I called them up to try and sort things out, but they told me that their company policy only allowed for returns or exchanges within 15 days. I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous for a seasonal product like this. And to top it all off, it was THEIR mistake that they sent me the wrong cover in the first place.

I ordered a cover with an extended zipper on the door which makes access easier. The cover they sent is the same as the cover I currently own which does not have the extended door zipper. On Jan 6th, I purchased a 3 sided track style golf cart cover with valances, wind seal kit and club cover. I received the cover, but not the valances. I contacted the company several times via email and they stated that they would send them in another shipment. I waited but never received the valances. I proceeded to put the cover on the cart along with the wind seal kit & club cover. The wind seal kit & cover do not fit my cart.
