Worst company ever to ship with..
I have to receive parcels from my mom from USA and they put the wrong label address on it ,I dont say about the fact that she had paid a fortune for the parcels to arrive by airplane in 2 weeks time and they havent arrived in a month , but also the fact that they are not professionals, they lye with everything and try to rip you off money. Instead of paying attention to the address where they have to send the parcels ,they pay atention to your money , they dont care if you receive the parcel or not ...scammers ...dont use them ever !
Recommendation: Dont ever use them ,and if you are using them make sure they put the right address because they even put the wrong label on parcels .

I was not satisfied with this offer and even tried to reach out to the CEO via email, but unfortunately, I never received a response.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the service provided by AEC Parcel. I expected my packages to be delivered on time, especially considering the amount of money I paid for them. The fact that the customer service team was not able to provide me with a satisfactory solution only added to my frustration. I would not recommend using AEC Parcel for any important deliveries, as they do not seem to prioritize their customers' needs.
I use AEC Parcel for 5 years now to ship 3-4 packages a year and they are the best and fastest company on the market! I understand there can be some problems sometimes but I never have any problems with them and all my packages always delivered in 4-5 weeks when shipping by economy(sea) option! Thank you!
