I am terribly angry and upset with the Brick St. Catharines ON 275 Fourth Ave. I attended the Brick Tent sale Friday September 1st. I purchased a mattress for my daughter. We did not take it home that day as we didn't have a way to take it home and it was for my daughters new room in Toronto. I called The Brick Tuesday September 5th to arrange to have the mattress delivered to my daughters new room in Toronto September 9th as that was the day she was moving in. On September 9th at about 9:30 am I get a call from the Brick stating that the mattress won't be delivered someone either did't do their job properly or didn't follow through. The lady on the phone sorry I didn't get her name said can my daughter pick it up at the brick. I'm like first of all she weighs like 90 pounds and is she supposed to carry it on her back, like wth she doesn't have a truck who does in Toronto. My daughter has a bad hip and now she has to sleep on a hardwood floor for 4 nights because someone didn't do their job. Obviously Toronto has stock of the mattress but for some reason delivery can't be arranged. Does not make sense at all. Regardless I will never be going back to the Brick EVER AGAIN. I'm not even sure if I am gong to pay for this mattress now.
Desired outcome: 50% of my Flexi bill. Or a $500 gift certificate for Leons.
