TapJoy review: Copy and pasting excuses with no explanation when your overwhelmed is not professional.

I've been told I was going to be rewarded for a game. Waited twice the time to check back and ask if it could be looked into again. Then given a new copy and paste response from someone else claiming the "risk detection system" has deemed I'm ineligible. I've noticed when it's a payout over 20 dollars this seems to happen to a lot of people that turn to the bbb to get attention to the issue..I very much prefer to address it directly with someone at tapjoy and have resolution without complaints. I read the eula and the user agreements for alpha, tapjoy, and the game I played (and completed all reward requirements for) I did nothing against any agreement and played fairly.

Please let me know exactly how I was flagged for risk but still able to play and get rewarded for other games..

Also how you determined I shouldn't be able to participate in that offer (after) I'd finished it.. had it confirmed.. waited etc..

I truly don't mean to be a nuisance but I refuse to accept that I have somehow broke rules simply by using your system..
