Riverchase KIA Riverchase Kia website advertises $5000 above Kelly Blue Book, on new cars only

Riverchase Kia website advertises $5000 above Kelly Blue Book, on new cars only. When you get there the Telluride is excluded. Does not say online. The website lures you to the business by offering 5000 over trade value. You click the offer and read terms and conditions and it only says that the car has to be from new inventory. I drove to the business only to be told that the Kia Telluride is exempt from the offer. It does not say that on the offer online or in the terms and conditions. The sales manager said it is on the website. I went home and again pulled the site up. I still have not found any thing that says the Telluride is exempted. This is false advertising and it caused me to drive to the business.

Riverchase KIA We have bought a 2020 Kia Soul in April and it had issues with drivability

We have bought a 2020 Kia Soul in April and it had issues with drivability. They have had the car for 2 weeks without any communication. We bought the 2020 Kia Soul in April. The car then had issues with drivability. The car started to jerk and made grinding noises. Also the electronics went out while driving. We made an appointment and dropped it off and didn't hear anything from them for 3 days. When we called they said they haven't even looked at it yet. We called 3 more times during that week to see if there was any updates and they would tell us they haven't gotten to it. It took them a week to finally look at it. After that there has been no communication. I have tried to call and get an update on the car, which by the way is the only car we drive, and they told us they would call us back. It has now been almost 2 weeks and 5 calls later and I still haven't spoken to anyone about my car.

Riverchase KIA My car shuts off while driving in the rain

My car shuts off while driving in the rain. After inspection, I determined the protective shielding under the engine was missing. On 8/2 - 8/21, my car had the engine replaced 111,171 miles due to a recall. I have several problems since: radiator hose straps not being installed, the wheel alignment out of alignment tearing through tires (730.96), turbo oil line leaking and out of adjustment (219.17), all corrected at my expense. The only time that the engine under cover/splash guides would have been removed, would have been during that engine replacement. The Dealership's Service Mgr. stated she 4/15 didn't feel anything could be done since it's been so long since the engine recall was done but she would look in the inventory being sold for wholesale and see if they could take parts from another car. I haven't heard anything back and I don't feel they plan to do anything. I want the dealership to make this right, install these parts that should have been done previously.

Riverchase KIA My car has been in the service department 17 days and my service writer Christopher has no answers or solutions

My car has been in the service department 17 days and my service writer Christopher has no answers or solutions. My car has been there 3 days after the piece of paper I signed saying it may take 7-14 days before the can get to my car. That wasn't made aware to me until after I made my appointment, gave them them my keys, explained my issues and was headed out the door. Today is day 17 and my service writer Christopher has no answers or solutions as to what is going on with my vehicle. Only excuses and blame for his coworkers. He will not return my calls. The only way he will communicate with me is through text message. In the last 2 weeks he has told me several times he will have answers by a certain day but never reaches out to me on that day. Only after I contact him after giving him several days if not a week to respond and at the end of a full work day. He has had several opportunities to show me he cares and has failed miserably. No one will put me in touch with his service manager Nicole. I've called a few times and left messages have not been contacted. After 17 days the only facts I've recieved is they don't have time for me according to Christopher's text messages. I will be happy to share our text conversation with whom ever it may concern.

Riverchase KIA Never given Spare Keys or Mud Grips for New Car bought in December

Never given Spare Keys or Mud Grips for New Car bought in December. I purchased a 2021 Sorento S on December 26th. At the time of purchase, my salesman, Mojo B told me the spare keys to the car were locked in the office and he would get them to me when the mud grips were installed, (also unavailable at the time of purchase). I followed up a week later and the mud grips were still not available. I reached out a few weeks later and he said the mud grips were still not available but he would mail me the keys. Waited a week or so and followed up, he stated he would check the tracking number and get back with me. Waited another week, no response, followed up, no response. Having 400 pharmacists under me and knowing how hectic life can be, I waited an entire month before reaching out again, still no response completely ghosted. I had zero issues with the first car I purchased here, and leaving with my 2nd, I thought I had found my forever dealership and have sent several friends and coworkers to purchase but I can't understand how any man would be ok with his mother, wife, daughter or sister being ignored by someone she trusted and made a purchase with. I have all of the texts to document the timeline. I haven't had a good nights sleep in 3 months because I have no idea where my spare keys are, who has them or when/if someone will show up and take my vehicle and all the contents because they have the key. I hate to complain, which is why I waited and gave so much time, but 3 months only to be ignored, is a pretty crappy way to treat someone. I really appreciate any help at all you can give me. All I want is the spare keys, I don't even care about the mud grips anymore, I just want the key so I can have some peace. Thank you so much.

Riverchase KIA I was denied the use of a coupon

I was denied the use of a coupon. The original reason was "too late to submit" and now it changed to "not applicable with your service". On March 19 at 11:45 I brought in our Kia Borrego for a look at the brakes. At around 3:00 Christopher McMillan called to let me know a rear brake job and brake system flush was suggested. I said ok, lets go ahead. At 5:30 that evening, I sent an email to Christopher's @kia letting him know "we'd like to apply this coupon". I attached a sheet which included a 30% off if you spend $xxx or more. The next day I picked up the car and paid. When I left, I realized the coupon had not been applied. I returned within 10 minutes. Christopher, after confirming with Nicole Glenn (shop service manager), told me it was too late to use it. He agreed (and printed it from his email) it was sent before I paid; however, it was not brought up before the work was agreed upon. The coupon says "at the time of Purchase". It's unreasonable - if not completely outside the normal use of the word "purchase" - to suggest a customer must notify the business that a coupon will be used only right when the job is first discussed. There is no "purchase" without payment. At Time of Purchase! Several calls to Kia Customer Service yielded more frustration. Apparently Riverchase Kia operates independently. Unless it get so bad that Corporate pulls there license to sale cars, there is no leverage aside from a note on their record. I finished dealing with Customer Service when they finally got a hold of Nicole (she never returned my two phone calls). The CS Rep , Debbie told me Nicole would not accept the coupon because it does not apply to discounted services. Firstly, I was never told this - I was told "too late, so sorry". Secondly, I'm not aware the service was discounted. It certainly wasn't 30% off. Brakes: $Labor, $ Parts Brake Flush $ Labor $ Fluid Taillight Replace and Misc Charges $

Riverchase KIA Kia riverchase has done me very dirty

Kia riverchase has done me very dirty. I really need to talk to someone about this situation. They won't make things right. I bought a 2017 kia Sportage with 95000 miles on it ffor my daughter at riverchase kia. About 2 months ago. They told me I couldn't get a brand new car because of my credit score and that no bank would allow it. They had a poster inside the windshield of the car at purchase. There was a discounted price inside the windshield that said 1500 reduced to 1299. We got almost to the end of the deal and they told us we couldn't get the discount because the bank wouldn't allow the discounted price. They lied to us about that as well as saying no banks would allow a brand new car. About a week ago I bought another vehicle at Jim Burke and they gave me a 2020 brand new 0$ down and no miles on the vehicle from capital 1 finance. The same finance company I got a car at Jim burke for. The customer service is appalling there. They were very ugly to my daughter today told her that if she didn't leave there property they would have her arrested for tresspassing. And that she is no longer a customer anymore. I've had it with this entire deal. You don't treat people like that especially customers. My daughter drives the car and she pays the car. I was trying to help her out because she has very bad deep depression. That is appalling they would threaten the police all because we are trying to make things right. My daughter went up there a few times yes but she was having issues with the service of the vehicle and they didn't fix the problem a month ago when she went in there to talk to them about the car. *** the manager of the store threw it up in her face that they had to pay the service department to help her a week after we bought the car. The day after we bought the car the check engine light came on and they made that right fixed it but if they checked it properly they would of known that was messed up. Not to mention tire issues a few days after purchase. The car smokes too. It's appalling the customer service that riverchase Kia has. They treat customers bad. My daughter left there crying last night and today. the sales department is very arrogant and very unprofessional. I want this to be well known the business they are running. I'm not a happy customer and it's not fair to my daughter. She has bad depression. I hope there is someone I can speak too. Thank you for your time.

Riverchase KIA My car has been at their service dept for a month and I've continually had issues with getting information On October 19 we brought my 2014 Kia

My car has been at their service dept for a month and I've continually had issues with getting information On October 19 we brought my 2014 Kia Sorento for a noise and general inspection since I just rolled over 100,000 miles on my car. The noise was the breaks. They were replaced and we were told everything on my car was good to go. On October 23 my car began running rough and I noticed my car was beginning to overheat. I immediately pulled off the road and had the car towed to the dealership. The next day my husband went to the dealership and talked with Brent. Brent said that they would take a look at it that day and get with me what was wrong with it. By Monday we had not heard anything so we called up there to be told that they wouldn't know when it would be inspected because only the master tech could look at it. We asked to speak with the service manager and they said she would call back. She called and told us she was looking into when my car would be looked at and she would call us back. We needed to go to the dealership to get stuff out of my car so we decided to just head up there. When I got there I asked to retrieve items from my car. It then took them 35 minutes to find my car key. The whole time I'm standing in front of Nicole's office with her sitting in it. Not once did she acknowledge I was there. After my key was finally found and I got my items out of my car I personally handed the key back to her and she said nothing to me. Finally on October 29 I received a call that every gasket in my car engine needed to be replaced. I asked to get a quote for repairing the engine and also to replace the engine. I finally got the email with that information on 11/02. We decided to go ahead and get it repaired. I called on 11/4 and spoke with Brent again and told him to go ahead and order the parts to repair the engine and if we needed to pay any up front and when my car will be ready. He told me that the parts would be in on 11/4 and they would start on my car as soon as they came in. On 11/4 at 1:19pm I received an email stating that they would need $3500 down to order the parts. This is after numerous phone calls to the dealership that day to find out if my parts had arrived. As soon as I saw the email I called the dealership and paid the $3500 over the phone. I called on Monday to ask if my parts had arrived and he was unaware we had paid the deposit and he told me that my parts would be in on Tuesday 11/10. I called on 11/10 to see if they arrived and they had not but was assured they would get there and my car would be ready on 11/13. I called on 11/13 to find out if my car was ready. I stayed on hold for 35 minutes to no answer. I then drove up to the dealership to see. My car was in the same exact spot as it was 3 weeks prior when it was dropped off by the tow truck. Brent called the service manager right in front of me to ask if they could help with the rental since I have been paying for a rental out of pocket the whole time. She told him no. I have called numerous times through the week of 11/16 to no answer. On 11/18 I left work early after being promised a call back from Brent to no answer, and drove to the dealership. Brent and Nicole had all ready left for the day but I spoke with Chris, Sam (two service techs) and Jeff (the technician) and was guaranteed my car would be ready 11/20 and that I should be expecting a call from Nicole. On the morning of 11/20 I received a text from Brent at 7:58am that they stripped a bolt and they were looking for the tool to fix it but if they couldn't find one it would be $509 to order it and I will be responsible for it and they would have to order it. My car has now been at the dealership for 4 weeks, I have yet to receive a call from the service manager and now I'm expected to pay $509 for a tool they don't have to repair my car on top of $4851 for the repair and almost $1000 in rental car. On 11/13 I got a break down of everything being done and the date on the invoice for order was October 27 and we are being charged list prices for all parts
