I would really like to know why the dollar tree in hays is always closed or when you go it says closing at specific time which is usually 3 pm or closing early cause no employees. Store is always a complete mess. It's like there is no management skills in this store. Proper management would probably be the place to start to have and run a proper business.
Desired outcome: it would be nice if the store was open the hours and days that is posted on the door
