I gotta say, my experience with Videogame911 was a real bummer. I was trying to get my PS3 fixed up, and I thought these guys would be the ones to do it. But boy was I wrong. I sent it in once, and when it came back, it still wasn't working. So I sent it in again, and guess what? Still not working. What a waste of money on the repairs and shipping.

I was starting to get really frustrated with these guys. They kept telling me it was my data that was the problem, but I wasn't buying it. Finally, I decided to take it to another technician, and they told me that it wasn't even repairable! Can you believe that? I was so mad that I wasted all that time and money with Videogame911.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. They just don't seem to know what they're doing. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else to fix your gaming console.

Their customer service was just plain terrible, the worst I've ever seen. Stay away from these guys, they ain't worth the trouble.

This company is a total scam! I cannot stress enough how important it is for you to beware and not send your PS3 console to this company. They advertise that they can fix YLOD and other issues, but let me tell you, they cannot! I have sent over three consoles already, each with a different issue from disc drive to YLOD, and they could not fix anything at all! It's a complete waste of time and money.

After weeks of having the console, they will message you saying they cannot fix it and still charge you $30.00! It's outrageous! I highly recommend using Estarland for your repair needs instead. Videogame911 needs to be shut down for all the scams and robbing people! Their technicians are grade A idiots!

In retrospect, for the sake of my own sanity, I probably should have looked for a repair place locally, but even after all that stress, I am so happy with how it turned out, even though I am now out 140 sum dollars, which I would have had to spend that to repair it anyway so I'm glad it went to some knowledgeable people. In the future, I plan on sending my old Game Boy Advance SP and my Playstation 2 to them for repairs once I have the cash (I am also not apparently as emotionally attached to those items as I am to my Pikachu 2DS XL) because they are certainly a reliable company that can fix them.

Also, can women's pants just have bigger pockets, please? None of this would have happened if that was just a thing.
