34" Custom Chipper Broke
I have the Warrior 34" custom chipper and have only used it maybe a couple dozen times. On Tuesday, October 11, I was golfing with my friend and used the chipper for the last time. I was probably 10 to 12 feet away from the green, and as soon as I hit the ball, the club head went flying and I was left with only the shaft. I have attached pictures for your review. I did not hit the ball hard - my golfing partner witnessed it and we were both dumbfounded, unsure how it could have happened!
Desired outcome: I would like a replacement club, or a refund. I do not recall what I paid for the club, but bottom line, it never should have fallen apart! Thank you - I appreciate your help!
$ 200.00 Refund.
I did a test play for them in April, The clubs were supposed to have shaft length extended 1". Unfortunately I didn't check that out for several weeks when I was golfing with a friend that had a set of Taylor Made clubs that had 1" extended shafts. Every club in his bag was 3/4" longer than mine. I called customer service to get a refund and return the clubs. They talked me into a $200.00 refund if I would keep the clubs. That was in late April. My May credit card statement didn't show the refund either. I have Emailed and tried to call them. Haven't been able to get any response. To Say The Least I'm Pissed !
Desired outcome: I Need the $200.00 refund I was told I would get when I called customer service.
Inability to contact to return trial clubs.
I participated in a club trial where you pay, in advance for clubs to try out with the "guarantee" of returnability for money back. I have been a customer of theirs for many years but this is the first time I wish to return the trial clubs. Unfortunately I have called over and over and stayed on the line till they cut it off and had me leave a message. I have left many messages, texts and emails and have never gotten any response.
I thought they were a legit outfit till now but, evidently, I was wrong, this sure looks like a scam!
Desired outcome: Contact to arrange for a return and refund.

Returned golf clubs
I ordered golf clubs with a money back guarantee and received an email stating the refund would be processed on April 6th, as of today I have not received my refund. I have had no response to my numerous emails and phone messages. I have called everyday for 2 weeks waited in hold for 20 to 30 minutes and no one has ever answered or returned my call. I feel like they took my money and ran.
Desired outcome: refund of $449.85 processed
3 and 5 woods sent to me for trial and returnable within 60 days.
I was contacted by one of the salespersons for Warrior Custom Golf on Wednesday the 22nt of July. I had dealt with the company before and had bought some clubs. This time he was promoting the Max Edge 3 and 5 woods.
I did not want to spend the money because I am too old to buy those expensive clubs but he told me the company wanted the opinion from players to help them to promote the clubs. He said if I did not want to keep the clubs I had 60 days to send them back for a refund. He was pretty persuasive and I finally said yes. The time is almost up and I can't contact the company because I cant get through on the phone. All I get on the phone is a message that "I you get this message during business hours it means that everyone is busy please call again" and then the phone hangs up. I also wrote an email but with no response. Can you help. Thank you.
Golf irons
Ordered max edge irons but received jlegacy irons. I was told to return the irons with code1076313 and ra2525626-r. I returned the irons (never took them out of the wrapper). Mailed them back at my expense. They were returned to me. Reason for return:receiver did not want, refused delivery. I am out of my money, can't get anyone at warrior to talk to me (also emailed them twice). I only want what I paid for, or my funds returned.
Order not received
I did not get a confirmation or my order, so I have no number to refer to.
However I do have my bank statement that shows you charged me for my order on 05/25/2020 FOR $59.90 it reads in this manner:
05/25/202 - Warrior Custom Golfe [protected]-CA - $59.90.
Its funny that I have found 3 customer service numbers to call you, and you state Calforina has put a moratorium on your work. But yet charged my account for the Worrior Golf Balls.
These a great balls and I use them in importat golf tournaments. This time I need them to try the U.S. Open Boise.
In fact I would like to increase this order to another dozen balls. U.S.G Open needs to have you use the same ball with the same number. Please put the number on all balls at number "00".
Please send them out the fastes way.
golf club
I received my free golf club and its the wrong one and it is not custom made to my height. The one in the book from the new england golf guide 2018 book shows the club as green and silver. Thats the one I ordered. The one I received is all black and totally different from the picture. I would like someone to call me back asap. When I purchased this club, the woman on the phone guarenteed me it was the green and silver one and would be custom made to my height. It is neither. Call me at [protected] asap... Also no paperwork was included with my package to prove its the wrong the club... Thanks for making my day...

I received the free club offer from Swing By Swing. So I called. You get a hybrid 4 iron, and a putter for free...Well not so free. You get to use it for 45 days, and then give them feed back. Then they throw in a 5, 6, 7, 8 iron for $549.00. If your not happy then send them back and you pay $139.00 for shipping. So all in all you get charged right away $688.00. For this amount I could buy the top of the line Taylormade, or any other Pro series clubs. So I called them back to cancel (within 10 min). I was told they would give me a box of balls, the putter, the 4 iron, and a $500.00 driver for $235.00, I told them you got to be kidding...I said NO I want to cancel everything..So I contacted my credit card company and told them of the scam..If they ship the clubs, I will drive to Irvine, and hand deliver the clubs. And...
US Hole in One Yes what a scam them and Warrior Golf FREE LOL . . they charge you $35 for a club that they can make for 5.99 . .and then never send it and then double bill your credit card such dishonest people from these folks stay away from. They should have a NON Complaint board for companies that I used for REALLY FREE Golf stuff that worked out well

I was asked to evaluate four golf clubs, for which I would be able to keep them at a discounted price, if I liked them. If I was not satisfied with the clubs, I could return them within two years, for a complete refund, also keeping a "goodie" bag full of 'so-called' Christmas gifts. I used the clubs, and was less than satisfied, wanting to return them. I waited for a supervisor, who asked how the clubs performed. I replied that they were alright, but my old clubs were better. The supervisor immediately said, and I quote; " I will note this evaluation to your account ", and promptly hung up on me. Upon trying to call them again, as soon as I told them my name, I
was disconnected. This is no way to run a business, and I plan on suing this company for fraudulent claims and stealing funds from my account. My name is Thomas Leatherbee, and luckily my brother runs a major newspaper, where the practices of 'Warrior Golf' will be exposed, everyday until I am either compensated, or satisfied. I do have a recording of the original call that started this whole scam, dealing with a person named, Mike Law, at [protected], or [protected]. If there are other people who have been scammed by this company, feel free to inundate your feelings for Warrior Golf with as many calls that you can manage, each day.

I can't believe this place is still in business, I remember their calls about making a golf course in Moreno Valley, CA. During the time they called me I lived down the road from the office in Lake Forest so I visited them personally to take a look at the golf clubs before getting suckered into investing in this project. They tried to give me sunglasses and a hat, but I declined because I've seen better quality at gas stations.
The clubs were junk, and everyone there looked strung out on drugs so I took my business elsewhere. I hope we get an update on the situation because I've been on golf forums and have seen similar complaints. I don't even think the office is still there so they may have relocated.
Hi Thomas,

Good luck... I had the same problem with Warrior. After a long email campaign I finally got my money back, an appology and the promise of a free set of wedges for the hassle I had gone through. Well two years later and still waiting. No clubs.
absolutely free holiday grab bag
Just received my "$350" value grab bag from Warrior Golf, what a joke. Here"s what I got for $350, joke balls, plastic practice balls, spike wrench, plastic brush tees, plastic cleat & divot tool, coffee mug, hat, dozen golf balls and a rolled up reprint picture! And to receive these wonderful gifts I had to AGREE to demo 3 fairway woods at a cost of...

Promotion says absolutely free Mystery club gift, but will not send gift unless you purchase material first and pay up front even though promotion says no purchase necessary. I do not care to purchase any more products because after being told numerous times that my name had been corrected in their system, all correspondence still comes with a gross mispelling. Reps always hang up when I say I am not purchasing anything.
You have to be careful with these guys as they are great salesmen. If you're not careful you'll have a set of clubs coming your way before you know it !
Now, having said that, I have used many of their clubs and have been satisfied with their performance. I'm an 18-20 handicapper so I probably wouldn't know a great club if it hit me but the woods and hybrids I've received from Warrior have been very solid and I seem to be playing better golf...on some days !
Sincerely, Alan Schulte
To ALL who think that Warrior Custom Golf is a scam I say BUNK! I saw the promotion for the Tomahawk hybrid 3 and had them send it to me. They did at NO COST to me. The company has been a pleasure to deal with and has treated me like family. I'm in the process of getting a full set and have nothing but praise for the company.
I said that I did not wont any of the clubs and not to charge my bank account $295.00 ..I even called the bank and cancelled the credit card and you still charged my account. tell me how to get the clubs back to you and do not contact me again . my phone number is [protected]. and I would like to have the $295.00 put back in my account at once if not I will have my attorney contact you .
Warrior Custom Golf has many differtent promotions throughout the year. warrior clubs are actually great clubs
I have seen the complaints here and wanted to share my opinion:
have to be completely honest here: I freakin LOVE the 3-Iron Hybrid. I am a -3 Index, play Mizuno MP-68 irons, Cleveland Weges, Scotty Putter and Ping i15 3-Wood & Driver...most aggresive set you can possibly play with. I put the Warrior in the back of the closet for a year after doing the "scammish" eval. I got a 3-Wood, 3-Hybrid and LobWedge for about $175 when it was said and done, with X-Flex shafts.
Last week I picked up the Hybrid because I was frustrated with mine (Burner Tour TaylorMade) and have played two rounds with it. It has become my favorite club in the bag...this is no [censored]T. I hit this 3-Hybrid with shaping ability perfectly. With no wind I can hit a sweet little 225 yard and land my target softly. This is just my sincere input!

I am not quite sure of what to think about the post, however; I have a complete set driver 2, 3, 5, 7, 9 wood(s) through lob wedge and have been playing them since 06'. The clubs compare to any high end ones you'll find. I started with a set of irons and the free wedge set, liked the performance so much I decide to purchase the remainder of the set. There are some down sides to mail order clubs, the first of which is shipping (the expense and the physical task), but if you can get past that the quality along with savings should prevail. One of the clubs separated from the shaft, the company rendered the issue fairly quickly and threw in some golf balls to help offset the shipping charges. Unfortunately for me the golf balls were like giving candy to a baby, they are as good as any high price ball on the market. The other down side to dealing with the company is the high pressure sales department. I don't know about you, I don't change my set on a annual basis or every time a new model comes along. Overall I would have to rate them a 4 out of 5.
shady dealers
These high pressure con men are good at what they do. They lure you in, take your money and when you want to return a product, they stall, pressure and lie. They sent me free wedges to try out a driver. When I decided to send back the driver, they talked me into sending me another free product if I wouln't get get a refund on the original purchase. I consented, but soon discovered that the wedge I ordered was rusted! They promised to replace it, but when I got it back today, all they did was try to shine it up a little. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with these charlatans!

Doesn't honor free trial commitment
I've dealt with Warrior for about 10 years. Have tried and kept several clubs. They called this Winter offering a free putter to trial a 9-wood and driver. I didn't want the offer but they pressed me. They offered a free 90 day trial. I explained that it snows here in Ohio and the trial would expire before the season starts. They assured me no problem, they'd extend the timeframe for any reason. I tried to extend it but they said it expired already and tough luck, I eat the charge. I'll never deal with them again. Something has changed with them, and its not for the better.
letter in the mail
I got a letter in the mail with a great offer to try all these different golf products and I couldn't believe it. I have never played a game of golf in my life (but I'm taking it up this summer, so I was interested at first) I thought it was way too good to be true so I googled. Thank you to everyone else who posted about the scam before. I am posting now because I got a personalized letter in the mail. My name is spelled right and everything, that is rare. So everyone else out there, beware! The offer is so tempting, but don't do it!

no complaint
I like warrior I think people like to complain a lot. I've been in telemarketing for a while and sometimes when you get person after person either cussing you out or people trying to get free stuff it breaks your mood down when your trying to make money to live so you have to be a little more aggresive. All they are trying to do is make a living like you...

I was offered the opportunity to "try" some of their custom made clubs for a period of 45 days, I was not impressed with the clubs or their performance compared to my old clubs. I was charged close to $500 for these clubs and was told that I could return the clubs for any reason if I was not pleased with them. I sent them back within the alotted 45 day period and and they were sent back to me with a phone number written on the box telling me I had to call them to get a reference number to return them? They already had them in their possession!? Why the heck send them back to me to have me get a number so I can send them back to them? Anyway by the time I got them back in the mail it was past the 45 days. I called to resolve the issue with a representative and was esentially told I was out of luck since the due date had past. They told me that it was "clearly stated" on the invoice as if she knew exactly what my issue was and it was a normal occurence. They need to verbally let people know that they need to call to get a number so when the time comes the clubs can be sent back with out an issue not hide it in the fine print. Shame on me for not doing my homework prior to entering into a business deal with a company that has multiple bad reveiws. Now I see that they have an "F" with the BBB!

quality
While this company is notorious for it's relentless sales pitches, it also never quits calling no matter how often you decline their offers. A few years ago I accepted a free set of wedges and was immediately sorry that I did because of the inundation of phone calls. The shipping and handling charges exceeded the value of the clubs. My set of clubs spent a few days under water because of a hurricane. I was able to clean up the clubs and I still using them except for the Warrior wedges which were the only ones that got rusted.

We'll see if these fraudster do next
I ordered a three hybrid iron last week and was told that it would be free and all I had to pay was 28.50 for shipping. I just checked my account and they charged me 156.50 for the club. I when I tried calling them I kept getting a number that either didn't work or a messge that said they were closed. However, when I called the sales office someone answered the phone. When I told them what happened. He said they would reverse the charges. Stay tuned I'll let everyone know what happens. But if I were you I would never, ever puchase any clubs from these people. We'll see what Terry Greenwood in the sales Dept or Tim Valencia in the complaint Dept have to say.
bad company bad managment
This company is a scam. It is full of non educated employees that get a kick of scaming seniors and taking all their money that they have worked all their lives saving just to get scamed into golf clubs that supposedly have a 45 day money back garentee... Yeah right. The process of this is to sell people clubs offer the money back garentee and when someone...
