Mitio is a grate online place to earn a medical interpreter diploma. The people are very helpful and knowledgable. I am having a grate experience studying with them. I would definitely recommend it to any that wants to put their bilingual skills to good use! Cinco estrellas/ five stars.

Mitio is a awesome online school. The courses have really good content and they cover everything you need. The practice sessions and the people who help you are super cool because you get to practice and they correct you. I totally recommend it, I would definitely take another course with them.

I took the 60 hr course from Mitio. Right before I applied, the staff was super helpful and answered all my questions until I completed the course. Dr.***, the founder, is really involved in everything and will reach out to you directly if necessary. If I ever need to, I would definitely go back to Mitio for the 160 hr course!

This is a great 160 hours of Medical Interpreting training. This program is an online program, and you do it at your own time, very professional instructors, and everything that you learn here will lead you to find employment at your career. This is a very intensive and legit program with very good recognitions.

Quick to respond to questions, approachable, and comfortable setting. Instructors were great, and I feel like I was well prepared to enter the field of Medical Interpreting. MiTio was a good option for me. I am very glad I took the opportunity. One more thing, MiTio is also a great community with diverse, and wonderful people from all over the world.

I had a grate experience with MITIO. Their self paced courses and resources have helped me to become a certified medical interpreter. I am someone who does well with online course work, as a result, this program was perfect for me. Additionally, their live sessions were helpful in allowing me to practice my medical interpreting skills and also were a grate support for building confidence.

I really like the 160 hour diploma at Mitio. Every module in each course is very helpful and packed with important information to become a professional interpreter. I also appreciate the fact that the staff is always available during office hours and they are very attentive when answering students' questions. I really appreciate the great support they provide to all of us. The facilitators in the practice sessions are very skilled and pay close attention to each student.

They set up a callback appointment for my daughter. In the many conversations prior to the call, they stressed the significance of being ON TIME for this phone call. However, they didn't call at all! No email, no text, not even a voice message to say they needed to reschedule! It's extremely unprofessional. The phone number on their website leads to what seems like a mobile voicemail? Overall, this place seems suspicious. If this is how they handle things before you pay for their services, I can't even imagine how frustrated students must be after paying and enrolling.

I signed up for a 160 hour medical interpreter program for *** dollars. Once I realized how unprofessional and outdated their program really was it was too late to cancel and receive a refund. I did half of the program so 80 hours, but its definitely not as advertised. You really have to be bilingual to make it as an interpreter. I believe this program is no where near acceptable to become a certified medical interpreter. The materials in the program were very outdated, the quizzes were only 4-5 questions long, and there was no internship to speak of. The live sessions were a joke, useless, repetitive sessions with the same info over and over again. I feel that I was taken advantage of. There is no way I could even get a legitimate job out of what I got from Mitios program. Also their website is very misleading.

I really enjoyed the online course. I thought it was well planed and enjoyable, easy for me to follow. The work load was just enough, so I could finish everything with enough time, learn about the topics and not feel over loaded and rushed. The live classes were great, the only thing I will advise them to improve is the scenarios, they should create more scenarios for practicing. In general, this is a great course to complete and become a professional medical interpreter. Like in every career, we have to continue practicing and studying terminologies, it is practically impossible to learn all the medical terminologies available in medicine in one course, so the key to success is to continue searching and learning after you complete the course. One thing you can be sure about, is that *** and her team will be always there to answer any questions you may have and they will always guide you to make the learning process a success. I am very pleased with what I have learned and I DO recommend the program to any one pursuing this career.

I just completed the 160 Hour Diploma Course. Throughout the program I received plenty of feedback which in term has helped me a lot in fine tuning my skills as a medical interpreter. All of the facilitators and Dr. Lee showed professionalism all the time I spent studying with them. Whenever I had questions they were quickly addressed. I will recommend this program to whoever wants to become a qualified Medical Interpreter.
