:03 am.

ordered the $3 bacon,egg and cheese crousaunt with a small side

of seasoned potatoes that was advertized on tv for last week or more

but was told that they were " all out ".

i then ordered a bacon,egg and cheese biscuit and was asked if i

also wanted the potato, which i said no.

went to the pickup window and had to wait several minutes for it

to be mad.

do wendys get premade bacon,egg cheese biscuits from

china and only supplies a limited amount to their locations

for them to possibly run out ?

i paid $3.39 instead of $3 with no potato. oh well !

next time jack-in-th-box.

Tonight, 9:10 pm, November 22 Employee Lelynn or Lellyn - not sure of the spelling, called me a "[censored]" (in front of me and my little boy) and closed the restaurant early (the sign posted outside this location said closing was 10 pm). Wendy’s Management treating employees unfairly

On 10-21-22 two male managers attacked me verbally in front of other employees. I didn't know what to do and I didn't want to lose my job so I didn't say anything. On 11-20-22 I received 5 text messages from my supervisor that were very degrading. I received another text message this morning and I'm very afraid to go to work. I have been working there for 4 years and now I don't have a job. I can't go back there because I don't know what they might say or do to me. I feel so humiliated every time they attack me. I sent these messages to the owner and his reply was that it was uncalled for and inappropriate. I have all documentation and will send it just can't figure it out on here. If someone can send me an email address I will send all text messages.

Desired outcome: I want someone to find out why they can treat employees this way. I'd really like for the man that sent the messages to be fired. I would like the store to be investigated as there are others this has happened too as well.

Wendy’s mobile app

I placed an order on my app. Used reward points on one item. I completed my order and submitted it and it said order received. Go to drive through window and give your name and your order will be ready. It never showed up on their computer. I had their address correct and that still showed on my app. The manager gave me what I ordered for my reward points; we could see that the points were taken away today. But the order disappeared off my app. It was very embarrassing. I don't know if it was a computer deal or what, but it said the order was received on my app and to go to the window and they never received it. The app was on that page with my instructions, and when I walked into the store the screen went blank and flicked, and back to home, the order was gone and so were my points.

The manager did take care of the item for my points. But there was a lot of back and forth of saying I didn't summit it and I did. I am glad no other customers where near. I was mad and embarrassed. It was the store on 709 west spring creek Plano TX. Thank you, Kristin Goldstein,

Wendy’s Order wrong almost every time.

Store 369 aprox 650pm

Waited in line to pick up my mobile order [[protected]] for over 40 minutes, for about 8 cars in line when I arrived.

All the fries where marked as no salt on my order, instead all the fries seemed to have extra salt...

Disappointed and frustrated by my experience.

Desired outcome: All i really want is to not have to choose between taking the mediphorical shaft or giving the gas and time to drive back to the store and make them fix part of my order while the other part gets cold.Its supposed to be a convienence

Wendy’s Despicable customer service

Despicable customer [protected]@ 7009 Veterans Blvd Metairie, LAW. My daughter and I went thru the drive they at this location. After stopping at the mic to place my order for about 4 mins with out anyone greeting me to take my order... finally I said hello? then a female voice said "we aren't taking our next order till 15 mins from now. I said Wait what? Did you say you wernt taking any orders fir 15 mins?...she said :Yes. I then asked for the Corporate phone -# and she said " i don't know it" I said "Can you find out?" then she said "So can you!" I then said "yep i sure can and will.

As i drove around i took a pic of the female whom was working the drive thru.

Desired outcome: i hope the two workers are r Reprimanded for the actions as well as their manager also for allowing this behavior to go on.

Wendy’s Iam a employee at store 4747 my manager Carlos will not pay pay me. Iam homeless and hungary and need my money for food and medicine.

Robert Elliott, store address 4450 sunset rd Henderson Nevada. Store 4747 my manager Carlos just being vindictive because I quit on him. I was supposed to be paid Monday like everyone else. He will not respond to me when I leave him messages. Please help me resolve this issue. Your company u use instant says i done nothing wrong my account is set up for my paycheck but my manager not putting my payroll through. Wendy’s Your chili

Yesterday my husband and I was so hungry for your famous chili, we even buy 2 large to take home. We were so disappointed in the chili, it wasn't your old recipe, this tasted like ketchup and was so hot you couldn't eat it we ate half of our large bowls, and through away the other two. Wendy’s All of your food at 210/40 in benson, nc

I do not usually get fast food. Today I decide I would treat my dogs to a hamburger. I went through Wendy's at hwy 210 and Interstate 40. Since it has been about a year since I have been through your drive through, I thought I would give Wendy's another try.

Where do I begin. The double cheeseburger was unacceptable. The fries were cold and the "two plain hamburgers," I ordered came with onions, ketchup and pickles.

I do not know how hard it to get something correct at this particular Wendy's but for some reason it is. When I asked for "two plain hamburgers," for my dogs I repeated myself say "plain."

This meal cost me around $15. Since the double cheeseburger was the only hamburger your staff got right, it was I was unable to eat. It was terrible. So my dogs did get a treat today. I fed the double cheeseburger to the dogs. I hope my dogs appreciate the fact that I paid approximately $15.00 for their treat.

I will never go back to this Wendys and I will make sure that I post this complaint on every social media, including the BBB, I can think of.

I would expect more from Wendys but will not make that mistake again. Wendys, at one time had pretty good food but like everything else you have fallen short on keeping your service and food at the standards that once was.

Wendy’s Service was pleasant. Order was incorrect.

Hello, I am disappointed after my recent order at the drive through Wendy’s in weatherford.

I ordered 3 Jr bacon cheeseburgers with no tomato. They came with tomato.

I also ordered a medium Fry, which was not given to me, and I did not open my bags until my husband came home, which is when I realized they were not there.

My husband picked the tomato off his burgers, and we can live without the fries to share, but all the food was cold. Every burger.

I respectfully request a refund.
