I purchased a vehicle in April, contract dated 4/9. As of today 6/13, I am unable to register my vehicle in the State of Florida because Tustin GMC refuses to send the vehicle origin form that is required to register a new vehicle. Additionally, Tustin charged me CA sales tax in the amount of $4,404.33, I am required to pay sales tax a second time in FL. I inquired why they charged me at the incorrect rate and had not sent the tax payment, they said they were required to collect CA sales tax because I drove the car off the lot. I live in FL, they shipped the vehicle to me. Tustin agreed to overnight me a refund check if I could provide them with a bill of lading to prove the vehicle was delivered. I emailed (Jose) a copy of the requested paperwork. Now, Tustin has stopped responding to emails and phone calls. I have a long email chain proving all of this happened which included the general manager of the dealership. The general manager has repeatedly refused to reply to emails or return phone calls. As part of the sales agreement, I agreed to pay one half of the shipping cost. A cost that Tustin GMC said would be $3,000; charging me $1,500. The shipper showed me where he charged Tustin $800 for shipping. I have never in my life had to deal with a larger group of uncaring, uninterested and unethical people. All I have asked for was for them to hold up their end of the deal and complete the transaction. Mr. Shaver should be embarrassed to have Ronnie Blomquist as any part of his team, much less, his general manager.

Misleading ad , ad states that truck is for sale for $28,870 but when giving quote it is $31,954 because of add on's for equipment that is already installed on the truck, so their is no way to purchase the truck for that price, i also spoke to cargru's and their policy is to advertise the out the door or cash price, this is clearly not the cash or out the door price. i have copies of the ad and also copies of their quote

I went in on Sunday November 8 to purchase a new vehicle, the vehicle I wanted wasnt coming in until 2 weeks so I agreed to some purchase numbers and the interest was high but I said I would come back with a co-signer and I left what would be my deposit of $10k check so that they would not sell the vehicle to someone else. I came back Wednesday the 11 and the interest rate was still to high so I decided not to make the purchase and when I asked for my check back they have already cashed it without my authorization. We had no approved contract and no vehicle and now Im having a hard time getting my money back.

I traveled to Tustin GMC to purchase a 2019 used Audi Q3 on 7/3
I traveled to Tustin GMC to purchase a 2019 used Audi Q3 on 7/3. The price was advertised online for $26,788.00 on Autolist. I drove 57 miles one way to view and test drive the vehicle. I decided I wanted to move forward with the sale and met with multiple staff members to run my credit, discuss financing, and sign the contract. I received a printed "retail worksheet" stating that I owed an additional $3,085 for a protection plan. I stated I would like to decline the plan and the manager, Shane Bhatia, said it was mandatory and "already installed on the vehicle." I stated I would pay for the paint coating, but wanted to decline the theft protection and GPS location; the manager lowered the package to $2,369, but refused to eliminate it all together. I ended up walking away from the vehicle and dealership, but I did some research after the fact. I called the GMC Protection Plan number at [protected], an independent group, and they said the package was not mandatory and I could cancel it at any point. I called the dealership back and spoke to Alonso, in the finance department, and discussed the protection plan. I asked if it was optional; he said no. I asked about a cancellation option; he said no. I felt very frustrated, because this was directly in opposition to what I had heard from the protection plan company. I asked to see the contract; he refused.

On Tuesday, December 8th, I was driving with my daughter on the 91 freeway when the car made a very loud noise and began to pull to the left. I crashed into the plastic cones that separate the fast lane from the toll lanes. I was able to get control and eventually get us to a safe place where a tow truck and family helped us. This is the 3rd time we have experienced a shut down of our GMC Yukon XL Denalie. We purchased the used 2012 Yukon XL Denali from Tustin Buick GMC in Tustin CA in July. Since, we have been required to replace the engine twice and the transmission twice. It is currently sitting at their location because of what we believe to be a 3rd engine replacement. In addition to these major repairs, we have had several other repairs needed that were required for the car to function. They are requiring us to pay $1900 to complete the assessment but received a verbal estimate from our service technician, ***, that is is most likely the engine. They cannot give us a full statement until we pay the $1900 for them to complete assessment. *** and the service manager both indicated, although probably wouldn't admit it at this point, that the car has received far more service repairs than it should. It has been a constant repair job. We have at least 8 pages of automotive service records showing the work it has needed in the 3 years we have owned the car. We have reached out to the manager of the store with no reply. The car continues to sit at their lot because we feel we have a grievance. We have purchased and thoroughly enjoyed previous vehicles from GMC and would be willing to trade in but they have not been cooperative. We do not feel this vehicle is of value and do NOT want to take possession of it until this is resolved. We feel if we make the repair it will just break down yet again, and again, and again. Luckily no one has been hurt and the damage to the vehicle because of the breakdown, was minimal. HELP *** PLEASE

Tustin GMC posted an advertised price for a new 2020 GMC Acadia for ***
Tustin GMC posted an advertised price for a new 2020 GMC Acadia for ***. I qualified for all discounts based on the listed fine print which the sales person, ***, did not disagree with. Since we had just bought a truck 2 days before from this dealer and were waiting for this vehicle to arrive from shipment, they said we could text to get the numbers and finance stuff in place in advance and just come down to sign and take delivery. I planned to go in after work if all the numbers made sense. I initiated moving forward with running numbers at 10:25am and he had the info on the specific vehicle. We had been texting back and forth with trade-in car info (which they already looked at 2 days before) and warranty info, etc. At 1:29pm, *** asked when I was coming in and I let him know I needed the payment info and details first and could come after I got off work at 5pm. At 2:36pm he asked what the payoff is on the trade-in. Suddenly at 3:29pm, he texted that he had "bad news" and that "all the pricing was wrong" due to the dealer's mistake on the website and "new pricing is mixing with last month's discounts." He then sent me the "real price" which was either *** with 0% financing or $34,362 with ***% financing. The day before with "old discounts" the vehicle was listed for 32k, so with vehicle fluctuating prices, ***k was not a change in price that is a gross or obvious error. ***, who we were told 2 days before is a senior salesperson, didn't even red flag it as an unreasonable price until his "manager" told him it was not correct. The dealership refused to honor the price and basically said due to their terms and conditions that they never have to honor what us on the website because "prices can change ". I have screenshots of the listing and the "real price" offers. The discount that supposedly changed and was reduced was the "dealer discount" which means it is 100% in the dealer's control to honor or not. They did not in violation of Vehicle Code 260.04(b) and false advertising.
