Now, on to my personal experience with Evaless. I ordered a swimsuit in a size Medium, but to my surprise, I received an XXL instead. Naturally, I reached out to their customer service team to rectify the situation. Their response was less than satisfactory, to say the least.

They claimed that they had sent me the larger size as they were out of Mediums, but they had never contacted me to give me the option to cancel my order. In fact, they only offered me a partial refund of 40%, even though they acknowledged shipping the wrong item.

What's more, they refused to refund the shipping fees, despite the fact that they shipped me the wrong swimsuit. To say that I was frustrated and upset with this customer experience would be an understatement.

I declined to send photos for privacy reasons, and I also pointed out that their return policy said nothing about sending photos to prove a return. I simply asked for my money back once I sent the items back to them.

Instead of complying with my request, they offered me a 30% refund for my inconvenience, which was not acceptable to me. I continued to push for a full refund and offered to pay for the shipping back to them. They eventually offered me a 60% refund, but still would not commit to providing me with a full refund as stated in their return policy.

Today I received a generic email indicating that items in my order were out of stock but did not indicate which ones. It also said that the wait would take 7-10 days to be restocked. I no longer wish to order so please cancel it. The order number is ELS230618-2396500. The order should be under the name Art Blanco and the amount is $84.62. You also have two difference phone numbers listed on Goggle; neither or them work.
