I been doing biz with Moss Bros. GMC for 8 yrs and bought (4) cars from them. Last year they been giving me run around. I bought a 2017 GMC CANYON that was certified preowned. In 6 months, I had to get new brake pads and leaf springs replaced. Dealer said I have to pay for leaf springs, but certified preowned warranty should have covered it. Manager said I didn't have certified preowned warranty, but I proved it. Instead, I paid for some other warranty that doesn't cover leaf springs. Dealer ordered leaf springs 6 months ago and still haven't got them. Today, I went for oil change and they said I needed new brakes. I told them they just changed them in June and they looked confused. They said it was a computer error. I used to like this place, but now I won't go back.

We got our truck from this dealership and it's been a mess ever since. We had to bring it back for repairs because of some mechanical issues, but it's been almost a month and we still don't have it back. The service department has been terrible - they don't communicate with us at all and we have to call them every time for updates. We had to drive an hour just to find out that our truck wasn't ready and they lost the keys. They said it would be ready this week because of Labor Day, but we had to call them again to get an update. We bought the extended warranty, but we haven't even been offered a rental vehicle. They advertise all these benefits, but it's all false. If they can't handle the volume of customers, they should pass the repairs on to another dealer. We had a bad experience with them three years ago too - they're unprofessional and don't know how to communicate with their customers. Don't do business with them.

I went to Moss Bros. Buick-GMC on Oct 20, 2020 to fix my A/C. The guy who fixed my car said that the warranty I bought covered the repair and it was good until December. But they couldn't fix it because the parts guy said Buick didn't make the switch anymore. I asked them to look for the switch at other Buick dealers and other places and call me. But I never heard back from them. I called them on Dec 8, 2020 about my A/C and they said they wouldn't fix it because GM stopped making the switch.

I buyed a truck from Moss Bros. Buick-GMC on 12th Jan 2020. It was a 2020 Ram 1500 *** pickup truck. The next day I saw some things that made me think it was in a accident before. They said it never was. I went back the next day and they said they would fix the windshield until the deal get founded. They said they would look at the other issues after I take the truck for the windshield and the bedliner spray. It took 4 trips and few phone calls and texts for them finally 2 months later they replaced the windshield. I told them about the other issues and they said it was a used truck and it never was in accident. But today I looked online and I found out that it was sold last year in a Insurance auction after the accident happened. I have pictures and the website to prove it. Please advise.
