Team Honda is not trustworthy
Team Honda is not trustworthy. They say they'll sell you a car, but then they don't. I contacted them to buy a car and agreed to the price they offered. The sales rep even said I was the first offer and promised to protect the car like his daughter's virginity. But then another buyer offered more money and somehow became the first offer. I was pushed to second in line and lost the car. Don't waste your time with Team Honda. They make promises they can't keep. My sales rep was on my side, but management didn't care. Even if you have a written agreement, they'll still break their word. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different dealer.

I got the Honda Pilot 2021 on 05/24. The mirror on the driver's side is messed up. The Team-Honda Service Dept. said it needs to be replaced. I called them a bunch of times, but they can't tell me when they'll do it. The mirror shakes so much that it's dangerous to drive the car. I need someone to help me out.

I went to Team Honda to buy a Honda Civic type R. I talked to *** and we agreed on a price of $36590, which was below MSRP. The next day, I got a quote on my trade for $31,834 and was told by the sales rep that I had dibs on the car. But on the third day, another customer called and offered more money for the car. The manager, Shane, then lied and said I was second in line, even though I was promised the car multiple times. He would not have offered a lower price than MSRP if I was not making the first offer. I have text messages showing that the sales rep guaranteed the car would be mine, but then had to change his story because of management. The dealership did not honor what was in writing and changed their story. The general manager, ***, ignored my email and did not respond. This is not a good way to do business.
