Beacon Management Services - Intimidation, damaged property

Beacon Management came in today 11/01/2023o our condo in the process they broke an original piece of art. The tech was careless, Fernando offered to help in carrying sheetrock but Dana refused the help and slammed into the art breaking it. Now Beacon is refusing to take responsibility or pay for the damage. This was not an accident this was carelessness, rushing about. It is all very sad.

I was threatened over the phone by the property manager Mr. Eduardo Rojas. I received poor service,communication, slow response time as well and a lack of transparency.

Claimed loss: One of a kind piece of art

Desired outcome: I would like Beacon to do the right thing

Beacon came in today to our condo in the process they broke an original piece of art.
