In December of 2020 the last week I return the equipment when I got there to the office in Bossier City LA there a lady standing out there out side the office in a face mask telling all the customer we could not come in to the office but drop the equipment off in the drop box and just take a photo of it with your phone, but I ask for a RECEIPT I knew this would happen, now it is on my bill for $150.00 I have call and ask for them to take this off my bill, customer service told me to pay it and there would credit me like I got $150.00 to just pay Suddenlink, I need a refund on my bill.[protected]
