Tesco review: Complaining about a member of staff

I Have a customer of Tesco for nearly 10 years and what has happened to me this morning at Tescos in Redcar, England.

I was scanning the products and 2 products exactly the same 1 had a reduce label and the other did not. Same expire date same label so everything the same and I explained to her that is exactly tha same which the first thing she said was: I KNOW HOW TO DO MY JOB it must be her motto and she has said this before but did not pay attention to her.🤦‍♂️ and she started grabbing the things from the bag to scan them again

She was extremely rude as member of staff working for Tesco at the self service scan and was not very helpful and very very very RUDE I don’t know her name but the incident happened around 7:50 am on 9th of January 2024. I am going to describe her, Late 50s one of hand is not functional but her colleague named Mark was excellent and was a matter of seconds and sorted out the confusion that the old lady wasn’t able to understand. It’s a shame because it ruined for everyone else that works at Tesco and they work very hard and deserve every penny.
