Honestly, I was pretty bummed about my Tnuck experience. I was trying to surprise my girlfriend with a super cool yeti Navy Hopper Backpack for her birthday, and I thought Tnuck would be the perfect place to order it from. I mean, they had it in stock, right? I could easily add it to my cart and use my military discount, which was a bit of a pain to verify but worth it for my girl.

I was even willing to spend a bit more money on expedited shipping so that the backpack would arrive in time for her big day. I used PayPal "Pay in 4" which was smooth as butter, no issues there. So imagine my surprise when, about three business days after my purchase, I get an email saying that the installment was refunded to me and the transaction was cancelled. What the heck, Tnuck?

I was pretty confused and frustrated, so I called up their customer service line. The rep I spoke with was nice enough, but she couldn't give me a straight answer on what went wrong. She said it could have been that the online inventory hadn't updated at the time of purchase, which makes me wonder how often that happens. She also said she was going to look into the issue and get back to me, but I never heard from her again.

At this point, I was pretty fed up. I didn't want to go through all that again, especially if there was a chance that I'd run into the same problem. I ended up just buying the backpack directly from Yeti, which turned out to be a lot easier and less stressful. I'm not sure if I'll be shopping with Tnuck again anytime soon. It's a shame because they have some really cool stuff on their site, but the hassle just isn't worth it.
