your case. They don't care about justice or helping people, all they care about is money. The lawyers at this firm are lazy and incompetent. They don't do their research or prepare properly for court. It's like they don't even know what they're doing. I wasted so much time and energy dealing with them, only to end up with nothing. It's a shame that there are lawyers out there who take advantage of innocent people like me. I wish I had never hired them. Save yourself the trouble and find a different law firm. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Julian Sanders Law is a ***, I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them. The insurance company has paid them months ago and I still haven't received anything. The hospital is demanding money from me that should be paid by my settlement. They always send me to the voicemail and never return my calls. Very unprofessional and a lot of false advertising. Someone please help and tell me what I need to do.

I can't believe how terrible The Sanders Law Group, LLC is! They should have been reported to the police for being such a sneaky and dishonest law firm. They should be shut down forever! The lawyer and his team should be sued for treating their clients so unfairly. They keep bragging on the radio and TV about how they win cases for people, but based on these reviews, this guy is a complete jerk! I'm definitely going to blast this firm on Twitter, Instagram, and all the other social media sites!

My 3 daughters, who are minors, were in a car accident last December, and everyone else involved has been paid except us. I talked to my insurance company, and they confirmed that they received the payment. I really wouldn't recommend The Julian Sanders Law Firm to anyone! They are super unprofessional and never respond to emails or phone calls. I'm so unhappy with their service and how they handled our case that I had to hire someone else to help me get the money from them. Why should I have to contact a lawyer about my lawyer? That's how bad it is. It's not a huge case, but I expected to be treated well as a customer. Maybe they should go back to Business 101. Just because you're a nurse doesn't mean you can start your own hospital, right? Okay! I just noticed that they claim to have been in business for 19 years, but they only joined the ComplaintsBoard.com in 2021! That's a red flag, people! All the reviews on the ComplaintsBoard.com website are negative. Every. Single. One. Thank goodness I saved all the documents and recorded calls and messages myself. I really didn't want to have to do this. And I was hoping that since I've only dealt with women of color, the black man would do his job...lol. Well, it's a definite NO! Just give me my money, please. And for anyone considering hiring them in the future, DON'T DO IT. I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE THEM! THEY'RE A SCAM, A BIG SCAM!

If I could give Julian Sanders a 0 (ZERO), I would. This law firm is up to no good in assisting people with their settlements. It's all for his benefits and to receive all the proceeds. I never had to wait on 3 different payouts. So unprofessional, I really feel sorry for the employees because when you are asking questions pertaining to the case and wanting explanations on why the matter is being handled in an unfashion manner, they have no answer and are clueless. I was hit from behind while at a standstill and all 3 insurance companies agreed to pay and didn't waste time with the payout but Julian Sanders deposited those checks and had his reps tell me they are waiting on insurance companies not knowing they notified me when they sent the money and when it was deposit into his account. One insurance company sent $11,000. He waited for 2 months after he deposited the money and I had to call him because they didn't notify me and I received *** from that payout because he trying to say he have to send health insurance $2000 when he does not. (My insurance company already confirmed that.) He owes me $ *** dollars total. My health insurance paid all my medical bills and he still trying to say he has to send them $2000 back. No, I have been with my medical insurance company for over 10 years, I know how they operate, then my car insurance company sent $5000 for my injuries. Now he telling me I have to wait for a breakdown of the payment that I have already received, acknowledge, and signed. I'm so confused as to why he continues to jetlagged the poor. He apparently thinks the individuals he deals with are uneducated and don't know the law, nor how things operate. I wouldn't recommend Julian Sanders if someone paid me a million dollars. They stand a better chance at communicating with my dog than his law firm. That is how his law firm communicates through dog cues, NONVERBAL, and don't care about you nor your case, just practicing swindling millions at its best.

I had an accident on 09/27 with a ***. They hit me from the driver side of my car. I was released from the doctor in November , but my case still hasn't been settled.

I had a car accident in July . I chose Julian Sanders as my lawyer. They haven't been communicating with me about my case. It's been almost a year since the accident. I just want to know if there's a settlement and when it will be resolved. I need this case to be closed, but nobody is contacting me. Can someone please help me?

Communication and customer service at The Sanders Law Group, LLC is absolutely horrible. My case worker has been switched multiple times. Cool, I get that, people move on. I shouldn't have felt that they switched though. They don't communicate with each other. They don't return phone calls, voicemails, emails. They received my settlement check over a week ago and I've yet to even get an estimate of my take from them, or a date to receive my portion. They have been seeking an adjustment in my surgical price, even after I've been telling them for MONTHS that I had my own health insurance. Makes me question whose side they are on. They have made this already stressful situation, more stressful. Give me my money so I can be finished with Julian Sanders & Associates.

On June 8th, I had an unfortunate accident, not my fault. I reached out to Julian Sanders, hoping to settle my claim quickly and efficiently. It's now January 16, 2022, and I'm still going through this claim process. It's been a wild ride of nonsense, with unanswered calls and emails. I leave voicemails, but can't get in touch with my lawyers. For the past 7 months, it's been pure chaos. Finally, in December on the 6th, I managed to contact my lawyer. *** told me I'd receive my check either before the holidays or after 20 days, but none of that was true. It's incredibly frustrating that this law firm makes me feel like I'm bothering THEM, when I'm the one being given the runaround. This is so unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend this law firm to ANYONE with the way they handle their business.

This law firm ain't been no help at all. They hired folks who don't wanna do their job or pick up the dang phone. Me and my family got in a wreck on May 2nd, and now it's October and we ain't made no real progress. I had to give 'em all the bills and records 'cause they takin' so dang long. And on top of that, they ain't even in a hurry when my family could lose our house and we've been sufferin' like crazy from this mess. They're just fine settlin' for whatever's offered 'cause they know they gonna get their ***% even though they barely doin' 33% of the work! Ain't nobody respondin' to emails, and the sad part is we stuck with 'em 'cause we can't afford to start all over with another law firm. This firm is straight up trash, and their reputation done gone down the drain. I wouldn't trust 'em with a case for my dog. This whole process has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend this company to nobody if they got a choice! They ain't professional at all, and their management is just plain stupid.

I settled a case with J Sanders Law for $7100 for an accident I was involved in 2018. In 2018, I went to J Sanders Law firm for representation for an accident I was involved in when a vehicle hit me from behind. When we finally settled the case for a small amount of $7100, which I signed a settlement agreement for. Several weeks later, when I still haven't received my check, I called and they informed me that there was a hold because VA was waiting on their payment of $4000. Supposedly, the case was already settled, but they said they didn't know VA was going to bill me. They said they settled with VA for $1000, so my check will be $6100 instead of $7100. So, I told them that was not my problem and that was not what I settled for. They said they would get back to me, which was on January 7. A month later, still no response back, so I called them again on February 13. They told me my check was ready but still for the same amount of $6100, which should have been $7100. They made me pay $1000 for the medical bill, which the insurance company was responsible for, not me, and the amount VA was billing them was not even considered in the settlement amount. J Sanders owes me $1000 for this illegal practice.

Me and my nephew went to this law office in February this year. We were in a car accident in June, where we were hit from behind by another driver. They told us the amount of the lawsuit against the driver's insurance company was ***k and said the case would be settled by the second week of July. But when the second week of July came, we didn't get any answers. We tried calling, emailing, everything, but no response. This went on until just a couple of months ago when they finally contacted us in September 2022. They told us that due to our medical expenses and loans we borrowed, which combined were not even 2k, our payout would be considerably lower than ***k. We didn't hear back from them until November 2022, just last month, when they contacted my nephew with a settlement of 1700$ for his separate payout. It's been 3 weeks now, and I still haven't been contacted about my payout or when it's going to happen. If the case settled and we were both part of the same case, I don't understand why I haven't been paid out yet. This company is very unprofessional when it comes to communication. I've also had several different case workers since I started using their service. I'm just asking for help in finding out what's going on.

I had a really bad experience with another law firm, so I decided to switch my case to Julian Sanders' law firm around March 11, 2022. Before transferring my case, I made sure to check with them that the other law firm wouldn't charge me. They said no because negotiations hadn't started yet. So I was happy to move forward with them. Things were going okay at first. But once the negotiations started, my negotiator started going really slow. Every time I called, they would say they were still waiting for the insurance adjuster to respond. This went on for weeks. Finally, I asked why they were taking so long to get in touch with the adjuster. When they did finally get in touch, they said the adjuster told them that the prior law firm had a lien on me and my daughter's settlement. They had told me this wouldn't happen, but now it was happening. However, there was actually no lien on either of our settlements. They checked with the state to verify this, and there was no lien! So now that a settlement agreement has been reached, we're still waiting on the prior law firm to return their call. I've given them my contract from the other law firm and done everything they've asked, but we still haven't received a check. I've called multiple times trying to speak with the Operations manager, but no call back. The negotiator hasn't called back since last week either. So basically, I feel like our cases have been put on the back burner because of personal feelings. At this point, they should go ahead and do the lien for the law firm since we've waited so long for a call back. It's like they're working for the law firm instead of us. I feel like our cases weren't fought for properly because we came in as clients late. All they had to do was negotiate our cases, but it's been five months of nothing but stalling and excuses. I guess only some clients matter to this company. I need help settling my case and my daughter's case so I don't have to deal with this company ever again!

I got into a car accident that wasn't my fault and I decided to get help from Julian Sanders Law Office. The accident happened on 8/5, and my Case Manager is ***. I first talked to *** on 8/9 over the phone and then through email. In the email, he said "don't worry, we've already started working on your case." We talked on and off for about a month regarding my treatments. The next time I heard from the Law office was through an email on 1/10/22 from *** in the Demand Team. *** told me that they had prepared and sent my demand to the insurance company. In ***'s email, they mentioned that my medical bills totaled *** and they would be asking the insurance company for *** as the policy limits, but that's just what they're asking for. They also mentioned that once the demand is approved and sent to the insurance company, the negotiation phase will begin, and a negotiator will contact me to discuss numbers and settlement. I replied to ***'s email, saying that most of my medical bills were covered by my job (concentrate and Piedmont Orthodontics) because it was an accident that happened while I was working, and those bills have already been taken care of. The next line of communication was with *** (Paralegal) through email on 2/11/22, asking me to call her. I did call and left a message and sent an email on 2/12/22. *** called me back on 3/10/22 to let me know that my "case was settled for X amount." I was really upset and asked her who authorized that amount. She said that if I didn't take the settlement, it would take a year or so. On 3/15/22, *** emailed me saying "We have to submit a bill from American Health Imaging to the adjuster, which could mean more money. It seems like they did 2 MRIs but only got one bill. This should be done today." I've emailed the team on 4/4, 4/12, and 4/25, 5/19, and called with messages, but I haven't gotten a response. I'm tired and in pain. Thank you.
