Citibank - I want to get a letter or check

My account was closed for no reason tell me why, but each time I call the bank they keep telling me same [censored] (I will receive and letter and cashier check) im tired of waiting I need to pay my bills
You told me to wait for 60days now I have not received letter and no checks
Citibank is a bank dont ever deal with them they are [censored]iing liars!
