In January 2022, USPack delivered a washer and dryer to my newly built home. When the installers brought the washer and dryer in, they caused damage to the walls and left fingerprints that couldn't just wash off. They also damaged the drywall and smashed the back of the washer, which Samsung has already replaced. The drip pan provided was too small for the washer, but instead of informing me, they placed the washer on the pan, causing it to be destroyed. As a result, the washer was not level, so my wife and I had to cut out the drip pan around the washing machine. The company's offer of $150 to paint the walls and install a new pan was a joke.

This company, US Pack, is absolutely terrible
This company, US Pack, is absolutely terrible. They claim they will deliver, but they never show up, not once but twice! And to make matters worse, you have to wait on hold for hours just to speak to someone. It's been ages and I still haven't received my appliances. I can't stress this enough, be cautious and stay away from them!
