Been buyin stuff from naps for years now. Gear is decent, some labs are better than others but people be givin 5 stars for free gear, ya know? That's wack. People be claimin they get their gear in like 1 to 7 days, even internationally. That's bull, cause it takes like 2 to 3 days just to get my stuff from overseas. And then there's customs, like who takes 4 to 10 days just to process some package, right? I'm still waitin on my last package from naps, it's been like 38 business days. That's 6 weeks. And the tracking info says it's lost or somethin. Their customer service used to be dope, but now it's all $#*!ty. They just read the tracking info to you like you can't read it for yourself. And they talkin bout waitin another 20 days. That's like way too long, ya know? And they don't even tryna be cool about it. Like, I can't be runnin a successful cycle if I gotta wait like 60 business days for a package that took only 4 days to get to my country from the other side of the world.

So yeah, maybe naps used to be cool, but now their customer service is garbage and they be hidin bad reviews like they ain't got nothing to hide. Maybe they just care about money, cause they be up there talkin bout "reviews for cash" like they don't even care about what people think. I must say that I am extremely impressed with the quality of services offered by this website. The communication with the customer service was out of this world. I sended an email to ask some questions before I placed my order and they got back to me within an hour. I also used the live chat and it was SO SICK. I give them two thumbs up for their friendly and helpfulness.

Product Effectiveness and Experience:
I ran my gear for 12 weeks and lemme tell you, this gear was on point!

Weeks 1-3:
I ran 2cc of Andromix EOD and let me tell you, I couldn't be happier, no sides.

Weeks 4-7:
I kept the same dose of Andromix but I added 1/2cc of Test prop, and let me tell you, I was feeling it! No sides, but pip was a little rough, gotta blame it on the Test Prop hahaha. I also had a bit of Tren cough after some pins.

Weeks 8-11:
During these weeks, I kept my original dose of 2cc of Andromix EOD but started adding 1cc of Test Prop and 1/2 cc of Masteron EOD. Results? I felt like the beast I am! I also started taking HCG, prepping for my PTC treatment.

Week 12:
I cruised and lowered my doses to the same as the first week, 2cc of Andromix EOD, which put me at 100mg of Test Prop, 100mg of Tren Ace, and 100mg of Masteron.

Additional Commentary:
At the start of my cycle, I was sitting at 213lbs and 15% bmi, and at the end of my cycle, I was at 209lbs, but looked so much bigger at 10% bmi. I recently had an experience with NapsGear where I placed an order in July and had some issues with the order process and shipping. At first, things seemed to be going smoothly - I filled out all the necessary forms and included a product of the week in my order. However, when it came time to send payment, I was told that I hadn't sent enough funds and that my order would increase by $1000. I wasn't aware of any time constraints on sending funds for the product of the week and was disappointed to find out that my order had been cancelled due to my mistake.

A month later, in August, I decided to use the credit from my cancelled order to place a new one. This time, I went through customer service and didn't need to add any additional funds. As a result, both packages were sent to the wrong address and I was unable to pick them up.

I contacted NapsGear to redirect the shipment to my correct address, but they were unable to do so. They told me that I would need to wait for the products to be returned to them after failed delivery. Unfortunately, one item was confiscated and the other was lost in the mail. I requested a reshipment for five months but got nowhere. Every time I contacted them, it was like I was talking to a different person who had no idea what was going on with my shipment.

Finally, after posting about my experience on a bodybuilding forum, I got their attention. They agreed to reship for 50% of the price, but when I received the invoice, it was actually 62% of the price. They explained that they couldn't discount my bulk items and sale items by 50% and that the one item was no longer on sale. I was frustrated by this, but agreed to pay the higher amount just to get this problem resolved.

Overall, my experience with NapsGear was quite frustrating and I felt like I had to jump through a lot of hoops to get my order shipped correctly. I just want to give everyone a heads up on my experience with Napsgear. Let me tell you, ordering HGH from this site was a total bust. They sent me a batch of bunk bluetop HGH worth $1000. I even had to spend more of my time and money to run a serum test on it. The results confirmed that I was fasted when the blood was drawn, which led to a reading of 4.6 ng/ml. I just really hope that others can learn from my mistake and not get ripped off, too.

Oh, and by the way, it seems like getting HGH through Chicago no longer works, so if you're gonna try your luck, your best bet is San Francisco.

This was disappointing because as a customer who paid a considerable amount of money for their services, I expected better communication and a warning about the risks involved in my order.

To make matters worse, the customer service was not helpful. I felt left out in the dark with no support and no one to address my concerns. Although I did receive an email from the support department thanking me for choosing Naps and requesting me to provide additional information to address my concerns, I never received a response. It made me feel like this was a complete scam.

If you are in Portugal, I would strongly advise against using their services. For all the efforts made to try and find a solution, it amounted to nothing. It is unfortunate that this has occurred because the company is based in India, which should have been communicated better on their website.

Overall, my experience with NapsGear has been very disappointing. The lack of customer support and the failure to warn me about the risks involved with ordering from a country where the material is illegal was unacceptable.

I don't recommend using NapsGear for your performance enhancing needs. There are other sources available that you can trust more. I sent the payment using Zelle on October 27th. My bank confirmed that the payment was picked up the same day. However, when I inquired about the status of my order, they told me they never received payment. This was not true since my bank clearly stated otherwise. Despite countless back and forth with them, they claimed that they couldn't find me in their system. Obviously, my payment was already accepted, so it wouldn't show up as pending.

Their customer service is terrible. I have been dealing with someone who goes by the name Karen Pressler. But unfortunately, I can't seem to find anyone who is willing to investigate the issue. I have been their customer in the past and had planned to place a big order after Christmas. But, given my recent experience, I think I will be taking my business elsewhere.
