A blue haired (presumably female) employee has feigned ignorance to what a "chocolate chip frappacino" is and refused to look into a basic drink such as this one. The first encounter included what was previously stated and included a very poor attitude and very poor assistance.
The next few encounters with this employee, they requested the customer for the ingredients for the chocolate chip frappacino and stood by to do nothing about making a change.
A very poor representative and employee for an otherwise fine company.
Desired outcome: Removal of the employee PLEASE!
