Mixed Experiences with The Golf Warehouse, Inc

Poor Warehouse/Shipping Quality Control
During the past month I've submitted 8 separate golf club orders to TGW (4 shipments pending). The first two arrived as promised. The 3rd order arrived without the fairway wood head cover while the 4th order arrived without the adjusting tool for the driver head. Customer Service (CS) was very courteous and informed me the head cover would be shipped from the vendor. Two weeks later no cover and another call to CS and was informed, a tracking number would be provided when shipped. I did not agree and requested a return...wasted two days before CS informed me they could not send a return label for orders from Hawaii. I paid USPS to ship the club and sent a copy of the receipt to CS...was informed I would receive a refund for the shipment plus refund for the club when received. This is all pending as of Jan 29,2023. Regarding the missing tool...CS stated I could return the club if the warehouse could not ship the tool...pending warehouse decision as of 29 Jan. Obviously TGW has a quality control problem in their warehouse/shipping areas and this has caused me a boat load of butt pain, wasted time, and tied up hundreds of $ on my credit card. I may update this review when the remaining orders are received.

I have placed and received 5 separate orders all within a reasonable amount of time. All have been clothing which I am happy with. I have not had to return any item so I can't comment on that process. I will be ordering again when they have their sales and I find something I like.

Unfortunately my review is not good.
I am trying to buy ping clubs. My order was cancelled and I have been giving them all the additional information requested by phone. Tried to place the order 3 times and with 3 different method of payments. I am being treated like a criminal and the experience of buying something from TGW is terrible.
It is also very upsetting and frustrating to try to deal with the customer service as they blame the "system" or the "accounting department" who is checking on my information...
Seems that they don't want to sell anything without knowing all your private life before. It is absurd that after providing them with 3 valid credit cards, bank statement and a LOT of my Time they were unable complete the order. Perhaps they just don't have any clubs but want to keep my credit card information for abusive charging in the future... All this feels like a big scam.
I would not recommend TGW to anyone.

TGW finally decided to call me after all the complains. Esa Halabi was the person who called me and apologize for the situation.At the end they were able to send me the clubs one day later. It is just sad that it takes a lot of complaining to get one issue resolved, but overall I was happy to have insisted because I wanted the clubs quickly and They have managed it...
Worst shopping and customer service experience in years!
I normally don't write reviews but this experience was so bad that I have to warn others to stay away. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before even attempting to purchase from TGW.
I had been doing a fair amount of research on a cart bag and one of the 2-3 I was considering went on clearance at TGW for an unbelievable price. Normally I would just have $#*!s or Golf Galaxy match the price since I have dealt with those stores numerous times but we're in a pandemic and I thought I'd give a smaller business a chance. Big mistake.
After purchasing my product on a Monday and continuing to see it available for a few days afterwards (because you are bombarded with adds for any site you purchase anything from) I am then informed four days later that my purchase is cancelled. That's it. I go back to the website and of course the product in the color I wanted is now gone. Nobody from customer service (CS) reaches out along with the news that my order is purchased.
I try calling CS to see why my order is cancelled, they aren't taking phone calls (not a good sign that they can't figure out how to forward calls to employees who are working remotely, assuming this is the case they aren't taking calls). I then email them explaining the situation, and asking why my order was cancelled when that was not my wish. I got a response 20 hours later saying the item wasn't in stock (despite appearing on the website for several days after my purchase) and that for my troubles I can get free two day shipping on my purchase of another item. WHAT?!?!? I don't want two day shipping I want the item I ordered, or for CS to at least see if they can get me another color or a similar item at a deal, etc. Nothing, no effort to fix the situation or any potential solutions offered. I email back asking about several possible solutions. Days go by. I see that they now have another color that I wouldn't mind on the same product so I purchase that while waiting for a response. I tell them not to worry, but can they confirm my order.
They confirm my order and everything is fine, or so I hoped. This was my second mistake, I should have just used this chance to get a price match from another company while I could. A few days later I receive an email informing me that my item is on back order and that I will receive it in a few weeks (3-4 weeks out). I say that's fine, I'm not in a huge rush, I just really want this item, especially at this price. A few days go by and I get another email telling me my order has been cancelled. I reach out to see what is going on. I am informed that they are out of the product and will not be getting any more in stock, despite the company that produces the bag still selling the product on their website. This company is either incompetent or dishonest, or both.
Again, no effort to fix the problem. I ask if a similar product from the same company (same design but lesser material, and doesn't come with a $50 case) could be sold to me at the same price? Nope, they can take like $30 off the price which is still $100 more than the item I purchased. I ask about another item that I was originally considering which is $60 more than the bag I attempted to buy. No mention of that in their response. I asked if they would give me store credit for the difference in price between where I can buy the bag elsewhere and what they were selling it for. Again, no mention in their response.
They seem to have no desire to fix issues or even attempt to ensure a customer is happy with their experience and instead just want to get the problem to go away as quick as possible. Well I'm going away, forever, and I am telling as many people as I can to do the same.

I ordered a pair of golf shoes in late June. Received & didn't fit. They sent me a return slip & I returned around July 6. I have yet to get my money I paid by credit card & they told me the money was returned to my credit card on July 7. It is now July 25 & I still don't have the money. They keep telling me they will show where sent, I am now returning a second pair which I had to pay for without my return money & received two different size shoes in box . I spoke with their customer service on the phone and the woman assured me that she would call me back that day with a resolution. About 5 days passed and no calls or emails. I called again and was told the same thing. They were doing a "bin check" to ensure the right item was sent to me this time. All the meanwhile, you can still order this item on their site. This person told me it would take up to a week before the charge would drop off and my money would be fully returned to me. I am furious and consider this way of doing business not only unethical but stealing! *** I need this money for other expenses! Delivered only 3 of the 7 clubs I ordered and paid for. I ordered the *** Irons *** from TGW on February 8 with an next day delivery of February 10 for a golf tournament this coming Saturday 2/13. I received an email that my order has been delivered. I did not want to leave it sitting out until I got off of work so I left the office to go pick them up and put them inside. Once I opened the box there was only 3 out of 7 clubs in the box. I contacted TGW customer service and the lady told me that there was only 1 club ordered. I told her no, I ordered a separate club yesterday but that is not this order number I provided to her. After a few minutes and I told her I have the email stating that my *** had been delivered, she did confirm that there is supposed to be 7 clubs. I had to return to work so I told her I would have to call back. I called 30 minutes later and without asking for my order number or anything else, the gentleman told me I have to return them and wait for a refund and then re-order the clubs. I told him this was completely unsatisfactory. He said there is no other way, they cannot ship separate clubs to me. I responded "then how did you just ship me 3 separate clubs?" His reply is that he has no idea how that happened but they cannot not ship me the missing clubs. I have already given away my old clubs so now I will have no clubs for my tournament this weekend and the clubs I purchased on sale are now $*** more than when I ordered them on Monday. Completely disappointing experience. I should have did my own research on TGW before making such an expensive purchase as I see from the many reviews that I am not the only one.
