UPS Delivery

Wow these guys at ups, charge 32 dollar extra (in top of another 30 usd 42 cad, to ship), for a 40 cad value item and never have any choice of delivery, like all other shipping companies? It is absolutely dissgasting, they take customers extra money without any explenation in why or any justification, just making them pay extra for nothing, and than, slap them in the face when it comes to an easy normal request. What a joke.. I will never in my life use you for any shipping service, nor will I ever buy anything shipped with ups. You are literellly a joke.. A complete joke for customers with no service what so ever. I it's just a matter of time, that canadians had enough of being charge unjustifying amounts without any oroof of why and where or if, these charges are declared in profit!

Desired outcome: Refund extra chsrge and deliver package to pick up point T Staples on Tolmie Ave, Victoria BC

UPS Lost Package

Package was mailed on May 15th, 2023 from UPS in San Diego, CA to FT. Lauderdale, FL. Tracking shows that the package made its way across the country but when it was received and recorded by a local FT. Lauderdale UPS facility on May 19th, it disappeared. I filed a complaint and its been 3 weeks now and no response. I have sent 2 requests for updates via the UPS web site and no response. I have called multiple numbers which either do not answer or you get referred to another number that either does not answer and referred again. Obviously UPS has strategically set the system up to not pay any claims and totally frustrate the customer with the goal of the customer giving up. It’s quite remarkable that a company of this size has zero regard for its customers.

Desired outcome: Find my package or execute my claim in the time period you have posted which has long pasted by. . They don’t even have the decency to refund the cost of the shipping.

UPS The service of your agent shop named Charlie’s

Yesterday I went to drop off a parcel, the women scanned the barcode then told me to go to the Postoffice, I went to the Postoffice, waited in a long queue, at the counter the man informed me that this is UPS and that the post office has nothing to do, he added that who ever told you to come to us is just being naughty..

I went back to CHARLIE’S, I told them what happened in the post office, a guy then told me, yes, the post office to print the label, he was the one of the most unfriendly, rude and careless person I’ve ever met.

I went back to the PO, I have been told that they do NOT print for UPS, he added that this CHARLIE’S is known for being unprofessional and rude, he added that I must raise a complaint.

This shop is a very bad image for UPS.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and I recommend that UPS won’t deal with this shop anymore

UPS Delivery with best buy

As my computer died and I needed one ASAP, I purchased one from Best Buy which could actually deliver quicker than one would be available for in-store pick up...hahahahah... well quicker if 1) delivery driver would actually knock or ring the door bell for a signature required delivery 2) delivery driver would have attempted to deliver the next day as promised 3) the package would have actually wound up at the UPS pick up store we were told it would be dropped of at instead of as promised delivered on day #2 AND day #3. After speaking with UPS MULTIPLE times on day 3 of taking off from work for this much needed computer delivery... I was told they "are not required to knock or ring the door bell for deliveries requiring a signature"!?! Are you kidding me? Am is supposed to wait outside my door for 12 hours in the 100 degree Texas sun waiting for your lazy [censored] delivery person to "possibly" show up? I will NEVER use UPS again nor will I give my money to business who use UPS to ship.. I am done!

Desired outcome: HAHAHAHA.... outcome.... I had to reorder a computer fro Best Buy and wait an additional 5 days to pick it up from the store.

UPS Lost Package and No refund

I sent multiple package shipment through UPS Store Newton, Surrey, BC on 02/24/2023 via tracking number- 1Z24RW446809093877. My package was lost and I didn't get any refund from UPS. the store manager never told me that insurance was mandatory. he told me that it was optional. The UPS website states that all packages are covered by 100$ insurance and any coverage above it is optional. Now the store manager- Harry states that I will not get anything as I didn't buy insurance at that time. The tracking id states that refund has been issued on 03/24/2023.He didn't even provide me with all the paperwork. He just gave me 1 slip and said that rest would be shown from 1 tracking only. He refused to talk to me when I confronted him.

Desired outcome: Refund for the lost package

UPS "Attempted to deliver" scam

There needs to be a class-action lawsuit. I'm hoping there's a lawyer out there willing to take this up.

I have now had 50% of my deliveries with the fake "attempted to deliver" notice given to me, including today. I was standing outside of my home, waiting for the package. I was even standing inside the front gate, so the truck would not have to use the gate code. I then watched, with my own two eyes, the truck drive by and received a text shortly after, notifying me of a "delivery attempt -- we'll try to deliver again on the next business day (which is Tuesday -- 3 days away).

This is a well-known scam and courier services need to be held accountable.

Desired outcome: I want my money back and an apology. I want this practice, which MUST be known at the highest levels of the corporate structure, to end. It may take years and lots of lawsuits, but it needs to happen.

UPS Access point refuses to take my package then got hostile with me

I handed my package to my usual ups, but instead of the nice lady whose been taking my package for months, it was a man ive never seen before. He tells me he cannot take the package because of customs rules and he needs an invoice. I tried to explain that my packages were done through net parcel and with the edi tag, they dont provide invoices. The man got irate and started raising his voice at me, yelling, and saying 'get out'. I went to a different ups that im more accustomed to who gladly took my packages and explained to me that the angry man was inexperienced. Its quite frustrating that a paying customer has to go through this. Ups please take action.

UPS Services/Shipping

UPS is lazy, corrupt, and useless!

Unfortunately, I forgot to find out how an online site ships before I ordered. I always ask, and if they use UPS I order from someplace that does NOT use UPS! This time, I forgot.

Monday 5/15/23 I get an email stating my package will arrive the next day before 7pm, from UPS.

Tuesday I get an email from UPS stating my package will be delivered on Wednesday before 7pm.

Wednesday I get an email from UPS stating my package will be delievered THURSDAY before 7pm.

Thursday I get an email from UPS stating my package will be delivered Friday before 7pm.

Friday I get an email from UPS stating my package will arrive SATURDAY by 7pm.

Saturday I got NOTHING!

Here it is SUNDAY, and I get an email from UPS stating I will get my package MONDAY before 7pm...and the LIES CONTINUE!

If the place I ordered from used FedEx, I would have had my package when they told me I was going to have it!

Make SURE you ASK how a place ships, BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THEM! If they use UPS...SHOP SOMEPLACE ELSE!

Desired outcome: They need to be heavily audited and forced to pay restitution to all the people they have lied to, cheated, defrauded, and ruined their birthdays/anniversaries/Christmases, etc!!!!

UPS Stolen/lost Items

Recently ordered a high value item that is in high demand from a manufacturer that chose to ship via UPS. Package was stolen/lost at UPS in Chicago so I had to be refunded the money and the item is no longer available. Found one on EBay, paid a little more, and surprise! Shipper used UPS and once again package is “lost”. [censored] UPS. I hope everyone involved in stealing and/or mishandling these packages gets anal cancer and dies from the inside out.

Desired outcome: Stated.

UPS Has not been able to effectively solve the problem

1. The tracking number 1Z9W092W6759418446 has been waiting for delivery for a month, and UPS has never received any response regarding the status of the goods. Currently, we need to verify the status of the goods, whether it is lost or due to other reasons.

2. UPS provided us with a local phone number, and the customer called to verify the condition of the goods. The local customer service replied perfunctorily, and we need to verify the status of the goods as soon as possible. Please call the customer's phone number:+[protected]

If the goods are lost, please provide proof of loss to the customer as soon as possible

Desired outcome: I hope to receive a valid response and deliver it as soon as possible

UPS The service attitude was very bad and they didn't deliver the goods

1Z9W092W6759418446, he has 3 pieces of goods, one of which has been showing scanning since it entered the warehouse on March 24th, and the other two pieces have not been updated since March 24th. He has contacted UPS but has not received any effective response. I don't know if the goods have been lost now, no one has told me, it has been a month. I don't understand why it hasn't been delivered for so long?

Desired outcome: Implement and deliver as soon as possible

UPS UPS services of "Overnight Air-Fast"

4/25/2023

I paid last week to a vendor for an item to be shipped by UPS Overnight Air-Fast on 4/18/2023 located in OHIO to be at my home 4/19/2023. Cost me $64.89 extra to send UPS overnight-fast. The package never came, I filed a claim and then I could never l look up where the package was after 4/19/2023 it "stated the package was still in Columbus, Ohio and a claim was filed. It was suppose to be in Missouri 4/19/2023.

Then yesterday 4/25/2023 got information updates on package of location where it went to AZ 4/19, then IL 4/24, now in St. Louis, MO 4/25, 6:30am...it was miss sorted. UPS stating each day it would be delivered that day. I know that the package in St. Louis, Mo today 4/25/2023 will not be delivered 100 miles away to me at 9:30am...even with UPS stated it would on tracking.

The UPS is not even contacting the sending about their mistake and offering a refund for the services not rendered. Why? Technology today with payments is immediate, however UPS is not giving refunds immediate? Why?

Desired outcome: Please Refund to all parties involved immediate with an apology.

UPS Protocol within ups - how you treat your drivers

I found out something that left a true distaste in my mouth for UPS as a whole. This has nothing to do with the packages, delivery or drivers - it's with the company itself and their protocol. Once a UPS driver has completed their long tedious shift of delivering over 100-200 heavy packages per day - like a regular employee anywhere else, they would like to go home and rest or be with their family. However, I found out that UPS makes the drivers that finish their load early go help those other drivers that are seemingly not up to par or milking the clock. This could mean taking another 30-60+ more stops (100+ packages or more) off of another driver that doesn't want to work as hard. So instead of rewarding the employee that completed their job in a timely manner by letting them go home as their work for the day has been completed, they are FORCING those that work hard to help those that don't. This means that the hard working driver(s) have to work an extra 3-4 hours per day. The grueling job takes a toll on the UPS drivers bodies on a regular work day - and God help the ones working even extra hard to accommodate those that don't. In any other company that I've known - the reward goes to the hard workers, not the lazy bums. The slower drivers that milk the clock should have to complete their own shift themselves. I find it unreal that whoever is drafting this protocol wouldn't realize what a bad idea this is. This concept completely ruins any good employees work ethic and morale - and now ruins my taste for them as a company.

Desired outcome: Re-examine how you treat your employees as a whole.

UPS Tracking and delivery of parcel

I had my phone stolen in South Africa so my Son sent me my old one so I would have all my phone numbers etc. Needless to say it never arrived despite being asked to pay clearance charges. They give you a tracking number and then tell you various stories about where it is the problem being they can't even track it and tell you where it is. I as the recipient was asked to send a photo of the packaging it was in "REALLY" I believe DHL wont take anything like phones etc now we know why don't we. This company are a disgrace just give you the run around until you give up.

UPS Alleged delivery

Horrible, horrible. I was expecting a package and was actually outside my front door doing some gardening, when I got the notification that my package was delivered at the front door.

What a blatant lie!. There was no UPS truck on my street and I was standing by my front door when they claimed the item was delivered.

Of course, there is no picture to show it was delivered, just the driver's word.

I surmise the driver stole the package.

Tried contacting UPS by phone and was told to file a claim that I was not eligible to speak to a customer service representative. Tried filing a claim on line and was told I was not eligible to file because my package had been delivered. WOW.

The worst possible customer service ever. How do they get away with this abyssmal service and lies?

UPS Delivery driver

Re: 1ZA9R9240391308676

Package was delivered and left at the very end of my driveway by the sidewalk. Not by the garage as the driver stated. My driveway is ascended, not flat. The item has a UPS warning label of being over 70lbs. I’m a senior and had to drag the box upward toward my garage a good distance. If I hadn’t been paying attention when I was about to turn in my driveway, I would have hit my car as well. This was a very careless, lazy and unprofessional UPS driver.

UPS Adjustment charges

For months I have been getting charged double for shipping, half of which is from adjustment charges. My, so called, sales person, Valerie, has refunded a small amount and told me where to look to learn how to avoid adjustments. Below is the email I just sent her on 4/10/23. UPS puts all of the onus on the customer to try to avoid adjustments then charges high adjustment fees anyway.

Valerie, I have another $800 bill for 20 packages. Half of the bill is because of adjustments. I am doing everything I am supposed to do but still getting adjustments. I will be going back to shipping only a few buckets a week via UPS. I am extremely disappointed and feel like I have been scammed by UPS. I can't not afford to pay double for shipping and I regret switching all of my shipping to UPS. I am going back to GLS/GSO where I will pay 1/4 per month of what I have been paying to UPS.

Krista

Desired outcome: I would like more of the adjustments I have incurred over the past 3 months to be refunded.
