In July we were notified that Coram no longer has a contract with United Health Care and cannot process the nutritional supplement "Kate Farms" for us. As a direct result I reached out to United Health Care (UHC) to determine who it has a contract with so I can get the supplement. I have talked to 8 of your agents and not one of them could or would help. I elevated it to a supervisor, Angel< and she was far less than helpful. I told her that I had contacted Kate Farms and was told that Edgepark "does not" provide the Kate Farms supplement. She said she would research it. When she called she said that she had talked to Kate Farms and that Edgepark said they do provide the supplement. I asked her specifically who she talked to and did she verify that my plan is acceptable to Edgepark. She could not verify who she talked to and that our specific plan was covered by Edgepark. I have talked three supervisors and frankly that have done nothing to respolve this issue.

Desired outcome: 1. UHC contact Edgepark and verify that Sherrin's Baggott plan covers Kate Farms from UHC.2. Provide name and contact data of the POC at Edgepark so we can coordinate directly with them.
